It's safer to deal with someone who wants to chat somewhere else right away. You will get a lot of those. It happens on every site even it is not a date site.

Trust your instincts. My aunt always told me I'd have to kiss a lot of frogs to find the prince.

Things that can be annoying

When people can't say 2 or 3 words with out using the F bomb making themselves look very stupid.
Yes I have used the word,m just not every time I open my mouth.

Do any of you get annoyed at people who can only write (for work or on resume's) chat speak or walk around talking in chat speak? Example walking around saying OMG.

Next pet peeve people who can not stay off their damned cell phones no matter where they are or can't miss phone call. Have you ever heard people just talking on their phone for no real reason, even to just talk about the fleeping Pajamas they wore? or worse, what happened during a date (which should be kept private)?

What word did you find most annoying of 2012?

Wow... I decided to see what jokes were posted and found this. ... all I can keep saying is WOW.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I will find out more about my cancer on Tuesday. So far all I do is physio to strengthen, stretch and strengthen muscles in my left arm and shoulder, eat and sleep. Pain is not as bad. Dealing with limitations and relying on others drives me crazy. There are so many things on the "Not allowed to do" list.

Geo and Eyes have been updated since I found out about the cancer.

All I want for Christmas is to be cancer free. Two yrs ago, we were preparing for my mother's last, I'm hoping this Christmas will be a first.

Thank you for the prayers, positive thoughts/energy and emails.

Hope everyone has a good Thanks Giving. The boys and I celebrated yesterday ... with turkey and ham and some nice simple trimmings. Brian as usual was on the road... atleat he will have some left overs to look forward to.

It's our second thanksgiving with out Mom. We will be paying her a visit with her favorite flowers.

My post was not about judgment, just a question and statement about different people's version of what "quality" might mean.

Laughing is right. Every summer it gets quiet on here. Some of us have met in person. I've met Gordo and Eyes in person while visiting Whitehorse and Geo, Brian and I are hoping to get together for a coffee when he passes through while he is going on his vacation. Kid and I were not able to get together for that cup of coffee.

Don't get discouraged. It's summer, people are outside or on vacation.Be more concerned if a person is ALWAYS on line and never takes time for things away from here. Get to know more about dating, dealing with different expectations, and things about yourself.

If it's going to happen it will. Don't be suprised if you learn and grow from things you learn on line and it helps you meet someone who is not on line. Anything is possible. Eyes met her man on here. Things are going great for them. Another friend met her husband on line. They have been married about 7 yrs now and have 2 beautiful daughters.

That is how it starts.... even helps you gain some insights on dating and meeting people and can lead you to met someone in person whether they are on line or not.

I did meet someone and am with someone and engaged like my profile states. I come here to read and share jokes. A few people on here have become friends and we have met in person.

As you can see the adminstrator/monitors have decided to remove the picture of an Irish Harp...... gues the picture was harming someone... don't take care of the scammers they don't do harm like a simple picture of an Irish Harp.

A Riddle...

You are in a car at a constant speed.
On your left side is a wall and on your right side is a fire engine traveling at the same speed as you.
In front of you is a galloping pig which is the same size as your car and you cannot overtake it.
Behind you is a helicopter flying at ground level.
Both the giant pig and the helicopter are also traveling at the same speed as you.
What must you do to safely get out of this highly dangerous situation?
