Should Catholic Church Change Its Church Doctrine

It must be understood that there is no where in the Bible, which contains the written word of God, wherein God forbids a spiritual leader or servant, man or woman from getting married. This is only the doctrine and teachings of the Catholic church who forbids its spiritual leaders popes, nuns and priests from marrying. This is NOT a teaching of the Scriptures in the Bible.

The Bible teaches that a man and a woman should marry if they are unable to contain themselves s*xually. All of the disciples/apostles of Jesus were married therefore, I have no idea where the Catholic church gets the idea that it is forbidden. But then, the Catholic church has many teachings and doctrines that are not based on what God teaches and/or are not written in the Bible, but are church doctrines.

QUESTIONS:
1. Should the Catholic church change its doctrinal teachings to fit what God has spoken in His written word about marriage being between a man and a woman, or should the Catholic church go along with the teachings and beliefs of the world to allow gay marriages between the priests and nuns, in order to be political correct?

2. Since gay marriages and relationships are forbidden by GOD, and is not what God approves of in the church... Should straight priests and nuns be allowed to get married to each other or have outside relationships (male and female) to prevent so much molestation and gay relationships going on in the Catholic church?

Pope Francis 'Saddened' 2 Lesbian Nuns Marry Believing Their Love Is 'Gift of God'
BY STOYAN ZAIMOV , CHRISTIAN POST REPORTER
October 11, 2016|7:59 am

Vatican leader Pope Francis was reportedly saddened by news of two former Roman Catholic nuns who married each other, calling their love a "gift of God."

"What sadness on the face of the pope when I read him the news of the two 'nun' brides," reads an English translation of a Tweet sent out by Vatican Undersecretary of State, Archbishop Angelo Becciu, according to Breitbart News.

The brides in question were only identified by the names Federica and Isabel in a report by the Italian daily La Repubblica, in which they also characterize their love as a "gift of God" that "no one can prevent."

The former nuns, who are both in their 40s, tied the knot in a civil union in Turin at the end of September. Reports added that the nuns met during a missionary trip to Guinea Bissau, and were seemingly encouraged to move forward in their relationship by the words of Francis himself, who once said "Who am I to judge?" about a gay person who wants to be a Catholic.

The former nuns added that they wanted to "leave the religious life and begin a path of freedom and faith lived with serenity, without scandal, beneath the merciful gaze of God."

"You can advise [gay people] to pray, show goodwill, show them the way, and accompany them along it," the pontiff explained at the time.

"The Church does not exist to condemn people, but to bring about an encounter with the visceral love of God's mercy."

In another interview on the subject matter earlier in October, Francis argued that Jesus Christ would not turn away a person just because he or she is gay.

"But each case must be welcomed, accompanied, studied, discerned and integrated. When a person (who is gay) arrives before Jesus, Jesus certainly will not say, 'Go away because you are homosexual,'" the Roman Catholic Church leader said.

Francis also said that he recognizes there are people who struggle with gender identity, but that is different from "indoctrinating people in gender theory" by teaching it in schools, he warned.

Republicans and Christian religion

Whenever the election process is going on I hear a lot from the Republicans about how they are very religious oriented, namely Christian. Republicans are more for the business man and many of them are wealthy. What confuses me, in the Bible it is said that it would be more difficult for a wealthy man to get to heaven than it would be a for a camel to go through the head of a needle.

A simple girl next door -

I am just a simple average girl next door. I believe there is good in everyone. I don't believe that material things or titles make a person but what is inside. I find that material things and titles don't make us happy but real live relationships. Relationships where we touch each others lives and make memories. Family, friends, co workers, neighbors, strangers we all NEED each other and can learn so much form each other. I believe in a God who loves us and knows us. A God who is there for us if we let Him. Deep down our soul cries out for Him but we have let things, time, money, relationships crowd our lives. God can and wants to make a difference in us. He know we are not perfect but He still loves us.
I am far from perfect and at times I have messed up. I have hurt those I love but I am so glad that God and His forgiveness has changed me. Will I never make mistakes again - Yes - I am human but I can ask for forgiveness from God and from those I hurt. We feel that asking for forgiveness means we are weak but that is not true.
I love you and hope and pray we all learn to love on another, forgive one another, and help one another and that it won't take something drastic for us to do that.

"There's not enough love to go round"

Everyone in this world wants love but why is then "There's not enough love to go round"? 'Sympathy' Rare Bird.
The way I see it is, what we do with the light of our love, where does it go? We tend to focus this light on just one person - a partner or lover, or we just focus it on our family. And if we don't have either we focus it on ourselves but this doesn't make us feel loved. For love to be activated and felt, there must be more than one person, just as with music there must be a listener for it to be appreciated.
What we should do is shine this 'light of love' on all we come into contact with, and even those we don't. Our love should not be a single beam of light but like a lantern which shines all around. But how to create that amount of love? Well, you just have to feel it, want it and want the world to be a better place for all, then visualise this inside your own being. You have to create the energy within yourself. The love you have is just the polarity of your energy and how you focus your attention on it, how you think of it and how you see it. We are all co-creators with the creative force of life.

Actually there is enough love to round, just like there is enough daylight to go round but in the middle of the night we don't see it.

My Sunset Experience - Spiritual versus Religious

I stood on the banked shoreline, silently gazing across the sea at the evening sky. The sun was still well above the horizon. The clouds around it were beginning to darken with their edges highlighted by the sunlight. In the foreground, seagulls and pelicans sat quietly on the fishing boats anchored close to the shoreline. It was very peaceful and serene.

As I watched, the sun edged closer to the horizon and the sky around it started to take on a faint pinkish glow. As the sun sank deeper, the pinkish tint turned to orange. This acted as backlighting for the clouds, darkening them to a shade of blue. By then, the sun was sitting just above the horizon, creating a magnificent sunset.

It painted a wide straight band of reddish orange, from where it was setting, on the surface of the water right to the water's edge at the banked shoreline where I was standing. The water's surface, painted by the setting sun, seemed to come alive. The sky surrounding the setting sun was filled with infinite shades of red and orange merging into each other. The setting sun backlighting the clouds from underneath highlighted their edges with a glowing reddish orange tint, imbuing them with a life of their own.

I was caught up in the glory and majesty of the spectacle playing out before me. It was a direct realization of some unique and unusual dimension of consciousness that transcended the ordinary day-to-day reality; it was so beautiful that I cannot find words to describe it. It was a sheer feeling of ecstasy - a state of pure feeling and joyous emotion. I felt as if I was transported to another world where Time appeared to stand still. My thought activity was suspended and the feeling of ecstasy reigned supreme. At that moment, there was no awareness of any connection with the idea of God as espoused by religion.

After a while, I cannot say for how long, whether moments or minutes, due to timeless nature of the experience, I wilfully and consciously began to think of the idea of God as espoused by Christianity It is important to note that this did not emanate form the mystical nature of the experience itself but it was something that I deliberately and wilfully imposed on the situation. In particular, I began to think one-third of this experience was linked with Jesus in keeping with the idea of the Trinity in Christianity. In so doing, I became disconnected from the mystery and ecstasy of the experience but the general feeling evoked in me from the experience persisted for quite some time afterwards.

The most amazing and enjoyable part of the experience was the deep feeling of ecstasy that I felt.

I view this experience as my personal insight into the difference between spirituality and religion.

how bless are you today?

if you are reading this blog it mean u are very bless.

just last week a young woman went to her bed with the intention of waking up the next day only to find herself in a endless, timeless sleep.

just tuesday march 8 a very young pregnant woman woke up and told boyfriend she wasnt feeling well, he took her to the doctor where she fainted , doctor rush her to the hospital in her own car they tried all they could but she died with a 8months baby in her stomach .

now the young pregnant woman was the niece of a very close friend of mine the other woman i known her briefly.

now i am just putting this story here for who may read we all need to look in ourselves and be the best we can be, do the best we can not for ourselves alone but for others .

life is like a penny , we can spend it on anything but we only get to spend it once .

some may read and think " what does this have to do with me ? or i dont care about these things, or even have some very rude sarcastic comments .

BUT it can happen to our sister, mother, cousin, sister in- law, brother, brother in-law or even to our dearest friend , our neighbour, if not ourself..

never wake up each day thinking we are untouchable or that we doing it all by ourselves because we are strong or we are eating healthy and exercising or even because we are not sick , our lives can change in less than a heartbeat.

One Solitary Life

One Solitary Life...

He was born in an obscure village
The child of a peasant woman
He grew up in another obscure village
Where he worked in a carpenter shop
Until he was thirty when public opinion turned against him

He never wrote a book
He never held an office
He never went to college
He never visited a big city
He never travelled more than two hundred miles
From the place where he was born
He did none of the things
Usually associated with greatness
He had no credentials but himself

He was only thirty three

His friends ran away
One of them denied him
He was turned over to his enemies
And went through the mockery of a trial
He was nailed to a cross between two thieves
While dying, his executioners gambled for his clothing
The only property he had on earth

When he was dead
He was laid in a borrowed grave
Through the pity of a friend

Nineteen centuries have come and gone
And today Jesus is the central figure of the human race
And the leader of mankind's progress
All the armies that have ever marched
All the navies that have ever sailed
All the parliaments that have ever sat
All the kings that ever reigned put together
Have not affected the life of mankind on earth
As powerfully as that one solitary life

Merry Christmas everyone
