According to the journal, Science Advances, researchers in Spain conducted a study of the personality types of 540 people and grouped them into four categories: optimistic, pessimistic, trusting, and envious. The first three groups represented sixty percent of the total, and another ten percent were impossible to define. The remainder, the largest single group, was made up of people whose personalities were dominated by envy, though they usually didn’t recognize it.


We all battle envy, of course, but we often don’t realize how much we’re motivated by silent contests with those around us. We quietly compete to get the upper hand, to be noticed, to have our way, and to feed our ego—allow without realizing it.

Envy is an emotion that devalues the importance of loving others. Love is much stronger than envy. The best way to counteract envy is to make up our minds to love others. When we love someone, we want the best for him or her. Suddenly it’s not all about us, it’s about how we can help others succeed.

Whenever you attempt a good work you will find others doing the same kind of work, and probably doing it better. Envy them not!

I believe for some who used to work in a company consist of some expatriates will face a communicating issue.

I am working on a accompany that allow me to meet , deal and communicate with many expatriates from India, Pakistan , Japan, and Korea.
And I think it is not easy to deal with them. Mostly on communicating issue.
Sometimes what we mean opposite with what they mean.

One day, I got assignment from my Japanese Superior. He asked me to make a document export.
I have done it and only awaiting for his signature. When he asked the document, I said it had done already . But he said, it had not done yet. I said, yes it had done already. Again, He said it had not done yet.
Finally, I knew what he means. For me "had done" mean I have already finished made the document, But for him, "had done" means the document already made and included his signature. W/o his signature that mean had not done yet.

Following one speaker of " Global Leadership Summit 2016 " Mrs. Erin Meyer;
" The way you communicate , affected the level of clarity that you give and hope to be accepted when dealing with others."

And.Asia continent included on High Context communicating which are implicit, layered, and nuanced .
I think I face a big challenge of communication ahead...
Any suggestion to help me deal and do a better communication with my expatriates?

Today is our Lantern Festival, which also means the end of our Lunar New Year, people eat TangYuan to denote union, harmony and happiness for their family... I'm so quiet by myself, my cat had a lazy sleep, too late till the Sun rise up high.

Someone wanted to introduced me a boyfriend,but it ended of his smoking habit before we met. Someone wanted a new friendship with me, but it also ended in a short time... cos it is rather hard to define a friendship and a love, especially under a new situation between both of us... So I thought I have no luck in a relationship.

I wanted to remove my old blogs many times, now it's time for me to do it, in the day of my father's death. It's my old life ,old memories. I will keep them in my heart... This is a new year at least, something still need to look forward no matter it happened or not. Thanks for the people who concerned with me in my difficult times and commented on my blogs .

While undergo this life, sometimes what we dreaming of for our life are turning / not suitable with reality.

~ Once we have ever dream that our lifetime project will ended with compliment by our boss, but it failed and ended with a disappointment.
~Once we have ever dream to have a job and be settled on a well establish company, but.., it failed and ended with dismissal.
~ Once we have ever dream to have a harmony marriage, but .. it failed and ended with divorce.
~Once we have ever dream to re try and find another good man on dating site, but.,, it failed and ended with met some terrible scammers.
~ once we have ever dream to have a long and joyful life with our beloved family , but.., it failed and ended with loss.
~ Once we have ever dream to have a peaceful life around the world, but it failed and ended with war and death.

Like it or not those are some stages that once in a life time will be faced by all mankind.
Behind it , there are always a mystery that created by God to make us more clever, responsible, tough, strong and courageous mankind.

Wise spiritual words " Some day we'll be really, really grateful that God gave us what we needed instead of what we thought we wanted."

My power went off this morning because a rather strong little rain storm came through and
did something to the wires.
Well, that made me think, oh good, I can do some of those little jobs around here that I've
been putting off.
That's when I realized how much trouble I could be in if the lights don't come back on like so
many are talking about on the internet.
Everything around here is somehow electric, even my water. My pressure system is electric.
My stove and refrigerator are electric. Everything in my wood shop is electric, except my old
broom, and you can only sweep so much.
Time to do some serious thinking, I think....
