Give me a moment

Just give me a moment, Just a small piece in time

to feel some sort of peace and quiet, to reflect on all i left behind

I have been a soldier, fighting for my own life and sanity

my mind is still troubled..my life a war zone, fighting ones who wish to harm me

I have not had much strength, I too have been my own demise

my eyes covered, my vains tainted...my mouth full of lies

Dream Reality

Here we roam this empty filled world, waiting for the clouds to come
With a message filled bottle, full of nature’s bursting energy.
Waiting to send to the world the unknown power of a lonely black something
From which rage roars its excruciating lust to control.

Power expands, while pain deepens to sacrifice the double life of war,
Which never won, but succumbed to the darkness of a never never nothingness.
From which we have bred the terror
That reigns to defy the awe of life itself.

But no more the torture of a hardened existence.
It shall be wiped away to a forgotten world, never to return.
While forward we will march with light, that long hidden queen.
Mesmerised by her beauty from which
We shall survive to better our no longer fortified place of future happiness.

About this poem:
I wrote this poem some years ago while I was studying for college exams. I took a break from my studies and it kinda just came to me. I can't really explain my motivation behind it.

Why Me?

Hey you up there, I want answers!
Yeah I'm talking to you.
You who thinks He's mightier than all,
You who thinks He's holier than thou!
Why did you choose to take my life
Only to then change your mind?
Is it just another one of your tests
To see where my loyalty rests?
Just when I'd come to terms
With all that had happened to me,
Now once more I'm asking why?
In such a horrible crash, why didn't I die?
Do you see a purpose for me
Or am I to be left drifting in the sea.
I don't think I'm worthy at all.
It's not like I'm 10 feet tall.
I'm not a professor
I'm not a doctor
All I am is just a mother.
Send me a sign of why I'm still here
Not leave me filled with only fear.
I'm angry and happy
I laugh and I cry.
All I want to know is WHY?

Randomness...

Please don't tell me its ok and that positive thoughts will brighten my day, you see its my right to be who I want to be, life leaves scars on all of us I don't need no one making a fuss, I think its the negative people which make the world a positive place positive people equal a plastic face, the truth within gives pain and its my right should I choose to sit in the rain, I don't hate people they hate me looking through glazed greedy eyes their contempt for me is hard for them to disguise, so I just fight fight fight no one anywhere has the right to tell me which way to live my life, I don't mind being on the outside looking in watching observing from my point of safety.
No one can hurt me anymore as I've chosen to shut the door on a culture that can't handle the truth and its people like me who are the proof, why do they feel the need to heal/cure people like me? I'll tell you why cause the truth in my eyes makes them uncomfortable with their own lies...

in the spark of night

In the spark of night i walk to thee, I sense your presence closer as it beckons me.. the street,is dark, yet the paving glow, and my footsteps light as in snow, My life on this long lost plight, returns to cluster my emotion tight, as the sculptor work in stone, I the pilgram skin and bone, see you light within your home. I have arrived but not alone. I brought no wines,or fine cheese. But my fire for you to freeze. lets sleep now,as the day I see. In the spark of night i shine for thee,...!,

A true love was she..

trapped in her breath, took to her arms, engrossed in her ice-sharp eyes. Ripped away my soul she bled.. taking all we dreamt, all we ever dare to shed. we gazed above to the twilight sky burning souls of know what why...? flushing away the cold of day such a daring child in a grown up way. that i slept those moments dream to dust, and be so man,his servant lust...thus take all our bread but leave thee must..!

Blah2

Image of mine shattered by their lack of faith...
The person they see is no longer i
For he has dispersed from their memories
Drowning within the many created lies
Disgusted by their lack of trust
Ripping all those loved ones ties
Silenced and ridiculed and left to burn
Forced to witness my own crucifixion
Never did i believe your faith would turn
Turn against the endless trials of you n i
Planted were the seeds of yesterdays false hopes
Blooming into the tainted flower of today's jealousy
If only they were 2see thru my eyes
Still i wonder would they still persist to lie?
Words that attempt to corrode at my very existence
Has me distraught standing infront of an audience
We stumbled through the many days 2gether
But today we walk, walk away from forever
Image of them shattered by their lack of faith...

On The Dark Side

Oh what elusive dreams I feel,
So close that I can smell the dew,
On the petals of the daffodill,
So near and yet so far..
Yearning so much to know that part of you,
The man I see when I close my eyes and dream..
Wandering aimlessly,
And donning rose colored glasses,
Lest I spy a side not yet revealed..
Or in my nietivity simply chose to ignore,
Oh where do I go from here.
Do I veer from the path I have thought to be mine,
Do I look the other way and let uncertainy be my guide..
Alas, haven't I worn these same blinders before,
Another place another time,
And where did that lead me ..
So very easy to pick the first flower,
and compose the arrangement,
Or linger and ponder awhile,
And hold out for perfection.
Shall I muster up all my strength,
And open mine eyes wide and see..
The face that is you, The dark side,
Painstakingly, hidden from me.

Dreamscape

Slide into sleep with me
and dream the nightmare
waiting for my weary fingers
weaving through his mane
before the polished hoofs
flash starlight
the flaring nostrils puff with flames
reflecting in the gleaming
midnight eyes
as I ride my willful way
into damnation
the rolling dark a cloak
to mask the many wounds
I bleed from, toll to the Wild Hunt
payment for the games I choose to play
faerie glamour haloing my flesh
oil slick with rainbows dancing
in the shadows at the fold of arm
the curve of thigh hiding all the pain
that lives beneath the skin
the knives in mermaids’ feet
making agony of ecstasy
two sided coin I cherish
biting deep to prove the gold
and hold back the screams
my dreams demand
on my headlong rush
toward the morning.

I Give Up

I give up on you,
on us, on me.
I give up on love,
on life, on hope.
I give up on care,
on want, on need.
I give up on God,
on Jesus, on faith.
I accept the dark,
the death, the end.
