Atheists are the most generous

Atheists are the most generous—even without heavenly reward!

Who gives the most to charitable causes? Those who believe in gods or those who don’t?

“Go, sell everything you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven…” (Mark 10:21)

“Any charity you give is for your own good. Any charity you give shall be for the sake of GOD. Any charity you give will be repaid to you…” (Koran 2:272)

Charitable behavior gets big perks in the afterlife, according to Christian and Islamic theology. Philanthropy, in these creeds, is a highly profitable long-term investment, a down payment on ecstatic immortality. Quite the bargain!

But atheists? No heaven awaits them. No pearly gates, eager virgins, harping angels, fluffy clouds, or succulent oasis. No reward whatsoever. Atheists have no faith, no expectation of benefit from a deity. So, atheists are probably selfish, right? Pitiless, parsimonious. Totally stingy misers, not passing a penny off to the poor…correct?

WRONG! Atheists, non-believers, secular humanists, skeptics—the whole gamut of the godless have emerged in recent years as inarguably the most generous benefactors on the globe. That’s right. Hordes of heretics are the world’s biggest damned philanthropists. Both individually and in groups, heathen infidels are topping the fundraising charts.

First, the facts.

The current most charitable individuals in the United States, based on “Estimated Lifetime Giving,” are:

1) Warren Buffett (atheist, donated $40.785 billion to “health, education, humanitarian causes”)

2) Bill & Melinda Gates (atheists, donated $27.602 billion to “global health and development, education”)

3) George Soros (atheist, donated $6.936 billion to “open and democratic societies”)

A century ago, one of the USA’s leading philanthropists was Andrew Carnegie, atheist.

Why alcohol is a sin.

The Bible condemns alcohol as we read Proverbs 20:1. Alcohol is indeed Satan's blood and demons are in any glass filled with alcoholic subtenses, wether it is booze, beer, and wine. Having a moderate drinking of beer or other things is a moderate drunken deed condemned by God in the Bible. Yes, any drinker likewise adulterer (remarried divorcee), fornicator, homosexual, liar, idolater, and other unrepentant proud sinner will burn in Hell, as we warned by Paul in 1 Corinthians 6:9-10.
Please fear God and be wise.

Offerings please!

I am starting a new Religion.
uh oh

All votive offerings, in form of anger, hatred, dispair, disappoint, failure, envy, anxiety, depression, pain should be left in the box, and you will be born new this instance.
grin wow

A  votive offering is one or more objects (in this case emotions)deposited, without the intention of recovery or use, in a sacred place. (professor according to Google)

You shall not covert the votive crown made of these negative emotions, and live in peace for ever till you die.
peace

What happens after death is not my concern, and so shall not be questioned.doh

I am not a God, so don't pray for any s*xual or other favours from me. I am just a human.

But this blog is sacred. laugh

The supernatural V's judgement day...

Would I be right in saying a Christian can't believe in both?
in my books it has to be one or the other, likeso with Reincarnation, Christians don't or shouldn't scold
One soul, that's it... simple as, end of.

If you are not a believer of either, no need for you to reply ...
just genuine replies only especially from those who believe in both.

Because I'm such a strong believer in the supernatural, as a Christian I have to say I do not believe in this judgment day we have all been told about hole

Boy am I glad, Mr Worthy is not around giggle

to kill is against human law is it not?

Then why on earth do we allow religion in our realms that incite to murder us all?

Now you'd say they're only fanatics yet we see hundreds if not thousands of them trained to do just that.

Again I'm not here to say that all muslims are killers not at all.

I do know for a fact that there are good ones yet out of 1.3 billion and 3 percent of them visibly out to carry that provision, what guarantee do I have that this number doesn't get to a point where all of them will wake up and become a true follower and do as incited and ordered?

Note : San Bernardino is an example of those that have underestimated such notion.

What a Diabolical Situation.

Try as I might, I just can’t come up with a quick and easy way of conjuring up an entity from the underworld. A simple method that doesn’t require loads of paraphernalia and hours of chanting nonsense. That’s all I ask.

It’s not like I want to evoke Satan himself. Some minor, lower ranking demon is all I need for the little job I have in mind. I mean, it costs a fortune just for the candles. Those ordinary thin candles that you get from the supermarket won’t do. No, they have to be great fat red things that look like they’re bleeding as they melt.

Then you have to find a suitable building to perform the ritual, which has to look at least a little bit gothic. There can be Hell to pay if you get that wrong. I remember summoning up something really ugly at home one time, and it was absolutely furious when it realised that I had forced it to materialise in my garden shed. I won’t be doing that again.

Anyway, I’m sorry for using my first post here for letting of steam like this, but I had to get it out of my system.

Door To The Other side

There is a door in the space around you
It is a door from which you cannot hide
It's a door that you surely must go through
When it is your turn for the other side

Energy that drives a living body
Will depart from it when that body dies
And on the other side it will become free
What happens then one can only surmise

No matter what one believes takes place then
The fact remains that no one knows for sure
All will experience the answer when
We must exit through that very same door

No one knows the mystery beyond that door
Perhaps it shall be so forever more

Right and wrong

Many of us have a clear understanding of right & wrong. Many of us understand that when we do or say something, whether right or wrong, it affects our lives in either a positive or negative way. Some of our decisions & actions cause an obvious backlash that we knew or didn't know would happen as a result of said decisions & actions.
But there are many decisions & actions that the consequences of are much more subtle or delayed. We may blame them on other people or things totally unrelated to the real reason. In a perfect world negative backlashes would come from saying or doing something wrong almost immediately which would make it very easy to know right from wrong.
As we can see in our current events many don't know right from wrong, mainly because there have been few if any negative consequences for their actions.  Because of that many people have come to believe what's wrong is right & what's right is wrong. And because of their distorted view they have been going out of their way to punish those who have an accurate view of things. Unfortunately it looks like now they will be raising the bar on their punishment to new heights as we are now seeing the beginnings of it.
Some may ask how we got to this point? Well it's both an easy and a difficult question to answer. The easy answer is without a relationship with Jesus Christ our lord it's difficult for people to know what is right or wrong. I'm sure some are thinking, we don't need Jesus to tell us right from wrong. And that would be incorrect thinking.
The problem with that line of thinking is it doesn't take into account that Jesus and what is right has an adversary and that adversary is Satan, and Satan is the total opposite of what is good and right. Satan's goal is to bring as many people as he can down with him. I know some people will say, but there is no God!. And I would say again " that would be incorrect thinking". One of Satan's tactics is to fool people into thinking there is no God.
So this begs the question: If there is a one true God why wouldn't people automatically know this, or why isn't he obvious or visible? Well because God gives us the freedom of choice, and we have the freedom to choose whether to see him or not. If you choose not to believe he exist then it is not likely he will ever reveal himself to you. Satan on the other hand doesn't care whether you believe in him or not. And there's a very bad reason for this. And it's quite simple, as long as you don't believe in God and become a born again Christian then he has you where he wants you. I will be blunt about this, if you remain unsaved until you die or Jesus comes back you will end up with Satan as your eternal torturer.
Now I'm not 100% sure, but I believe we are all born with a God given conscience, a moral compass if you will that initially gives us direction as to what's right & wrong. But as humans we have selfish wants and needs that for some can overwhelm that conscience. I also believe that every time we ignore our conscience we bring down it's volume. So the more we ignore it the quieter it gets, until finally some no longer hear it.
We are currently seeing what a lack of moral compass has done to the US government and it's not the Donald. This lack of moral compass is all part of Bible prophesy (Gods Word) and in all likely hood will usher in the destruction of life as we know it within a generation, possibly sooner. At 58, I hope I'm not be around to see it all but our children probably will. For all of you who think that getting rid of President Donald John Trump is going to improve things, you are just deluding yourselves and come judgement day we will all have to justify our sins which will include any participation in the destruction of the greatest Country the modern world has ever known.

Repent before it's to late for God will soon be judging us.

two serpents

In a weird dream, I was witness to two huge snakes (both of different species) wrestling with each other. Each were over 30 feet long. There was a horseshoe shaped driveway, with a ditch at the side of each of the outlets to the road. Both of the ditches had the huge snakes in them. Just a weird dream...or perhaps something on a Biblical level?
