T R U S T

earned and not bought.
fought but not topped.
leveled and placed right
up tight or strug loose.
held together without intertwined parts.
known from the heart.
trust is what sets us together
against all odds and lying weather.

MERRY CHRISTMAS

Merry Christmas everyone and I hope you take the time
To contact someone lonely, to say, "you're on my mind".

It doesn't take much planning, to just pick up the phone
And ring to say Merry Christmas, "are you all alone?"

I'm just about to do just that and ring someone I know,
I hope you too can spread the love and all give it a go!

Merry Christmas everyone and have a Healthy, Happy and Lucky 2016!!!

Would you

Would you let me climb
under your skin
to feel all the things
that you hold within
would you let me take root
in your garden
to lay in your heart
to be golden

no title

how will you measure
the distance in her eyes
by any length or breadth of mind
for the universe is only
a few flakes of gold
in a thimble full of ocean
when it's time to say goodbye

Reguiny ( 4 Phil )

What does one say to another not known?
Desires to express gratitude for all that's been shown...
England your home, in France you do roam...
A journey of words, your heart you have flown...

You've taken us places we never could see...
Describing the details in pure mystery...
From Egypt to Arabia...
To the English Lake District...
To the edge of the galaxy where black stars persisted...

Your stylized writing is beautiful to read...
Thoughts from your life put so eloquently...
You've taken on topics no other would dare...
And wrote your sweet words for us all to be shared....

The Girl From Anywhere USA

Twenty four hours a day
Men see her pass in their direction
Loaded down with packages and wisdom anyway
That invites continuous respect instead of correction.

Looking out into space
Her eyes are not steady for a reason
Perhaps her memories will not allow a trace
For sounds of awareness to create a new season.

Coming closer together like space ships passing in the night
Impulse is the teacher once again
Conditions are divided once again in the areas of dark and light
As shyness overtakes the courage trend.

Inches become feet and feet become yards
As the twosome moves away never to become one
Through a lucky draw of social playing cards
As individual plans for the day remain important under the sun.

About this poem:
Both men and women in the course of everyday living as strangers may pass people on the street who may enhance their individual lives in a special way. Caught up in the daily tasks at hand people not thinking at all about social contact move on separated forever from the unique opportunity that was never consumated.

your piercing eyes

encased in a moat of girdled blossoms
your eyes shine brighter than the sun
impregnable in its power
it can sink a ship deep into the ocean

I most admire its clarity
it is a mirror to your soul
secrets it holds deep in your heart
only the Gods know how to unfold

your longings yet held tight
and permeates in the dark
beguiling and charmed
reflections, lucid and cold as ice

piercing and yet fragile
in purity and strength I most desire.
