RE: If you are "Not Single, Not Looking" Why do you have a profile on a DATING SITE???

I won't say that you have practically zero chance meeting anyone on here for an actual relationship, but i can guarrentee you'll meet many wanting to have an arguement.

What with all the fake profiles, the scammers, the loons and the 'odd' ones your chances are shall we say limited.

From the womens perspective, as i was dragged onto here to check out a female friends potential dated (in Vienna) and i can vouch for the sheer quantity who contacted her, all of which were best described as crazed lunatics when they realised she was pretty liberated.

I met one of them, in fact 2 of them. Both were mentally unhinged!

I have dated one person on this site, who was normal and nice. It's technically possible, but unlikely, andthey might well turn up and behave like a 'fruit loop'.

RE: Massive sunspot spewing destructive flares aligning with Earth

Basically it's back to the 17th century, food shortages, no communications and millions of deaths through starvation.

Not ideal, but it would be nice to go shooting bankers on a hunt as compensation. Anyone who arms a farm, with a well will become very popular. Bankers and accountants and political windbags will become mouths that won't require feeding. People like engineers, farmers, fishermen and anything actually relevent to a society undergoing a reset will become important.

Public Relations, banking, advertising....all worthless careers that shojld be made to dig the required latrines for the poor people with intestinal dysfunction.

RE: Massive sunspot spewing destructive flares aligning with Earth

Last time one hit, it fried the main communication satelite over Canada. If a full wallop hits North America, the whole power grid woll be wrecked, and the continent will be bankrupt. However, i have a feeling the people of Fallujah will be feeling real sorry that the infrastructure has been wrecked, like theirs.

Civil unrest, food shortages, and a disaster would spring to mind, never mind nuclear facilities melting down. It's inevitable at some point, and the sun is in a low period atm.

Perhaps instead of destabilising foriegn countries, to financially pinch resources, and prop up the petro dollar how about redirecting the massive resources required to harden the electrical grid.

90 million Americans are unemployed. This would employ a lot of them, help the economy and actually help the people in the country! No chance of Obamobonzo doing that, on the grounds of it actually makes sense....

RE: pet adoption!!

This is the final straw as far as i am concerned. I want you to know i have personally contacted the moderator to review you account, for repeatedly abusing your right to free speech, by perpetual antagonistic race baiting.

If i were on the staff, this would have been my final straw. Hopefully the site will write to you to inform you your behaviour is unacceptable.

If you did this behaviour publicly in the UK you may well fall foul of the Race Relations Act, and others. Hopefully they will see sense and delete your account accordingly.

Todays good deed. Rescuing two kittens.......

I do take animal welfare seriously. I find it difficult to not help, if you know what i mean.

Salem, Shadow, Merlin, Pepper are still top of my list so far. 'Fluffykins' it tempting, but i suspect they will probably be called that secretly on a one to one basis.

Yeah, i admit it, when i come to animals and pretty faces i am a softy.....

Todays good deed. Rescuing two kittens.......

Oh i've lived with a very real 'Garfield' that was 'Ginger'. He was very funny, highly inteligent and mischevious. I am completely trained in the ways of a cat! At one point i had 8 adult cats! Tails everywhere, and they had a sort of pecking order in which they came for attention!

Todays good deed. Rescuing two kittens.......

Merlins actually great name for a black kitten isn't it! Salem might be too much, but Merlin is a great suggestion!

Todays good deed. Rescuing two kittens.......

Cross Topcat with Garfield, then that is my deceased pet 'Ginger'.

Todays good deed. Rescuing two kittens.......

I'm hoping my new cats are not mentally disturbed. I'd really not want to be reminded of either of those charaters on a daily basis. Hopefully someone will adopt them both, and give them more fulfilling, fruitful, less argumentative lives.

Todays good deed. Rescuing two kittens.......

Well i've previouly had to call this lot out;
Fuzz
Ginger
Alfie
Trixie
Sofie
Tabs
Thomas
Humphie (Don't ask)
Puff
And of course Tigger.

Sofie had an identical twin, but i cannot remember her name, as my father gave her to one of his workmates. I was furious.

Todays good deed. Rescuing two kittens.......

You might find a women with pets anyway. Take a puppy into Temple Bar, Dublin, for a ride. It's ironic, i went looking for a Chow Chow puppy and stumbled on 2 kittens instead. The Chow Chow was homed in under 24 hours.

What do you think of Pepper and Lucky? They seem pretty good. I just looked online and people are calling their cats 'Atticus'. There is no way i'm shouting that out my back door at m7dnight to call them in.

Somehow black cats don't seem so easy to name. I have no idea why though.

Todays good deed. Rescuing two kittens.......

This lady in this documentary dresses cats up in rabbits ears, crowns and bibs. My neibours will laugh at me if i resorted to that. You simply have to see the poor cats to believe how she dresses them up.

Todays good deed. Rescuing two kittens.......

They are that black. Sable???

Current adult is called 'Fuzz'. I'm watching a cat documentary on youtube for cat name ideas! I'm watching a mad Japanese lady who makes fancy dress outfits for cats!

Todays good deed. Rescuing two kittens.......

Cannot use Phoebe. I have a cousin with that name, and it's a she. Shadow is not bad. If one's coat doesn't change 'Smokey' might be suitable.

Todays good deed. Rescuing two kittens.......

Well they are not here, one is awaiting surgery on tuesday, and they will keep the cat for a week to ensure the eye is ok, before i get to bring them home. I didn't want to seperate them, as they have been through quite a lot, and they have to contend with my ginger adult cat as well when they get here.

They are currently legally in the care of the "Cat Protection League".

Shadow is a good suggestion.....and both cats are brothers/male. Felix/Samson seems quite good as well. But the more options the better.

Photo's will appear, but i cannot really invade the imediate foster home to take pics until the little beasts are about to move in!

Todays good deed. Rescuing two kittens.......

It took me about 2 seconds to adopt them! I doubt they will be with me for a week, unless the eye infection settles over the weekend. Then it's neutering time, tuesday afternoon. I thoght it kinder to leave them together until one has been through maybe having his inner eyelid sewn together, and neutered on the same day.

They are totally black, bar the eyes and whiskers! Christmas will be more amusing this year! Pics may take 2 weeks, but a minimum of a week.

Todays good deed. Rescuing two kittens.......

Today i had occasion to call the RSPCA. I was transferred to a nice lady who gave me another phone number to call. I made an appointment and visited the address to see two black little kittens, one who has an injured eye.

Someone had placed them in a box, and left them to die. On tuesday, the injured moggie will go back to the vet for treatment and his potential surgery. His brother has already been checked.

Now the good news. To make things easier for both these little brothers, i have agreed to adopt both of these two little cats. Their furr should be black, but only the head to the shoulders actually are, which meant these poor little cats had hardly any food, whatsoever.

Anyway, these little fellas will soon be in my care, and will want for nothing very shortly. The only thing that remains is to find suitable names for them.

Both are jet black, one is short haired, and the other is longer haired.

"Lucky" seems apt, but as i have not had black cats before, so why not contribute to naming these poor little kittens.

Photo's will be added, and then you ponder what type of human being put these little cats in box leaving them to almost certain death. My speakers in my living room are going to be ruined, but it's going to be worth it.

You never know what will happen when you wake up in the morning. But today, i have made a difference.....

RE: Searching for books online?

Oh, author will find you anything. I have a special "Bookdata" cd, that contains everything in print, and the industry jargon to tell if a reprint is under consideration.

I used to work as a publishers agent....so if you need information, or some help, just fire me over your query, and i'll look up the information!

RE: Us Mexican border...National Security

Are you really this stupid? America is a country made by immigrants. And they are not all terrorists! Why not voice your opinion to that absolute idiot in the Whitehouse.

I'm guessing have not travelled much.....never mind clearly don't watch much domestic news. You realise Your President made an agreement to ship all those disgusting people who are terrorists, who are brown, with various national leaders, including the elected leader of Mexico.

Me thinks your lovely corporations want even cheaper labour, and got their crony in the Whitehouse to do it. That does not make them bloody terrorists though.

RE: millionaire

Oh i know a billionaire, and two weeks ago her brother froze her bank account, that is linked to a trust. I have not spoken to her in three years, and she phoned me out of the blue asking if i could lend her £10,000. I thought she had lost it, and thought it was a step too far for my friendship. I simply couldn't believe she had the nerve to ask me, it was like it wasn't a big deal to her, but i was offended she had the cheek to ask.

RE: Favorite art pictures?

I collect Peter Smith and Doug Hyde stuff. I have 2 Peter Smith Originals, and LOTS of his prints and Canvas.

If i could copy links from Washington Green i'd show you all a few of the ones i own. The one in my bedroom is called "Honey Bunny" and is only 1 of 65 made. Very nice.

"Crying Game/Bunny for my Honey/The Moon & Back" all very nice canvas.

They have to be seen to be appreciated.

RE: Hey smokers, guess what?

What i always enjoy, is driving past smokers taking cover, from the freezing wind/rain/snow while they are willing to freeze their asses off, while paying to poison their lungs.

All the other staff deserve longer t-breaks, at equal the people sneaking off for a ciggie break. I'm not cruel enough to splatter them with water from the kerb, but it should make them think how badly they need to give up.

RE: women run things!!

It's genetic. Women are tougher internally than men. They need to be to get through childbirth. They also have a higher tollerance to pain than men.

Men have better spacial awareness, which is why we can drive better and park properly. What women do have is a higher fat content than a male. It's useful in survival times, as a hardier organism is more likely to make it.

Men lose weight at twice the rate women do. Simply put both on a juice diet and i can tell you what both will lose per day. A man will lose 1lbs a day at a point where all the wheat is out of the diet. Women will lose half that, when they have reached the same point, eating the same food and doing the same excersise.

RE: do you believes in paranormal activites?

We had a poltergeist event in my mothers side of the family, that is one of the only genuine documented instances recorded.

Short version, when my grandmother was a child, there was an instance where she was locked in an upstairs room, and it was thought a intruder was in the bedroom. A policeman was dragged into the house, the door broken down to find my grandmother cowered in a corner, and the rooms contents circling in mid-air in the room! A second policeman was a witness, and someone from the clurgy visited the house! My family is not Roman Catholic.

My mother also had some traits, in particular when being threatened. She worked in a paper factory, as her first job. She was a bookkeeper, and one of the women would i suppose bully her. One day the lady got a shock, as my mother turned around and told her to go home at lunchtime, as she had something important to deal with. It was true......the bullies mother died at lunchtime.

My mother appeared to know when people were going to die, including her own father. It's sort of skipped to me, although i did have a head injury when i was a kid. I put it down to being hit by a car, and still have a scar on my left temple.

My child is also very bright and sensitive, but as he is in Canada i cannot keep an eye on him.

RE: do you believes in paranormal activites?

I have to admit i'm a bit jelous! It would befar easier for me if i could socialise with more people like that. It still troubles me, but i deal with it mainly by limiting contact with people.

Bursting of information is a little odd, so i've made a conscious decision to work in a zoo, surrounded by large cats. You can imagine what i will try there with access to a pride of lions.

Remote Influencing is still quite Black Budget, but i can manipulate my cat, with his back turned on me. I cannot wait to try it on the Tiger.......

Candida Albicans.....Desperate to be rid of this and eat a tasty meal.

You should make your own! All it takes is a juicer, a pile of granny smith apples, and a empty wine bottle!

Simply pour some of the Braggs (with the mother) into the apple juice and put a date on the bottle. The apple juice will turn from apple juice, to cider, and then to vinegar within 2 months.

No pesticides, no presevatives, no artificial flavourings or colours. And better than anything you'll buy in a shop.

RE: do you believes in paranormal activites?

I have had an experience with a ghost, on an airfield. He was a practical joker, and would set off car alarms and lock cars with the engines running!

He patted me on my right shoulder, cast no shadow, but physically touched me. I did see a golfball light, but not a physical person. Other stuff i just keep to myself, because people would have trouble understanding it, or relating to it.

Most of the time i keep this to myself, but ask Jono how i brought the subject up. You might be freaked out.......basically i knew she was interested in remote viewing, without her ever mentioning it. Try to rationalise that, digest the implications, then wonder what effect that has on me!

It's more peaceful me living on my own!

RE: Your wife is sick. Do you.....

I've studied psychology for nearly 30 years. I know the text from the books, but what i have trouble with is how i find a demure woman, and then 2 years later they have turned into a control freak.

I've even discussed it in passing with professionals, one of which said 'you have to consider the prospect that you wanted to be abused'. Garbage.

It's quite simple, i didn't fight back, so they pushed it further and further to get a response that they wanted and never got. They got frustrated by it. I felt it was insulting and was unsettling.

Short version, i'm a mad woman magnet. Last woman i dated from this very website was very nice, but had a temper regarding her daughter. When her child got frustrated with me, and i failed to react there was a tantrum. Words were said between mum and daughter, which resulted in a slap around the face.

My reaction was typical. I left and put mother and daughter first, because i didn't want to be responsible for more angry slaps, or ruining their relationship. Do i miss them, yes. But i put them first, and me last.

She would say "I cannot believe you are this patient and calm". But to me it wasn't important, because i was happy even when the young girl wanted to fight, to get attention. When i was insulted (in typical under 10 style) i didn't react, but her mother did by slapping her.

I was shocked, but instill think about them and wonder all the time if i did the right thing. Main thing is they are happy anyway, as my happiness is neither here or there compared to the mum/daughter.

RE: do you believes in paranormal activites?

Oh it's involuntary with me now. I was curious when i was a kid an removed one of my own teeth. I did, pain free and put it back in my gum etc.

I've attached a bicep to a bar in the oven and ignored if, but i should point out i was removing a roast chicken and roasted potatoes from the oven, so the oven must have been approximately 200 degrees, as the dinner was ready.

The girlfriend had to tell me, as she was talking to me at the time while at the sink. I simply detatched my arm and served dinner. I would walk in the door with cut arms, legs etc and my mother and girlfriend would just shake their heads and laugh, knowing i would have ignored it anyway.

I've studied psychology for nearly three decades, and there are some theories to explain some of the attributes people put down to the paramormal. Quite simply apart from fraudster, and cranks, you only need to look at the origins of the work done at the Monroe Institute, it's apparent astral travel and other phenomena are genuine.

I have troubles with the idea of faeries and Angels, because i know about psychology, but temperal lobe epilepsy, various brain conditions and oxygen starvation do not explain the cause and effects of moving a needle on a shockproof peice of equipment (seizemology) that belonged to the U.S. Airforce. The conclusion was mind can effect changes on matter.

Some people are gullible, so people are predatory, and some are delusional, and others are influenced by cultural and religious doctrin. I am neither religious, delusional or physically or mentally disturbed. Quite simply i am sensative, because i also have an effect on tills in supermarkets.

I have also known what winning lottery tickets numbers were going to ge, and the order they were drawn from the machine, twice, with witnesses.

The best way i have seen it d3scribed, is sponsaneous access to a data field, which everyone at some times accesses. Deja vu is common example that most people experience, but some do not recognise it for what it is.

Science will catch up and provide a framework to label these phenomena, but quantum and string theory do add something towards an inquiry on the subject.

It will be nice to see someone else have an episode, who will reactly quite predictably to the discovery of extraterrestrial life. Panic. I will however not be surprised, especially when you've read some of the trauma data from nobodies like Dr John Mack, formally of Harvard Medical School.

RE: do you believes in paranormal activites?

Would you believe in statistics?

You might like look at the actual evidence, from such bodies as SRI, the C.I.A./D.I.A and plenty of other bodies such as law enforcement.

Being uninformed doesn't excuse flippant remarks and a condescending attitude to your girlfriend. That's a matter for you though, and your conscience.
