Excellent retort!! Aggressive/ assertive are loaded terms without any parameters being defined. From my perspective, both by experience and observation many women simply can't understand the differences between aggressive/assertive and most of all, the unflattering trait of arrogance which usually causes them to lose a multitude of potential relationships. Some never seem able to learn the subtle differences let alone the timing. The last thing any relationship needs is a contest of egos and/or domination of one to the other; it kills genuine respect for both...imo
IF...the commitment is real, with one's heart and soul, then yes, as then, when the usual and quite normal crisis or series of 'problems' come along, let alone one that would cause one to immediately react to the situation in a very negative manner, that legal commitment and it's binding terms MAY give the room to calm down and re-acess things. Legal commitments have boundaries for usually good reasons and intentions especially 'to things over'; without any legal constraints, it's always an open door, if not a revolving door of no responsibilities... or so, are my thoughts.
Perhaps Tristan de Cunha; or San Marino, or Perhaps Lichtenstein;then again it could be Andorra or Monaco...naw, most likely Vatican City...ummmm, Tuvalu??
Thread: USA - most important country in the world.
Well, DUhhhhhhhhhhhhhh News at 11! It is also the most important country in the world to target and destroy for the sake of the rest of the world, if not the planet! Geeeshh....
Good sentiments and well said; however, sometimes it is not others but ourselves that make us unhappy to varying degrees. It can range from something we did or something that we have not done and whatever it is, we cannot undo it or take it back and we do not get second chances. Sometimes it is a simple as an introduction gone totally wrong and there is no second chance to make a first impression; you can put on the happy faces you like but inside you know and it will eat away at you. Time may heal, but then again it may not and 'it' will fester, there in an anguished corner of your heart. Sometimes, there are things that we cannot deal with and cannot find solace from...
I wouldnt have believed this is I hadnt read it myself....... What the heck is this quote about - its it a back door way of letting you know that the price of bananas is going to sky rocket or do your FDA really think you need to be reminded to peel your 'nana's
Have any of you actually noticed this happening with your bananas or what> Im confused - or is that amused "bananas' tough, fibrous outer layer should always be removed before consumption"
it comes from this
"Terrified FDA Warns Something Making Bananas Black After Several Days
November 29, 2010 | ISSUE 46•48WASHINGTON—The Food and Drug Administration made an emergency announcement Monday to alert all U. S. citizens that "a force or forces unknown" is turning seemingly normal bananas black, soft, and virtually inedible in as little as 72 hours. "Whatever is causing the dramatic and frankly disgusting changes in these bananas is able to penetrate any container and is completely undetectable by any known instrument," said visibly shaken FDA commissioner Dr. Margaret Hamburg, adding that the black sections of banana were "quite mushy and gross." "We urge anyone currently in possession of normal yellow bananas to consume them immediately, before this mysterious blackening malignancy can strike—and it will strike." The disturbing news comes only weeks after the FDA's announcement that bananas' tough, fibrous outer layer should always be removed before consumption.
OK. If this is not a joke, perhaps the various FDA's should raid all the corporate offices and experimental farms of Monsanto and all the other Food/ Seed producers who are conducting highly controversial 'genetic enhancements' for the 'sheeple' to consume...and yes, that would even include the farms of the Dept. Of Agricultire and the old United Fruit Company under their new divisions and new names...(CIA) Always lots of Fruits there as well as Bananas...

"The voices in his head? There is technology that can do that. His friendly Masonic 'brothers' probably decided to play a little game with him."
Hate to say it but despite the OP being off the proverbial deep end of the loon y fringe, there has long been the technology that induces 'voices' in the someone's head as we all should know...remember microwave transmitters and receivers embedded into dental work on purpose; not the odd fillings in teeth that because of the filling material are able to pick up radio transmissions...(now there is a modern technology tragety, in that no way was ever found for the poor recipient to change stations! ) Then we have the new(and as usual, improved) ultrasonic transmitters that can be aimed at individuals much like the old Soviets used against the US Embassy years ago in Moscow, which usually resulted in terrible headaches. And like the old microwave transmitters, they do have very limited ranges but are far more 'deadly'...not nice.
* Hostile * Emotional * Fruitful * Waist of effort * Banal * Lacking a Good Beer Taste * Swear, Inmates have better Luck * Other?
What is "Waist of effort" as opposed to Waste of effort? Sounds like you're mocking those poor weight-challenged people...who eat their entire dating time only to go home and eat more...
Same here, even the TV shows when he played the tough-guy detective. It was nice that he finally got his dream to play comedy. Loved his hilarious films and sorry he is now gone...
There hasn't been any such thing for decades, it's just a commercial highpoint for business profits. If there is any 'spirit' left, it would only be found in one's heart or in an old fashioned Christmas High Mass in the churches that still have them and you can loose yourself for while in its ceremony and choir music; caveat being, most of the sermons have no real 'spirit' as a lot of the clergy have seems to have lost the passion for its full meaning and that affects the congregation. They may be 'sheeple' but they still pick up on the lack of the Spirit' and the Passion and leave just as drab as when they came in possibly hoping for a few moments of Heaven...perhaps if that is what people are looking for, they'd probably find it in a small countryside church...
KnowYourRights: Ok, here it is... You meet on here, you talk, you laugh, you crave more, you share... Then they turn around and shut the door in your face... Sounds familiar?
Since this scenario happens all the time, it should now be considered just as normal as rude beggars on a street' and why bother wishing them anything as they lack any decency to deal with what they helped set in motion. A total lack of any responsibility
