Well, it is commonly referred to as the Number of the Beast.

Work more or less?

I don't think I'm a workaholic, but it DOES help me to be busy and I love that.

One of my sister complained I work too much! She told me many times that I should work less and enjoy more but the problem is that I would rather spend time for work than spent time for things such as traveling alone unless it's for business trips.

What about you? Would you prefer working more or less?

It looks like he reached the height of his career...

38 year old actor Rich Rotella was always concerned about his height. As an actor, he felt it was an impediment to his career. Rich stood 5 foot 5 inches as a teenager and never grew taller.
Looking for a solution, he researched leg-lengthening surgery, an expensive process.
For those of you who might puke over the details, they basically were able to make his femur bones 3 inches longer. He was unable to work for months and required lots and lots of physical therapy.

The cost: $100,000 and none of it was covered by insurance.

I'm thinking, if it boosted his career and he started getting acting parts right after, that could be a tax 'write-off' the same way actors/actresses improve their appearance to further their careers.
As a way to pay for the surgical procedure, Rich is working on a documentary and plans to release it in 2024.

Going from 5'-5" to 5'-8" looks like he reached the height of his career!

The 1st step is never easy

The first step is never easy.

The beginnings to good things are always the hardest, but it’s these hard times that pave the path to greatness. Be strong and keep the faith. It will be worth it in the end. The greatest miracle of your success in life will not be that you finished, it will be that you found the strength and courage to begin.

And remember, it’s not that those who are strong
never get weak in the knees, or that they never hold their breath before they embark… It’s that while their knees are shaking, they force themselves to breathe and take the first step... #Jt

Safe space.

In the past that seems so long ago I kind of found my way back to me in this crazy site.
I went through so much emotion and in the end I found without realising it that I needed to learn how to deal with Me, I realised that She had been buried so deeply inside my heart because I was needed as a Mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend etc.

Almost it seems a lifetime ago when CS helped me find Me again I didn't comprehend then how much so many faceless strangers could help me find my soul again.

So when life decided to knock me down a few steps, I came back to the place I felt safe enough to put out into the universe "Me"

From thinking my life was going to be this gentle growing old with someone special who I loved for the Man he is, but I discovered when I was told I am not enough, that I maybe was just there to help him find himself.. surely you would crumble into pieces if that was as real as I wanted it to be?
And yet I find I feel lighter and I can see the Woman who was quietly waiting for the next phase of this crazy ride we call life.

So here I am :
"Hello again"

take it easy...it is just life.......

Sometimes people come into your life and you know right away that they Were meant to be there, to serve some sort of purpose, teach you a Lesson, or to help you figure out who you are or who you want to become.

You never know who these people may be (possibly your roommate, neighbor, worker, long-lost friend, lover, or even a complete stranger), but when you lock eyes with them, you know at that very moment they will affect your life in some profound way.

And sometimes things happen to you that may seem horrible, painful, and unfair at first, but in reflection you find that without overcoming those obstacles you would have never realized your potential, strength, willpower, or heart.

Everything happens for a reason. Nothing happens by chance or by means of good luck. Illness, injury, love, lost moments of true greatness, and sheer stupidity all occur to test the limits of your soul. Without these small tests, whatever they may be, life would be like a smoothly paved, straight, flat road to nowhere. It would be safe and comfortable, but dull and utterly pointless.

The people you meet who affect your life, and the success and downfalls you experience, help to create who you are and who you become. Even the bad experiences can be learned from. In fact, they are probably the most poignant and important ones.

If someone hurts you, betrays you, or breaks your heart, forgive them, for they have helped you learn about trust and the importance of being cautious when you open your heart. If someone loves you, love them back unconditionally, not only because they love you, but because in a way, they are teaching you to love and how to open your heart and eyes to things.

Make every day count. Appreciate every moment and take from those moments everything that you possibly can for you may never be able to experience it again. Talk to people that you have never talked to before, and actually listen.wave
