MD Immigrants
Hey folks, not sure how long we stay immigrants before we become fully fledged CS members but who cares.I just want to mention what a breath of fresh air for us not having to put up with Poms (who came here as Keepers) and the whackjob that delighted in posting a barrage of daily blogs on MD that were simply disgusting. The mods there were S L O W to remove them both but eventually they did several times, only they came back repeatedly.
Again I repeat it is a breath of fresh air not to have to put up with them here.

I won't name names, but I notice that that screaming harpie, who used to flood MD's blog pages for days on end, hasn't even turned up on my screen. Knock on wood.
Korn - like I said a breath of fresh air. She had come hear but didn't take long for CS to figure out she was nutters.
And for sure, I do not miss the copy and paste guy who couldn't accept that he didn't know everything about running a business.
So yep, as long as you ignore any of the political bs (and those that engage in it), then yep, it's definitely a breath of fresh air.
That was a regular annoyance at MD: pages and pages of copy/paste. As if anybody would plow thru the muck in the off-chance of sifting up a diamond. The Internet has enabled any unemployable bumpkin to play Big-City Editor. It is pleasant not to see this at CS.

Because it was spectacularly egregious and revolting. We remind ourselves of it in hope that it won't happen here.
No one here has upset me that much to be happy about their absence.
Without a Moderator, yes indeed. Using multiple profiles and sock puppets, one or two trolls can fill all the Blogs/Forums space every day. Eventually the honest members give up.

As if they could stop anyone from joining or posting. They only show their own nastiness.
Surprised you hadn't noticed, really.
But a lot of people have left as a result, even so.
So yeah, CS could be destroyed soon, because few bloggers want to draw fire onto themselves, or want to be bored to catatonia by the politics, many just shrug and go.
A couple could get stuffed imo together with Keepers,
