It's amazing how a good night's sleep can make one feel upon awakening. I have trouble sleeping sometime but often I sleep hard and wake up with a great attitude with energy.

Maybe that is why I don't like the news, I never get to know the ending. Has that body been there longer than five years? Will DNA help find the killer? How can anyone live in that home now, although it looked like a perfect place for murder. Maybe the dead guy lived solo and died trying to fix the plumbing.

Chat please google how long does Olive Oil last before going rancid. Keep that large can in the fridge if you can. Typically EVOO should be used within 60 days. I learned a long time ago to quit buying large sizes and just buy the small ones. Oil can go rancid releasing free radicles (friend to cancer) with NO odor. Please google it and give some of that oil away.

Rule breaking came into my mind for the situation of living alone. Do I still have rules? Why yes I do and I'm okay with bending or breaking them when I do. However in the big picture I have to give "goals" and "rules" as the foot stone for me to be able to live this life I'm loving.

I was going to suggest putting plastic on the inside of your jalousie door window. When I had jalousies oh so long ago I always used visqueen to cover the inside to stop air leaks in or out. Then as soon as possible I replaced the window panes especially since they are a burglar's delight.
You crack me up Mic trying to get me to eat pizza. I will admit that pizza looked good, I've made that crust before but I made it into a tostada instead because I love mexican. I make cheese crisps for nachos. I don't drink celery juice but I do eat lots of celery. Celery has less carbs than onions so I replace onions with celery and I'm fine.
Your persistance in me eating a pizza just might work with your last video - I just may have to make that after I eat all the meals I already have planned. Thanks so much kiddo.
I'm still loving my ACV with the Mother. I don't have any negative side affect like the negative Nellie's said I would. I've never had high blood pressure except when I go to the dentist. No heartburn, my teeth are fine and most of the time I feel like a million bucks.
Mic thanks for the video - I have watched many of Dr Ken Berry's videos, I really like him, however it was a different doctor's video that got me started on ACV and this reconfirms it.

I buy cheap distilled vinegar for the weeds in the yard and cleaning windows or laundry. I've used vinegar for the last 50 years for a variety of things and in many recipes as well (don't use distilled in recipes)
I've learned not to assume anything. I would directly question then depending on the answer take further investigative actions if needed as it could very well be to regulate her cycle.
