Somebody gave me a thumbs down. All I did was ask where in NY he's moving to. As a native born & raised New Yorker I thought I could offer some inside info about the "Big Apple".

A few years after that pic was taken the owner sold the buildings to the Federal Govt and we had to find a new place to live along with 39 other families. The 5 buildings were torn down and a huge post office with loading docks for trucks was built on the site. 40 families kicked out to build a freakin post office and hardly anybody mails anything anymore. Can you imagine how much 40 apartments in the Yorkville section of Manhattan would earn these days? Try 1/4 of a Million dollars a year is my guess.
We lived in a "Railroad Flat" on the upper East side of Manhattan in NYC. One day when I was about 13 my mother said she was getting a dog. Naturally I thought it would be a German Shepard or a Doberman. I was devastated when I saw the dog she brought home. It was a little Boston Terrier. How was I ever going to face my friends with a dog that was about the size of a cat? Well, it didn't take long to fall in love with this little guy who turned out to be the smartest dog I ever saw not only that, he was also able to understand commands in English, German and French. On day a couple came by with a camera and took a picture of me & Jackie. I showed them how Jackie would sit up on command and they caught it on film. I can't seem to post a pic on here for some reason even after about 5 try's.
This thread reminds me I should probably drain the gas out of my generator and put some fresh gas in it because the gas is probably stale by now, being at least 1.5 years old. What good is a generator that wont run when you need it?
