Enemy

I suffer in silence
I bury it deep inside
shut myself down
shut everyone out
I'm slowly getting around
Everythings been bottled up
it's raging to get out
it's overtaking my head
make it stop, it's so loud.
It's a raging inferno
with a brilliant green/white light
that hypnotizes...it draws me in.
The demon consumes me
everything flows out.
A ocean of emotion
loud as thunder.
Floods of feelings
hits me like a ton of bricks.
I can't breathe, my head is spinning...
wildly...dangerously out of control.
The demon smiles, he laughs at me,
taunts me with images...
I shrink back in fear
Afraid of what the next moment has in store for me.
Just as quick the demon lets go
sits back and waits in the shadows
watching...waiting for me to give in so he can let loose again.
He wants to take over completely, wants me to let
go of my grip on sanity...
Someone help me before it's to late.

lost in my mind where darkness hides

Theres a boneyard to time

locked in the back of my mind

a place hopes and dreams

of youthful thoughts wonder so lost

a gloomy place that shades of black

are woven so tight no light will ever shine

i sit on my rock looking around

at bad memories reliving their lives

theres a bar filled with regrets and choices lost

a graveyard of broken hearts

fenced in with rotten wood

and a tree that stands in the middle of it all leafless and decaying to the core

the ravens sit perched, they call it home

A shop called Things that could of been

has it's lights on

standing next to a locked park

with the wish lake all dried up and swings over taken by rust

A library once filled with books

known as my intelligents has burnt to the ground

and i come here often to visit

on the whiskey boat

Bells of Kilmigrol

Lost in the sea my past echoes me
Stormy on those moonless nights
When even gulls dare not speak
For such tragedy be ever told
What’s covered by a sea so cold
Ancient secrets would come to light
Such would stop a mouse to squeak
Lies a mystery enshrouded of old
The bells you can still hear toll
In the sunken village of Kilmigrol

Death's Bell Chime

You think you can dream your dreams
While I labour at just living
You who plot all your schemes
And never think of giving

You walk past the beggar's hand
With not a second look
Poverty you believe should be banned
As you quote from a holy book

You ignore the pleas of sick and dying
A mantle of righteousness you wrap around
So holy are you, you hear no crying
So certain are you, you're heaven bound

But let me tell you loud and clear
That when you stand at Pearly gates
When you see Heaven so close, so near
That you will be in dire straits

I know thee not, be away with thee
For you have not loved me at all
No matter which way you might phrase your plea
It is down to Hell you will fall

So think while there is still time
To change the way that you act
Once you hear the death's bell chime
Then too late for deeds to retract

Quiet days
Hot nights
Thinking of you
Been so long
Howling wolf
A lonely cry
And yet
I like to think
Hope there is
For without hope

WHAT IF I CONNECTED ALL OF THE POEMS TOGETHER~~

If I had to connect all of the poems together I would do so and I would simply run with a bag of famouse and simply the dumbish poems you ever seen some that i wrote and others wrote...Grab into the bag a pick one of your choice there are so many to pick from of class to deny just another sad one to a fancy and free who really cares if it is from the bottom of ones heart it is the write of ones care....

Thought she could write just wait until they all connect into one very large poem that take up the universe wow just to imagine something new in a write of a kind you never seen before...His was ugly but she comment back anyway to make him simmer down as his words were so harsh why must he curse as he writes it will be alright just chill from another corner in another world beneath your world of hate...

Just when you thought you read them all and to this one took the life time to read because they were all connected together one by one they all started marching in here's a write and there's a write it is a love tune to a grate romance some think dark then for the thirst to the hunger it was a simple food for thought hum to connect the many choices we can write about it is a word to connect to....

If I took all of my poems and your poems and decided to connect them together it would be a world of connection sounds preety good ah kina neat too well hello there this would take all day and all night and maybe a lifetime to do it can be done sure thing and maybe fun how about just to connect to my write as you read it another fun write here as you just connected to a fun write.....

worries

don't want to sleep unless iv arms to hold me
someone to kiss me & say all will be alright
dont want to toss & turn in worry
dont want to go to bed & say good night.

dont want to wake & be alone
want.. need someone to help
want someone to mind me
but iv not, iv only myself.

what for someone to be there
just as i have been for others
what if only but if only
i was not so bloody cursed.

but i will sleep, cause i am tired
just dont let me waken holyman
not to another day of worry & stress
instead, take me to your holy land.

now how wonderfull would that be
worry free, for eternity.

MyCellf

Embedded image from another site

Across the plains I see a glimmering light
Beyond the horizon where the day fades out the night
The grass is grown from the roots of all my sins
Beneath the dirt is where my salvation will begin
There stands a house and its yellowing in mold
Beside a window is where I sit alone
The walls are cold and the bricks are falling out
So you could see inside and I can let it out
Within these walls is where I call my home
Id love to leave this place but I have nowhere else to roam
If I had wings I would uplift myself and soar
Up to the heavens ,but this is the only hell I know

I than looked up to the heavenly sky
but temptation burned my wings before I learned to fly
Again I looked up to a new sunny sky
but than my heart gets blistered and my mouth tongue twisted and tied

PREDATOR

Not, a he or a she but, an it,
Whether you stand or sit,
It stalks unseen, rather, felt,
Whether you are in the bath or, in church, knelt.
Heartbeat, quicken,
Listen…..
Is that the echo of your footstep?
Another set? A neighbour, merely walking a pet?
The dark, becomes more a threat, than retreat,
Footfall again?….Echoes repeat.
Don’t help the invisible terrorist, face it square,
Try to be brave, act, like you don’t have a care,
Face unseen stare, with stare, in kind,
Don’t let it play with your mind.
You WILL find, strength you never thought you had,
When you embrace good, gone will be hurt and sad,
For good, will always, always, in the end….
Trump bad.

The Lost Boy's Club

Order, this meeting is called to order
Is there anything to be brought up
From the happenings of last meeting
I see there's not, so let's move on
What new things do we bring up
Who would like to be the first
To start telling their story
Not all at once, please raise your hand
And I will pick the first speaker
Yes I recognise you, Billy Boyd
I yield the floor to you now

I tried so hard to please my love
But nothing I did would satisfy
She'd shout and curse and even hit
And many days to tears I'd be
She would go out to meet a lover
I would have to watch the children
And then she'd laugh right in my face
While telling me all gory details
I can't take more, this is too much
But don't know what to do now

The assembly was hushed, could hear groans
While Billy Boyd his story was telling
Teary eyes while listening to
The story that he was telling
So many there could feel his pain
Their life not much better
And one by one up they went
To each tell their own story
At the Lost Boy's Club

About this poem:
I was told that this club exists in a dingy back street in a capital city near you. You will find it if you seek hard enough. When you find it let me know as I am still looking for it.
