No offense to you, but did both of you go into this together and did not sit down and have the same expectations .... or realize relationships change and take work?

She is right. Writing or typing to yourself about it can help you get rid of stuff emotionally. It helps clear the mind. It can take time, but it will help. You can do a journal using pen and notebook, or on the computer. You can write it to yourself, or type all the feelings you have to the person who hurt you, but do not send it to them. You might be amazed at how much it helps.
You have plenty of people on here willing to listen (read) when you need to share something.) All of us have been where you are now. You will survive, but you have to allow yourself to heal and that can only happen when you face your pain and what happened.
Same could be said regarding names.... now dawn, gem, brew, gordy, kidatheart, hollandgirl, eyes, and a few others used names that shows honesty, or who they are. They did not put some name trying to be something they are not.
Don't need photos or some profile to tell us when someone is a player or pretending to be what they are not. Just look at the profile name they gave themselves.
I know a couple of males that have custody of their kids. One of them feels that way you do Hunter. Unfortunately a female thought he was looking for a new wife/companion who will clean,cook, and look after the kids etc. He would like someone for him to do things with, but not be a caretaker for his kids because he is very capable of doing that himself. It was suggested he find a female that has kids, and is in the same situation as him. It was suggested because a woman in the same situation as him, would understand about being a single parent with kids.
Do hope you do find someone Hunter. If the ladies can not see you for who you are, it's their loss.

Lion King musical was last production I saw, and very highly recommend it. Even better so you can watch the stuff you missed the first time while looking at all the costumes because the costumes were the props, etc. It leaves you wondering how on earth did they do that.

Parents have always had shaped their kids lives one way or the other. Friends, pets, teachers, even enemies. Even T.V., our heroes, the world, Dr.s Nurses, politics, abusers, lovers and religion. Even our own children.
Everyone has a point in their lives where they wish they were someone else, had different parents, wanted to live someplace else.
JMO, it would be very difficult to just pick one person who has had a major effect on my life, when so many others have also helped mold me into who I am today.
I only knew of the web site because in one of my jobs I had to pass on this information. Not every one is advised to declare bankruptcy. So who ever is having to deal with financial difficulties, wish you all the best.
Many Canadians have been forced to declare bankruptcy due to the economy. Only way to go now is up. (JMO)
It's Monday .... Mom was in the ER Saturday....... everything is off schedule... brother left a huge mess behind (duh as usual) ... I'm sore from moving all the furniture in their basement (by myself) ... company's coming tomorrow and I really don't want to clean my house (after Brian and the boys had a BBQ and in their own way cleaned up the kitchen... you women know what I mean)...I just wanna sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeepp. Garden needs to be weeded and Eric said he watered all my plants for me while I helped my parents buttttttttttttt why are some of my plants so dried out and shriveled up??? grrrrr

LA GRANDE, Oregon - A mouse found inside an automatic teller machine - along with a nest it had built with chewed-up $20 bills - gave an Oregon gas station employee the surprise of her life. The mouse, discovered Thursday, had thoroughly torn up two bills and damaged another 14 to line his nest. Employee Millie Taylor says she screamed and slammed the machine's door shut. The bank replaced all the money that wasn't extensively damaged, and the ATM has continued to work just fine. The mouse also got a reprieve: He was evicted from his nest but set free outside the station. Other workers at the Gem Stop Chevron in La Grande in eastern Oregon say they're mystified about how the mouse got inside the machine.
