World Government - Final

What is Truth

Let mental culture go on advancing, let the natural sciences progress in ever greater extent and depth, and the human mind widen itself as much as it desires--beyond the elevation and moral culture of Christianity, as it shines for in the Gospels, it will not go.--Johnn Wolfgan Von Goethe, German poet (1749-1832)

All human discoveries seem to be made only for the purpose of confirming more and more strongly the truth contained in the sacred Scriptures.--Sir William Herschel, German astronomer (1738-1822)

The Bible is the sacred collection, preserved under the name of Book of books, which contains the doctrinal, moral, and religious system relatively most profound, popular, and intelligible that has come into existence in the history of mankind.--Francisco Giner de los Rios, Stanish educator and philosopher (1837-1915)

In addition, Europe is a region that students of Endtime prophecy look to for signs of change in the directions foretold in the Bible. This interest is primarily generated by the visions of the Old Testament prophet Daniel, especially the vision recorded in chapter 7 of the book that bears his name. There he saw a dreadful ten-horned monster, which most Bible scholars agree symbolized the Roman Empire—ancient to us, but futuristic to Daniel. “I was considering the horns, and there was another horn, a little one [identified in other passages as the Antichrist], coming up among them” (Daniel 7:8). Geographically the Roman Empire included a big slice of Europe, but perhaps even more importantly, Rome’s forms of government, law, heritage, and culture permeate that part of the world to this day. Those 10 horns make another appearance later in the Bible, on the last head of a seven-headed monster—the Beast of Revelation chapter 13. Could Europe be destined for such prominence in the Antichrist’s scheme of things?

Back to a global government. Will it happen? The Bible seems to indicate that it will. However, it seems it will have trouble remaining cohesive, as the Bible describes the Antichrist waging a number of wars with rebel nations.

In any case, two things are certain: Whatever happens, God will take care of His own, and if you are on His side, you will be on the winning side when the Antichrist comes to his ignominious end and Jesus Christ establishes His kingdom of love and peace on Earth. Then we will have global government, but it will be the best one imaginable, where everyone can be truly happy.

Faith

In the spiritual life, faith conveys to us evidence of spiritual truths, just as our five senses convey evidence of physical things.

Just as an unseen force of attraction holds the material world together and the unseen principle of confidence holds the financial world to together, so the unseen law of faith is the underlying force that holds the spiritual world together.--V.B.B.

Submit Yourself to God (Part 1)

Though thou exalt thyself as the eagle, and though thou set thy nest among the stars, thence will I bring thee down, saith the LORD. Obadiah 1:4 KJV

By David Berg Nov 17, 2014

God has a very special place for each of us in His kingdom, and He has a special job, a unique mission for you which only you can fulfill. But there’s only one way that you will be able to find His will for your life—much less be able to fulfill it—and that is to be truly yielded to Him. Only then will you be able to let your dust become diamonds that show the beauty of God, bringing the Lord’s wonderful life, love, and light to as many folks as you can.

People have got to see Jesus coming through you. But if your witnessing is too full of you, they’ll just go on and figure that what you’re saying is a waste of time. This is why He tells us that it’s “not by (your) might, nor by (your) power, but by My Spirit, saith the Lord. For we have this treasure (the Lord’s Spirit and His love) in earthen (fleshly) vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.”1

Jesus even said of our work for Him, “My yoke is easy, and My burden is light.”2 So we don’t ever have to worry about carrying too much or pulling too big a load. We just need to learn to submit ourselves to Jesus and let His Spirit work through us. As we “cast our cares upon Him and abide in Him,” we “can do all things through Christ.” Hallelujah!3

Jesus says, “Abide in Me and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine, no more can ye, except ye abide in Me. I am the vine, ye are the branches. He that abideth in Me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without Me ye can do nothing.”4

“Not My will, but Thine be done”

To find the will of God in our lives, we have to be yielded to the Lord. Jesus gave us the best example of yieldedness when He knelt down in the Garden of Gethsemane and prayed, “Not my will, but thine be done.”5 Submission is the first step.

God’s Word says, “I beseech you, brethren, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, and acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world, but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove”—or know—“what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God.”6 The first requirement in finding God’s will is placing your mind, body, and will on God’s altar. As someone has said, “The major part of knowing the will of God is to be prepared to do it before you even know what it is!”

If you’re a Christian, if you’re saved and have Jesus in your heart, you are not your own. Jesus bought and paid for you and your salvation with His own blood. “For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed from the empty way of life handed down to you from your forefathers, but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect.”7 You don’t just belong to yourself, you belong to the Lord. “Know ye not that ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.”8

The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. John 10:10 KJV

Although He bought and paid for us with His own blood, Jesus didn’t buy us just to make us His slaves, His servants who have to do what He commands. He said, “I have not called you servants, but friends.”9

Written in Heaven - Final

Embedded image from another site

“Few men are willing to brave the disapproval of their fellows, the censure of their colleagues, the wrath of their society. Moral courage is a rarer commodity than bravery in battle or great intelligence. Yet it is the one essential vital quality for those who seek to change a world which yields most painfully to change.”–Robert F. Kennedy

“Rejoice that your names are written in heaven.” What does Jesus mean by that? The concept or image of people’s names being written in heaven, written in a book of life—this is not unique to this passage in Luke. It’s all over the Bible. Let’s look at a few examples.

In Exodus 32, Moses intercedes for the people of Israel, asking the Lord to forgive their sin, and then adding, “But if not, please blot me out of your book that you have written.” In Psalm 69, the psalmist talks about the righteous being enrolled in “the book of the living.” In Daniel 12, there is the prophecy that God’s people would be delivered, that is, “everyone whose name shall be found written in the book.” Then in the New Testament, in Philippians 4, Paul mentions the names of several individuals who have worked with him in the cause of the gospel—Euodia, Syntyche, Clement—“whose names,” Paul adds, “are in the book of life.”

Finally, when we come to Revelation, we see this “book of life” and “names written in heaven” business all over the place. In Revelation 3, Jesus’ promise to the Christian who overcomes is that “I will never blot his name out of the book of life.”… In chapter 20, at the final judgment, anyone whose name is “not found written in the book of life” is thrown into the lake of fire. To be sure, it will be a fearful thing if your name is not written in that book. But for those whose names are found written in that book, the outcome will be quite different, and much better. In Revelation 21, we read about the New Jerusalem, the heavenly city, and those who will be able to enter there are “those who are written in the Lamb’s book of life.”

“The Lamb’s book of life.” “Names written in heaven.” This is where our great joy is to be found. In Christ, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world. “Rejoice that your names are written in heaven.” This is not something that you did. This is something God did. He did this for you, by his grace, as a gift. Your names are written in heaven, dear friends, written there with the blood of Christ. This is how you get in that book. Christ Jesus, the Lamb of God, the Lamb who was slain, was slain as the sacrifice for your sin. His blood cleanses you from all your sin.

So this is what Christ is on the way to doing, as he heads to Jerusalem on his Lenten journey. His name, “Jesus of Nazareth, King of the Jews”—his name would be written on a plaque nailed to a cross, so that your name would be written in heaven, in the Lamb’s book of life.—Charles Henrickson

Always do what the Spirit leads you to do at the time -- you may never have another chance.

We're in a battle, and when there's a sudden opportunity to take advantage of a breakthrough, an open door in a certain direction where God is leading, we have to seize the opportunity quickly, even if it means some serious sacrifices on our part. -- If God says "Go!" and it's His Will, you'd better go, no matter what, and He'll take care of you! Don't look at the waves! Keep your eyes on Jesus! -- When God says "Now! Right now!" you'd better obey Him in that split second of that golden opportunity! -- And if you miss God's timetable, you'll get left behind and things will never be the same again! God bless you with His best and highest!

Glimpses of His Image

Glimpses of His Image

I see each of you as a canvas. A unique piece of art. Each one entirely different from the next. A form of expression, captured only for a moment, however fleeting, only to continue on into the formation of the ever changing you.

The beauty of each individual is expressed through energies taking form in character such as artistic abilities, music vibrations, or loving and compassionate poems and writings.

We are here to reveal the truth of love, on the canvas of life.

Some choose to be a large patch of darkness, exhibiting no distinct or vibrant colors, dark... like death itself. These negative emotions and vibrations will someday find their place, as they make their journey through the universe.

I shall splash my canvas with bright colors of light and compassionate hues, reflections of kindness, toned with peaceful, gentle waves of joyful images which captivate those who pass by, if only for a moment, in the reality of having been in the presence of pure love.

Truly... Glimpses of His Image...

The Theology Of Daniel Boone -

"Love and fear God,
Believe in Jesus Christ,
Do all the good to my neighbor, and myself as I can,
Do as little harm as I can help,
And trust on God's mercy for the rest."

There are a lot of books on spirituality & religion out there.
I don't suppose any of 'em said any more or laid it out any clearer than ol' Dan did in those few lines.
cheers

The Methodist tradition.

These kindly folks have just wisely voted to prohibit those whose s*xual choices are abnormal, happily in the vanishing minority, and can be unhygienic and even medically dangerous. No homosexuals in pulpits or leading flocks. Does the Holy Father hear any of this?

Did Maori Know Christ Before churches brought Him here to nz?

Well as I was interpreting Our 7 days Maori to English, because I was truly curious, knew these 7 days all my life never knew the true meanings.

I will share With you the Maori Names related to Sun - Sat and the meanings
Ra = day
Ratapu = Sunday --> HOly day
Rahina = Monday --> Moon day
Ratu = Tuesday --> fight day
Ra apa = Wednesday --> slave day
Rapare = Thursday --> fasting day or abstain day/avoid day
Ramere = Friday --> Venus day
Rahoroi = Saturday --> Wash day

So for those that dont know why we have Venus day, because Venus is known as the Bright and early morning star in relation to the bible. I hate however the misinterpret in movies. So Revelation 22:16 Christ claims himself as the bright and early morning star.
So yes it would appear we knew of him as well.

Moon day for Maori the moon is in Honor to Our Mother of Heaven. Sunday is in Honor to The First Born Colored Son commonly known as The Holy Spirit, Venus day is in Honor of Christ who saved Us. So how does one actually Honor them? Simple. Stare at them with them in Mind.
The Moon is truly fitting because she brought light into a world full of darkness at a time when Our Father needed her most. Imagine from Our Father's perspective being lonely for ten thousand years. So when you feel lonely you get a mere droplet of how lonely He was truly feeling.

Slave day means we serve others

Why fight day? well there might be different interpretations to this but, in my eyes, it is in Honor of how The HOly Spirit was born,

Wash day or day of cleansing, but which is it?
The body, Mind or Soul? You choose.

Happy Venus day peoples. Its Friday here in nz

Believing and unbelieving

Believing truth can open door of Heaven.
unbelieving truth can open door of hell.
Believing and obeying truth open door to meet God.
simple are two things:Love God with all heart..,and love your neighbours as yourself.
If you love God of Bible, and love your neighbours: opens door to meet love and life.
It lead you to salvation and to see Heaven.
unbelieving truth: open door to rrebellion,to sin and to evil and to hell.
unbelieving brings all kinds of bad things and sufferings and sicknesses and selfishness!
it make you proud and arrogant and a siner!
proudness lead to sin and to evil and to selfishness!
wise man and humble is door to peace and love.
wise man always believe and obey truth.
The fool is arrogant and hateful to truth.
Righteousness is the road to life.Wickedness is the road to death.
Doing good for yourself and for others:lead to salvation.
Doing bad for yourself and for others:lead to suffer and hell.
seek truth and God and you shall find your life and happiness.

nice day.
