Lord you crack me up Mic. Regarding the first video of spaghetti squash - what a little darling she is teaching one about the fantastic squash. I've been cooking that squash for decades and filling the boat inside with all kinds of goodies mostly when I was married I cooked like that, just for myself not so much.
Second video - I don't know that guy - is he a religious doctor that you speak of. I give kudos to whoever edited the video - was well done but I couldn't make my way all the way through it cause ants got in my pants.
Costco now carries boxes of Healthy Noodle by KIBUN. In the ingredients it has some soybean & konjac powder. I'm ok with that just not soybean oil. Anyways there are other Miracle Noodles out that taste like rubberbands. This Healthy Noodle can fool even this pasta gal into thinking it's plain old white pasta. No cooking either. Absolutely wonderful for Pho, a favorite dish of mine.
I bought store bought mayo with Olive Oil and Hated it years ago. During my mornings research I heard the trick is to use Extra LIGHT olive oil which made the world of difference. The homemade mayo is much more yummy (and super easy to make) than the store bought.
Mic I love Edamames and love that recipe. I like seeds too so the pepper seeds go into my recipes, that's where the heat is.
Next on my bucket list is to make Ghee. I've watched several videos and it seems like I should pull it off but I never know as I had an epic fail yesterday making a broccoli cheddar soup. Luckily it tasted okay but an epic fail none-the-less.
Besides EVOO I won't use vegatable oils not even Canola. Avacado and Coconut oils have always been my favorites and Sesame Oil too.
If you love her you may want to refer to her as the Love of your Life.
I love that thinly sliced insides when my D-i-L fixes it. She has fed or given me so much wierd stuff to my pallet that one time she gave me an offla gorge. I didn't realize that is what it was because I don't speak chinese and I thought we ageed upon it being some sort of sqaush gourd. I tried to cook it and it was the worst thing I ever put in my mouth - I couldn't gag it out fast enough. I didn't know Loofa or whatever they are called grew in gourdes. Chic got a good laugh out of it.
YAY I found this blog because I forgot the recipe for my ACV jug. I have enjoyed a glass everyday so it time to make another picture. It taste just as good from the picture as it did making one glass every day.
I loved that Crabbin Fever post a lot. I'm so sorry Texans had to deal with that ice storm. I lived through one in Seattle once and can relate to Crabbin Fever.
The winter perk of living in FL is just paradise as long as you don't get blown away or melt in the wet heat in the summer.
Oh my dear Mic - I should have said I gave up processed foods which includes most pastas. I'm shooting for a low carb lifestyle. Been doing it awhile then the pandemic hit and made a great excuse to turn into a glutton. But I'm back on track now baby and LOVING it. I can certainly attest to my brain health improving but no other maladies ails me besides astha which I was born with and it rarely raises its head.
Awesome link, thank you. Chat I suggest you look at that link - I'm even more excited that I love ACV and since I don't have any digestive issues I will try the tumeric.
I tried making a tumeric chia seed pudding, very healthy and not so tasty so I have to find another way to enjoy tumeric.
I'm heard of them and believe my father may have one with good reviews for him. I see no need for one as I can barely stand my own skin as a covering in our heat. Although it got cool enough I used a light cover the last few weeks. Been running the A/C a bit the last few days.
You've been married awhile and are a very lucky man. A diamond or emerald says I Love You so much tastier, just saying. She deserves the finest (besides having you)
All bets are off. Sister called to say she went to Mom's today, found her on kitchen floor from a fall. Mom's okay but staying the night in the hospital for observation.
You just can't count your chickens before they hatch.

Well played sir!
