If love is black and white why am I red all over
I dont want to fight
I just want to run for cover
But if you push me again
Im telling you now
That its the end , Its the end of your four leaf clover
Of this one true love
Two hearts that beat as one
Without a doubt
Three strikes your out
Dont wanna hear it anymore
Its the end,Its the end of your four leaf clover
Lucky in the world
Everything that you do
Seems to turn to gold for you
But you cant sell a heart thats black
What we had aint coming back
Cause its the end, Its the end of your four leaf clover
Love is black and white
There aint no shades of grey
I turn my back to the wind
Sorry things turned out this way
Now Im facing the Sun
Cause its over, gonna find me a four leaf clover.

It's almost dawn, time for me to return
Don't want to be caught out in sunshine
The hunting tonight was rather good
I even bagged a young tasty virgin
I have to be careful what blood I drink
Much too much is drug tainted
And virgins, well, they are so rare
You have more luck with hen's teeth
Now in the old country, that was fine
There were virgins there aplenty
The hunting good every night
Cause the peasants meek and fearful
Terror I struck in every heart
None dared stand against me
Behind their doors they cowered at night
So easy for me to find them
Everything changed when someone called
That damned vampire hunter, Van Helsing
A man renowned for hunting us down
His aim, my people to eradicate
In dead of night I moved my bed
A beautiful mahogany coffin
Took it down and put it aboard
A ship bound for Australia
Great care I took aboard this ship
Could not let them see me
Hunger grew as the nights passed
I knew I soon needed feeding
Carefully I ventured out
On a cold, dark, moonless night
A sailor at the stern I found
His blood was hot and sweet
I threw the body overboard
So none would know the truth
Left empty bottle of rum on deck
To give them false impression
As I hoped the found the scene
Ans assumed that he was drunk
In his stupor made mistake
And over the side he fell
I dared not play that game again
Had to live with my hunger
But was not long, journey's end
Our arrival in Sydney Town
There's places old with windy streets
And shadows there for hiding
Here I feel quite at home
Most nights the hunting is easy
I can see the faintest rays
Dawn is near approaching
Down I go to where I reside
Again I'll sleep in my coffin

After the druggery of
the day I retire to
my cocoon of solice..
The Poet's lair
The muse will not dance
unless I summit to the
wiles of the infinite
everything..
Then.. the sounds of
molodious phrase emerge
from the shadows where
apples may be oranges
if you please..
I may even drain my
consciousness into a
wine glass and let
the north wind sip
the intangible nothingness
of mortal mind-light and
and disperse the enity
of the me-you into the
barren fields of starving
hearts..
This I say..is the path
to the Poet's Lair~

When the world turns 'round,
and the moon looks down
and the river cries and weeps.
Then on a fateful night,
under the stars so bright,
the witches coven shall meet.
But fear ye not,
you cowardly lot,
for they bring nothing but bliss.
And when they're done,
with all their fun,
Then the coven we shall miss.
For on that hill,
up the road from the mill,
the witches shall gather and dance.
And if they jig,
or kill a pig,
they will still put the world in a trance.
If they are good or bad,
it makes me sad,
that no-one will help defend the night.
For too much bliss,
is too hard to miss
and in the end we're all going to die.

In the dark of night when werewolves howl
And vampires lust for blood
There you'll find me hunting around
Your soul will be mine to keep
Werewolves will rip flesh from you
And gnaw upon your bones
First you'll scream as claws rip
But death will quickly follow
Vampires will find you in dead of night
And your blood slowly savour
As the blood drains from you
Down you drop, to rest in eternal slumber
But me my Dear, you need to fear
For I will not touch your body
You will scream throughout the night
And all the days threafter
I will tear you apart from inside out
Yet I will never touch you
Your brains will burn and burst apart
And the screams will linger forever
They'll shake their heads
And say "She is mad."
But they don't know what we know
That I'm your secret Demon lover

I can hear the sound my feet make
The hollow sound on the rough wooden boards
It shatters the quietness of the night
Yet there appears to be no-one here to hear it
One, two, three, four, five, six steps
I start counting them as I cross this bridge
I'm up to one twenty seven and yet
I still seem to be no closer to the light
How far does this bridge go? Is there an end?
If I said that I had no fear in my heart
You know that I would definitely be lying
I am a coward, that's what got me here
Another look down the side, still nothingness
Set off walking like a man possessed, in a daze
Eyes on the light, nothing else around me mattered
Had I walked for hours? I really didn't know
Suddenly I became aware of a different sound
The surface under my feet had changed
I was walking on gravel, not on the bridge
At what point had I stepped on to the gravel?
As I turned around all I saw was a gravel path
This path dissapeared into the distance behind me
What had happened to the bridge I had crossed?
It had taken me hours to cross it, or so it seemed
The light called me, beckoned me on to follow it
It did not matter how slow or how fast I had walked
Nor how far I had walked to follow the light
It had maintained the same distance from me
I had no hunger, no thirst and strangely enough
Nor was I in the least bit tired from all this walking
Normally I would only have to walk a short distance
My legs would then constantly complain
Was it my imagination or was the day dawning
All around there appeared to be a slight tinge of light
One last look all around, once again set off
Set my feet towards the light and started walking

The flower I'd be would be a Rose
I could then write sweet smelling prose
There's always the chance I'd be a Passion Flower
You'd come pick me, we could sit in the bower
What if I grew up to be a Broom
In spring I'd be covered, yellow I'd bloom
Would you love me more if I was a Crocus
Could wave magic wand, on me you'd focus
Then again what if I was a Iris
Would you be of me desirous
All summer long I could bloom as Morning Glory
Would the end be different to this story
So many different colours if I was a Tulip
Sit and admire me while you sip a mint julep
I could if you like be a Lily-of-the-Valley
Would I then finally be right up your alley
Sadly I realise that I am who I am, just me
I'm not a pretty flower just the mighty Oak Tree

About this poem:
Rose: Roses are climbing or bushy perennials with thorny stems and varying shapes and colours of flowers.
Passion Flower: These robust, tropical vines produce large, showy flowers and even fruit.
Broom: Broom is a fast-growing shrub with an open, arching habit. It is covered with yellow flowers in spring.
Crocus: This spring-blooming bulb pokes its head up long before other plants appear. The flowers come in a variety of colors and resemble small, delicate tulips.
Iris: Iris grow from tubers and bloom in early-to-mid spring before most perennials appear.
Morning Glory: This annual vine grows quickly, providing instant color on fences, arbors or mailboxes.
Tulip: A large display of spring-blooming tulips makes a stunning and welcome statement when most other plants are dormant. Tulips come in a wide variety of colors and sizes.
Lily-of-the-Valley: The fragrant, white bell-like flowers of this plant are often included in wedding bouquets, but it is also used as a ground cover.

All this time I've sought your face
Round every bend, round every corner
Praying that I'll find you soon
On that day I'll be celebrating
Too long I've searched without success
Too heavy this burden that I carry
My hopes still there, not quite lost
Someday we will be together
My dream's still there, I will not fail
Even now I'm still hopeful
Wander on throughout this world
Until the time we become as one
So if you see me on my journey
Remember that I'm on this quest
And there I'll be, til journey's end

Even now, still you try
Regardless of what you may say
Nothing will stand in my way
Going to finally get there
Somehow, someday, I will find a way
You, if you wish, may or may not join me
This is totally up to you
Regardless though, I will go
Long may the journey be
Lonely may the journey be
Death even may be at the end
Ever onwards though I shall press
Yonder, what is this that I see?
This time could I have found the end?
Doubts are lifted, I am here
