Like a baby rabbit she smiled quite timidly.
He tried to hide his feelings as he helped her lift the boxes.
They stocked the shelves in white noise silence and he often stole a look.
He was quite enthralled with this lovely girl. He could probably write a book.
The words he left unspoken as small talk took its place.
Then one morning she disappeared it seemed without a trace
Her face became a stencil that became chiseled in his brain.
Her voice became a songbird that had a sweet refrain
He often thought about her and why she had left
He also questioned waiting, why he’d been so daft
He was left with one lonely solitude...he’d oft repeat her name.

You said goodbye
I fell apart
I fell from all we had
To I never knew
I needed you so bad

You need to let things go

I've been through hell
To break the spell

Why did I ever let you slip away
Can't stand another day without you

since when do you just walk away

of your collar pulled around your neck
A hidden smile from cheak to cheak
wondering if i'll ever check

Your vodka tounge and reasons why
your pretend tears that burn away
Your in love with someone loving you
I'm in love with the you of yestersday

So this is how ghost trains derail
how burning suns soon some how set
The promises we swore would last
in the end are words we soon forget

I have come to learn that if you love too quick,
you loose out on the moments that define your love.
If you love too late,
you loose out on the moments that give you reason to love.
If you leave too soon,
you will forever be left wondering.
If you stay too long,
you will simply be left behind.
If you hide your tears,
your not sensitive enough to understand.
If you let your eyes water up,
your not strong enough to go the distance.
If you lack in sensual touch,
you've lost attraction.
If your touch is too sensual,
your suffocating.
Even in the sensual act of a kiss,
I have found a personal dislike.
You see, of all the kisses in the world,
my least favorite
is goodbye.

I thought I lost my self but really all it was, was me finding my self.
