I had a great time. I started out Christmas by going to church and praising my God Almighty. Then I spent alot of time off from my job getting lots of sleep and relaxation. I called my kids and G-kids. And I spent alot of time with my CS friends.
I hope your holiday was good and that you are looking forward to a good New Years. I am!!
@ Shanyra: After I used garrote I winced but it was too late. My ex was a doozy. 20 years after our divorce she called me and asked me what she did to me and what cause me to divorce her (I had told her at the time of our separation) and I told her again. Her response was, "Yes, that's why my husband (#2) is divorcing me". I was not surprised.
OK, how about some Cabernet Sauvignon!
@ Cal: And your a nice lady. I enjoy your comments and blogs. I will work for 3 days then we will have a 5 day break. THEN, all of January and to mid-February we will be working non-stop. I work for a company that makes the diet and energy bars.
AWWWW! You bad girls checking out the guys on the field!!!!! hee hee I think it's funny and great because us guys, as you can see, like the cheerleaders and sweeties in the stands.
I don't especially like Futbol soccer but I do watch the Cup competitions. I like American football with passion!
A girl sports fan. Boy oh boy, what is wrong with these guys that can't see a gorgeous woman like you also enjoying the sport. BUT, you don't need a jealous guy to have fun so keep on enjoying!
Just keep on loving those less fortunate and God will honor that.
I like going to this donut shop operated by a lovely Cambodian family here in La Verne, CA. A homeless man sits at one of the outside tables and when I see him I always buy him lunch because he is just down in his life.
And, of course, there are the many others that are not doing well either that I help with a small monetary contribution. Am I bragging? Naw! I'm just underscoring your sentiments that a person doesn't have to have much to help someone.
Kamrani, I don't hate Iran and the opinion of one radio commentator, that does not usually represent the station anyway in most cases, is not at all what the majority of Americans think of Iran and Iranians.
There are many Iranians living happy here in America and all of them are free from all oppression. And if their civil rights are violated the American justice system will step in and prosecute any violator.
You would definitely be satisfied with our American system in seeing how these hate mongers get pummeled by the huge majority of American citizens and the journalists with the right mentality.
And, most important, thank you for your great blogs and pictures!
By the way, are you familiar with Colorado? I used to live there and indeed Boulder is a beautiful city. But alas, it is too cold for me. I will enjoy the snow in pictures only!
@ L T D: There is no concrete evidence when Jesus was born but theologists have estimated it to be in September/October and that was figured out when HE was crucified at age 33 years and 3 months.
@ Kapjen: that's why I just about always say "have a Happy Birthday Jesus day" to all those who are Christian. And to all others I say happy holidays because I love you if you aren't Christian!
