Photo of my Pet Rock. Yup, he was out all night partying with the neighborhood girl rocks, and came home this morning with his hair all messed up and everything again.
Sheesh! These kids these days! Err, pet rocks these days!
It's not one's gender that makes them more or less stable, it's the individual, and perhaps their situation.
I've known many guys who've moved on from relationships and found more success and happiness in the next one, or who've found themselves happier being single and just dating now and then. I've known women who've done the same.
I can't recall it being more or less difficult or stable due to gender alone. It just depends on each person.
And there you go! There's my two cents on this blog subject. Err, my 200 cents now, due to inflation.
Maybe love and relationships seem like they're not working so well these days. But then again, there's more people these days, and more ways to get the word out about relationships that don't work.
Media and news, even social sites seem to highlight more of the not so good relationships and break-ups, instead of telling us more about the good ones and the successes.
Just as the saying goes, "It's darkest before the light" or "darkest before the dawn," maybe successful love and relationships will make a turnaround after a period of seeming down.
Also, when two people do fall in love, they may see the world differently then, and think relationships are great, and the world is a better place now that they have found love.
I suppose it all depends on one's perspective of it all. And finding a successful relationship may do wonders to change one's personal perspective to "very positive."
Ysa, I was very faithful (as far as she knew) for a few days to one lady. THEN, when I found out she had a "Johnny Was Here" tattoo on her, that was the end of our long relationship. Sheesh!
RE: If You Love someone.... Is letting Her/Him Free your last option?
