Can you live without me

Can you live without me is a wonderful thing in life to wonder if someone is willing to wait for you and continue on waiting as well can you live without me I often ask myself this and wonder will she stay beside me or will she leave me can she go through the hard times in life with me and still remain steady and strong beside me will you leave me this is a question that we always ask ourselves but we never come up with the answer until the end sincerely stay beside me and I'll stay beside you

About this poem:
Is it merely a poem that I love writing I love riding poems are at least expressing palms I'm also a philosopher of life I believe in things that may be and may not be I look at things in straight eyes and not I don't wear Rose colored glasses I see things the way they are some people look at things in a positive way and some people look at things in a negative way this is what makes us all different and great ways if no one really understands negative and positive always attract their selves no matter what you cannot put a positive positive together they just won't work if you're a magnet but if you flip them over and try to put them together they will stick together so hard that it's very hard to pull them apart life is like a magnet you have to be attracted to each other to be able to make it work

Evermore

Evermore(for Michael)

September's not a friend of mine,
In,fact it is a foe.
So many far off places, shoulder's shrugged,
And can only lamely lament,
that I simply, cold not go.

The days seemed to be,
a constant managerie. With, no place,
Safe enough to land,
Thus The struggle within doubts and mire.
For the two go hand in hand,,

And so I spent the summer, love.
Wrapped, cocooned, in your warm embrace,,
The sunlight, dancing, majestically, and,
Quite slowly, tracing new lines on my face..

Summer's always been my special love, ,
But, alas. August, is not anymore..
Perhaps, next year, I'll come sauntering up your walk.
Fall mums and leaves, crunching, neath my feet..
And leave a note upon your door.

Your's, for Evermore.

Scar on my skin

my wrists shackled to her feet
Laughing at my will breaking
a wretch in black lipstick has me
without bones I'm crawling
she stakes her nails in me
scratching my back
blood drains free
venom seeps in and I'm shaking
I sit at my alter
she is my goddess
for her not faulter
she'll keep me in bondage
I am the stain on her soul
she's the scars on mine
without her I'm cold
without me she's fine

Unknown Solace

A thousand streams with over a thousand particulate of life,
Round and round the whirl win dives,
I succumb to the world's domination and fight,
Thus, I'm I a weak vessel or just kind.

I smell the woods, I smell her smile,
As though she sees, even though she's blind,
For true peace of mind, I can pay any price,
yet nature refuses our union, she says I'm no bride.

The marketplace sees much foil,
all she hears are loud prices and full geared coins,
deep in my heart, the feeling is gone, the heart soon dies,
and yet with my wit, I crave so much love, and I won't still cry.

About this poem:
It denotes life, nature, a relationship between complexities of the world, and how in the end, all the mind and heart craves for is peace and love wherever it is being offered.

The Last ...

Little did I realize ... it was the last hug ... the last kiss ...
Whenever I look back, it is something I will still miss ...
Though I've become much wiser , more self certain ...
and stronger to deal with whatever pain ...
there will always be some trickle of sadness,
from what could have been but never again ...

I know so well that there are people meant
in our lives to merely come and go ...
Difficult when feeling but eventually,
I realize and know ...
That even if it rains instead of bringing sunshine in,
and sighing from what might have been ...
One good it does is show me,
that whatever my heart needs to weather ,
if I end up losing one or the other ...

My deep well of love exists without question ...
Survives ... regardless of
many a disheartening condition ...
To comfort, to inspire ...
not to forever lose its fire ...
That even though unrequited,
not enough reason
to become hardened or embittered ...

growing old

we lived our life and grown old
some would say where grew to bold
age and time attach like mold
now you gone there no one to hold
is it why my hearts gone cold
memory's haunting of of all untold

for growing old we will turn to dust
all our bones start to feel like rust
all our love was so robust
but in the end your heart will combust
to lose someone is so unjust

i write this for all of you
but my words are far to few
i hope you all will view
what i have said and love you all should pursue

the river

i sit and i watch the river flow
and wonder where it will go
in the hope someone might know
then i ponder what to do
now i am without you
knowing that the years we had where to few
i watch it roll on by i dream
of where this river will empty , this mighty little stream.
like this river our lives slowly disappear,
as we continue to grow old year by year by year.

Why you ghostin?

Talk to me
chu got up yer sleeve?
Talk to me
Why did you leave?

Say something
You know that I'm home
Say something
Don't leave me alone

Jus nursin my tea
thoughts of you in my head
Sittin crossed legged
Indian style, on my bed

Layin back on the pillow
wish it was your chest
Yeah, that "S" is for Super
We know what you do best

You were the peace
that silenced my tears
You were the beast
which chased off my fears

Two years now, yer gone
with nuthin to say
How you jus dip
and leave me this way?

I thought we were friends
Shit, I kept you close
You are the one
I dreamed of the most

What the f*ck, man?

Say something
You know that I'm home
Say something
Don't leave me alone

Talk to me, bruh
chu got up yer sleeve?
Talk to me, Boo
Why did you leave?

I don't understand
What the hell is this crap
You vanish & leave, like:
"Peace b*tch, it's a wrap"

Like, I can't even fathom
What got into you
When I told you my past
The shit I been through

I trusted you, bruh
My heart open, exposed
Like a surgeon, you left
The wound sat unclosed

I can't innerstand
How you jus walk away
What are you thinkin?
Have you nothing to say?

Talk to me, love
chu got up yer sleeve?
Say somethin, Boo
Why did you leave?

Talk to me, please
You know that I'm home
Say something, just....

Don't leave me alone

Brokenhearted blues

When you went out just like a candle
I done cried the whole night long
cried the whole night long
rolling down
rolling down
from my head down to my shoe

'Twas more than I could handle
that night were long
night were long
all the stars had gone
lemme drown, lemme drown
ain't never gettin' over you

When I be crossing that River Styx
Lord have mercy
ain't no ferryman
gonna take my crown
take my crown
he just gonna lay me down
with a heart so blue

Simple breakfast for a simple man

Party girls tumble
tumble from the bars
curving the night
a raucous army
while the men
drawn but circumspect
drain their last drinks
idle back to the boarding houses
to dream of
poster woman
incendiary encounters
a symphony of lust
without end
but knowing
this is reserved for the few
the well dressed
the rich
men of intellect and power
but for the morrow
he'll wake to a simple breakfast
for a simple man
