- Chapter I:
The ALGORHYTHM

XVIII.

“There is the world which takes the little babies freedom away!” he deeply whispered, allowing me to know the grief behind the curtain of his amber eyes. I sighed. Sighing for knowing what truly lies into this world, what’s behind this glitter which charms my existence. There is no blue sky, above, it is just an illusion, a trick to the very eyes allowing themselves to immerse in the fields. The sky is gray. Deep gray. Only the light makes this change, this very turning of events, to allow my heart to sink into the shapes of an intelligent design. These very forms who mix like in a crucible, changing colors as they merge, spilling Harmony over entire earth, - why they are here for?! Why all these wonders of heavens, surrounding me and everyone else who has at least a moment of their life, to gaze to unmeasured beautiousness, - why my eyes catching such levels of depth into this refined detail in a permanent motion, - why here, why now, and what are these all, to me, to him, to everyone else out there to which his words never reach!?! What matters, all these, when Reality – or at least an aspect of it, hits you hardly, with a single blow shaking from the ground up everything you’ve imagined you built over years of living, to give you a bitter taste of what you are?! An empty corpse, walking around, either like a walking dead among the living ones, either like a living creature among the dead ones, either like a ghost haunting in vain over the earth, to just seek an abode for a restless soul.
If Freedom was given by God to the human being, what has come of this world?! The world sinks in madness, truly, to wake up sudden, one day, and be asked nicely: hey, stranger, what are you doing here, in our world?! It’s not mine, anymore, it’s theirs! Hey, stranger, what’s up with you, in this world?! You’re sudden, a freak, into their world, for it is theirs and theirs to rule. Hey, stranger, do you have a permit, to pass on?! You need a permit, to walk from a side to another, from a corner to another! And even so, you are only allowed to walk on the designed spots – only and only where the markers are, where the areas assigned for you to walk or sit are, and sudden, - sudden! You are called to the trial of recognition, if you are eligible of walking, or sitting, all over their places – they conquered fields, hills, mountains, rivers, - e.t.c. – end of thinking capacity - ! of this madness! Hey, stranger, you even have to pay, to be alive! Can everyone truly get it?! To pay, to even be alive! As if you aren’t. As if it isn’t enough, to just live. Every breath one takes, should be counted?! Every pulse of your being should be metered?! Every single thought you emite in time and space, has to be supervised?! I understand the tragedy of our times. Darkness rules over the earth, and the society become locked up in an asylum for healing, or in a worldwide prison for re-education!..”

Swatting...

I did a blog last year about Georgia representative, Marjorie Taylor Greene being swatted several times. The term swatting refers to someone anonymously calling the police to falsely report trouble at a persons house. The police rush out to find there is no emergency.

I'm adding two more to the list of government employees who have recently been victims of swatting. Special counsel Jack Smith, who is overseeing the prosecution of former president Donald Trump in two federal cases and Judge Tanya Chutkan, who is overseeing the federal election interference case against former president Trump.

No arrests have been made in connection with these recent incidents, however last year, in August, Chutkan received a death threat via voice message and police were able to trace that to a 43 year old Texas woman who was arrested.

THE PARTY IS OVER (OR IS iT?); 2009 WE WERE ON THE BRINK

Excellent video on how the banking industry in U.S. near!y destroyed the U.S. economy and how much was initially hidden from the American people.

Will the greed and lack of oversight in the Republican party let it happen again?

This is why I'm stuck on this rock.

There could be many reasons why you don't travel as much these days. Some common reasons include:

Cost: Travel can be expensive and you might not have the budget for it.

Time: You might be busy with work, family, or other commitments.

Health: If you or someone you care about is not feeling well, traveling might not be possible.

Safety concerns: The COVID-19 pandemic has made travel more difficult and unpredictable, and you might be more cautious about traveling for safety reasons.

Lack of interest: Traveling might not be a priority for you at the moment, and you might prefer to stay at home and enjoy your free time in other ways.

It's important to remember that everyone's travel preferences and habits are different, and there's no right or wrong way to enjoy your time off.

this really shocked me......

Kristel Candelario, enjoying some time on a beach. She posted it to her social media with the caption: “The time enjoyed is the time truly lived.” For ten days, Candelario had the time of her life in Puerto Rico... doh

Ohio woman gets life in prison after toddler starved at home while she was on vacation..

frustrated

The judge who oversaw Candelario’s case, Brendan Sheehan, said traveling out of state while leaving a toddler home alone without food was “the ultimate betrayal” that deserved one of the harshest legal punishments available.

judge convicted Kristel Candelario of a life sentence without parole. As he passed down the sentence, he spoke the following words: “Just as you didn’t let Jailyn out of her confinement, so too you should spend the rest of your life in a cell without freedom. The only difference will be, the prison will at least feed you and give you liquid that you denied her.”

If I had to do it again...

I'm in a pondering mood today thinking about decisions I made along the way in life and what would have happened if I chose a different path.
I have a few different model helicopters. They vary in size and power. While I like to fly the smaller ones, the larger ones are more precise and easier to fly. One of my favorites is a middle size, so it's got the good power without sacrificing performance.

I told one of my friends I wanted to buy another helicopter but unsure of what to get next. Holding back, I decided to wait a while. This model has been in production for a number of years and I recently saw a YouTube video where one guy has over 200 flights with all the original parts. Nothing failed or had to be replaced.
I wanted to get one as a backup and missed a sale where the manufacturer dropped the price and they sold out. I was able to get one from a retailer who only had one in stock. Now, I've got a spare... just in case I crash and need a backup. The model is discontinued now, but tech support said they will keep parts for a few years.

My friend, has bought and sold at least 20 in the last 2 years. If he gets a new model and doesn't like it, he lists at the helicopter classified site and it's quickly sold. Right now his favorites are all larger, high performance models that have been in production less than a year. All new stuff.

For now, I'm sticking with what I have as it's 1/3 the cost of the larger models. If I had to do it again, I suppose I could sell what I have and choose something from a different manufacturer.

I bought a new car this year. It's more substantial than the previous car. While I liked the liked the one I traded, the seat was small and and the interior road nose while on the highway was excessive. If I had to do it again, would I have chosen the model I currently have? Probably, knowing what I know now, the model below my selection with front wheel drive (and not all wheel drive) would have been fine and I wouldn't have selected it in a metallic grey. White requires more washing, but in 103 degree weather it would have been cooler sitting in the hot sun.

What else?
Probably the most significant if I had to do it again situation was a love relationship, gone wrong that happened about 14 years ago. We dated casually and although she had her own house, she moved in with me for convenience. After I realized her personality wasn't right for me, I called it off and asked her to move back to her place. She started dating another guy that only lasted a few weeks and wanted me back in her life. Foolishly, I let her in. She was flying around the room on her broomstick one night and I couldn't take any more and I had to call off the relationship a second time.
She came to my door a few times, but I wouldn't unlock the security gate.
If I had to do that again, I shouldn't have allowed her to move in and certainly not tried a second time with her.

More?
There will be more, I'm sure.

Sport Mode...

Nearly all my my cars were in the economy class having manual transmissions. The last group had a Toyota Celica 1.2 liter engine with 5-speed, Hyundai Veloster 1.2 liter with a 6-speed. Four years ago, I switched to a Toyota Corolla with a 2.0 liter engine and automatic transmission. That was different in many ways as it had a Sport Mode. What did it do? Change the gear ratio so the power band made the car quicker in acceleration. It didn't change the horsepower and it didn't affect the steering or suspension.
I only used it a few times. The car had to be at a standstill when changing modes.

My current car a Mazda M3 also has automatic transmission. Equipped with a 2.5 liter engine and sport mode.
In normal mode going 45mph the engine runs 1200rpm. Fast acceleration doesn't redline.
In sport mode going 45mph the engine it's doing nearly 3000rpm and fast acceleration redlines at 6500 rpm. By no means it's a race car, but the modes can be changed 'on the fly' so if I need to slam the accelerator to do a quick move, it's available.

What sport mode doesn't do on this car is change the suspension or steering.
I've read there are some cars in a higher classification (more expensive SUV's) that have economy, normal, sport modes that also affect the steering and suspension where the overall performance in each mode is different.

I used to drive more than 30,000 miles per year and changed cars every 3 to 4 years, just around the time expensive mechanical problems would start. I'm doing less than 20,000 a year now and hope I can keep cars longer. The last purchase was more for seating comfort and the rear storage is slightly taller/bigger.

Sport mode appears to be standard on all the cars I had shopped for, but it's something I will rarely use. However, something I often use is to back shift/down shift that simulates a manual transmission that doesn't need a clutch. So, coming off the highway, I can back shift to slow my speed and since it's all wheel drive, the car stays level where the front wheel drive cars sometimes 'lunge' and the nose dips.
That feature I like!

yo no soy bobo...

I had a interesting day starting at 5am and back to back meetings. I'm getting 2 of my clients complaints about some new system of electronically signing documents. My statement to management is START WITH THE NEW ORDERS and not penalize the orders already in house as it's bumping them to the back of the priority list.

For a few weeks, I worked with a general contractor doing a total house renovation and though I stressed for him to approve the details of my sales drawings, they go to engineering/design to make the actual shop drawings the factory builds from. He was obsessing for every little detail that cost a few weeks 'dotting all the i's and crossing all the T's.' The job is an hour drive from me, but I pushed every facet of the sale. I made a special trip to pick up the deposit check I made a special trip to drop off samples for the homeowner to approve. I had a sample door made for them and drove it down the same day it was painted (wrapped in a towel and put in a box, I was on the highway with the windows open a few times to keep the paint fumes from knocking me out) for special approval. At least 3 back and forth messages to tweak drawings.
I got annoyed as the office cannot put his order into production because he questioned the temperature of the lighting. We used to do 3,000K and switched to a brighter 4,000K. He want's 3,000K to match the lighting in the house.
"Put the order into production, there's no reason ho hold it for a change in light color"
I got a message to review the new drawings with a color of lighting change this afternoon. Nap time came around 5:30 so I'll check the drawing later tonight.
It would appear the 6 to 8 weeks delivery will now be about 14 weeks.

Order processing delays will be my topic of discussion in the sales meeting tomorrow morning!

Background for the reason of my blog title and for those of you who don't speak Spanish. I learned the phrase about 45 years ago as a draftsman where all my coworkers were Hispanic. I was the only Gringo in the drafting department and picked up a few phrases along the way. Yo no soy bobo means, I'm not stupid.

Before logging in tonight, I scanned the new members list to see a woman who could easily qualify for the most beautiful new CS member. I won't give out her name and location, but her photo referenced to an Instagram profile of a woman originally from Venezuela that linked to a TikTok page where she uses her real name with the prefix Yo Soy (first name, last name)
Yo soy translates to "I am"

Wow... is it possible a REAL person is a new member on CS?

thumbs up
