Rubix cube mystery "it's a kind of magic"

When i was a child around 10yrs (ish) i had a Rubix cube and was probably bored and felt like showing off and being an idiot (i was a happy child that just loved people to laugh at me or anything)
Anyway..it was fairly mixed up,i mixed it myself as random as possible.. i walked into the dining area and declared that i am going to complete a Rubix cube behind my back in front of around 6 family members... i had their attention..! so i placed the cube behind my back and fiddled around and randomly turning blocks round etc..while i counted..then when my alloted 20seconds came up i shouted "DADAAAHHH!" pulling from my back a fully completed Rubix cube to my shock surprise and amazement...the family gave their polite "err well done Lee !" encouragement thingies...but!! i think they thought it was a set up trick or something..cos only i seemed mesmerised by what happened .i have never done a rubix cube when i have "conciously" tried... before or after this event.. it's a kind of magic!

Who wrote this?

“I have loved in life and I have been loved.
I have drunk the bowl of poison from the hands of love as nectar,
and have been raised above life's joy and sorrow.
My heart, aflame in love, set afire every heart that came in touch with it.
My heart has been rent and joined again;
My heart has been broken and again made whole;
My heart has been wounded and healed again;
A thousand deaths my heart has died, and thanks be to love, it lives yet.
I went through hell and saw there love's raging fire,
and I entered heaven illumined with the light of love.
I wept in love and made all weep with me;
I mourned in love and pierced the hearts of men;
And when my fiery glance fell on the rocks, the rocks burst forth as volcanoes.
The whole world sank in the flood caused by my one tear;
With my deep sigh the earth trembled, and when I cried aloud the name of my beloved,
I shook the throne of God in heaven.
I bowed my head low in humility, and on my knees I begged of love,
"Disclose to me, I pray thee, O love, thy secret."
She took me gently by my arms and lifted me above the earth, and spoke softly in my ear,
"My dear one, thou thyself art love, art lover,
and thyself art the beloved whom thou hast adored.”

Confusion

When people communicate with other sometimes confusion may occur. When people communicate with the existence confusion may occur.

This confusion has two effects on one mind. When confusion is there, in one mind an alarm is triggered. Something is wrong. So the mind starts to explore and research the reality to find out the truth. This is good. Is an adapting mechanism.

But there is a secondary effect too. During the adapting process the mind tries to attach the first possible explanation to get out of the state of confusion as soon as possible. Specialists noticed that confused humans are more open to suggestions. Any kind. They tend to accept the first suggestion they get. So be careful what decisions you take in the confusing moments of your life.

When you break up you are confused. When you suffer you are confused. There are many moments in life when people may be confused. Getting out from a relation and jumping immediately in another may continuing your confusing moments.

Many people choose their partner by divine signs (coincidences or other sings in which people think to recognize the solution). They considered being saved from past problems and confusion.

Are they? Or just fall in the trap of self-suggestion?

"That we do not discover reality but rather invent it is quite shocking for many people. And the shocking part about it - according to the concept of radical constructivism - is that the only thing we can ever know about the real reality (if it even exists) is what it is not. It is only with the collapse of our constructions of reality that we first discover that the world is not the way we imagine."

Daily Prayer

Jesus' pattern for prayer can be a helpful aid to prayer in the early morning hours or the last minutes of the day. In the morning, use Jesus' pattern for prayer (Matthew 6:9-13) as a way to begin your own prayer time. Alone, it touches every element of prayer: praise, petition, "penance" (confession and absolution), provision, and protection. Pray it straight through, or use it as an outline, inserting specific prayers of your own that parallel Jesus' words.

Then, at night, use it as a way to thank God for His work in your life during the day: thank Him for kingdom work you accomplished, for daily bread,for forgiving your sins and giving you grace to forgive others, for not leading you into temptation, and delivering you from Satan and evil.

Make the Lord's Prayer a pattern for your personal daily disciple's prayer.

The Source – Part 2

Some seek to impose a form on this divine essence
through the creation of dogma and religion
Others transcend all religious dogma
and relate to this essence directly

We are all connected
to that mystical primordial source
which underlies and transcends
all time and space

It floods the consciousness
lifting it to a dimension
that lies beyond
thought and language

We are all connected to that source
for there is a fundamental unity
of everything in the cosmos
of which we are merely a part

The Source, which is the essence, underlies all religions. Religion, with its belief system involving concepts, is a form. It seeks to conceptualize the source in thought, words and language but this is impossible since the source, the essence, cannot be conceptualized. It is beyond all concepts. It can only be apprehended directly through experience.
In the attempt to conceptualize the source, different groups have come up with different conceptualizations. This has given rise to different religions, which are just various forms that seek to express the same essence or source. In this regard, all religions, including those of indigenous and “so-called” primitive peoples are valid forms that seek to express the same source or essence.
The problem with religion comes about when one religion claims that it alone is right and the others are wrong, or that it is better than the rest. Such a religion may seek to impose itself, overtly or covertly, on others. This may be done in genuine sincerity, since such persons believe that this is justifiable, in accordance with the teachings of their religion. Many wars have been fought, claiming many lives, in the name of religion.
Although there may be some differences in the teachings of the various religions, at the core, the moralistic perspective is similar. Do not kill other persons or steal from them, etc.. This is nicely encapsulated in the Golden Rule: “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you”.
This is not meant to downplay the psychological security persons obtain from their belief in the teachings of a paricular religion. However, this does not establish that that religion is the so called “true path” and the others are wrong as some persons would like to think. How do we know that persons who believe just as sincerely in the teachings of another religion do not obtain a similar sense of psychological security, or even deeper, in their religious beliefs? We can only speak for ourselves despite what “our” religion may teach. Remember, the persons who believe in that other religion may just as easily claim that their religion is the “true path” on the basis of the psychological security it gives them.
Having sincere faith or belief in something, which may provide psychological security, does not necessarily make that something absolutely true. The security comes not from the object of one's belief but from the “act of belief” itself in the teachings of a religion, whatever that religion may be.
With all the uncertainties of life that we face, having an anchor that provides a sense of psychological security can be an important coping mechanism. So if you believe in the teachings of Christianity, Islam, Hinduism or any other religion and it gives you a sense of psychological security to cope with your daily life, then by all means continue to do so. But please respect the religious beliefs of others that may differ from yours.
I fully support the role religion plays as a coping mechanism but that does confer on it the status of “absolute truth”, whichever religion it is, as some may claim.

Congress debates Indian tribe recognition

WASHINGTON (AP) — Several members of the Congressional Black Caucus are urging the Obama administration to withhold federal recognition of a Virginia Indian tribe because of its history of banning intermarriage with blacks.

In January, the Interior Department proposed recognizing the Pamunkey tribe in southeast Virginia, which would make members eligible for special benefits in education, housing and medical care — and allow the tribe to pursue a casino. A decision on recognition, which would be the first for a Virginia tribe, is due by March 30.

Justified by Faith Or Good Works?...

Galatians Chapter 2:verses 14-21, man is justified by faith alone in righteousness, and not by good works of self-righteousness.

14 But when I saw that they were not straightforward about the truth of the gospel, I said to Peter before them all, “If you, being a Jew, live in the manner of Gentiles and not as the Jews, why do you compel Gentiles to live as Jews? We who are Jews by nature, and not sinners of the Gentiles, knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law but by faith in Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Christ Jesus, that we might be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the law; for by the works of the law no flesh shall be justified.

17 “But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is Christ therefore a minister of sin? Certainly not! For if I build again those things which I destroyed, I make myself a transgressor. For I through the law died to the law that I might live to God. I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. I do not set aside the grace of God; for if righteousness comes through the law, then Christ died in vain.”

No one can be justified by observing the law, it is only by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ that we have been justified unto salvation through the atoning death of our Lord Jesus Christ, man cannot spiritually vindicate himself of his own sin debt charges.

It’s a very simple task, a person can either have faith to believe unto salvation and receive God’s righteousness and forgiveness, which only God can grant; or a person can take it upon him/herself own to do good works unto their own salvation and self-righteousness by trying to gain God‘s free gift and favor, which only leads to legalism, self-righteousness and being in more sin debt before God, because of unbelief..

Paul’s argument was that, if a person had faith in Jesus Christ and was justified as being saved, why would a person also need works of the law to go along with their faith to justified them? Faith is all that is needed which causes a person to depend totally upon God along to bring them into right standing with God and alive in Christ. Paul’s point was that if the law justified a person, then God made a big mistake by sending Jesus to die on the cross and His death was not enough to accomplish salvation, and was in vain therefore, we all are still sinners.

Justification by faith in Christ alone is God’s love, mercy and grace shown toward mankind that no Jewish law or any law can, or is capable of making such pardon for sins, and it was spiritual wrong of the Jews to think that because they were the chosen people, obeying the laws of Moses, and being circumcised was enough to justify them as being God’s people. But Paul let it be known in this chapter, that justification was/is only by faith alone, no matter if they were Jews or Gentiles... faith alone in Jesus Christ a person stands justified as God’s chosen people no partiality.

The Galatians had a choice to either continue in their faith to believe in Christ, or turn their backs on their faith and follow the law from which their faith had delivered them. We today, have the same choice to have faith to believe in the accomplished works of the Lord Jesus Christ who died on the cross for the forgiveness of our sins, or reject this truth and turn our backs to God's Truths and continue in our own sinful ways.

Our good works on earth does nothing for our souls salvation eternally. Faith is by grace, works are of the law.
