I think tattoos still belong to "sailors, criminals and other members of(sic) the fringe of society". People who get tattoos may also be looking for the attention they never got as children, or perhaps they suffer from feelings of inferiority.

I have over 20 tats and still adding. I must say, when I first thought about getting the first one, I thought about it for a year. I visited shops to see if they were clean, and used autoclave's. Very important to make sure the shops are using proper sterilization techniques. Ask questions at the shop you are considering going to. Ask any friends that are tattooed, where they went, and would they recommend. Don't be in a hurry and rush into the first shop you see. People have caught Hepatitis and other diseases from being inked. In many states nowadays shops must be licensed. If this is true where you live, make sure their licenses are posted in the open. If you see people with tats ask them where they went and who did their tat's; and would they go back to that person. Arm yourself with lots of knowledge before getting one. As far as what to get, you have many options for getting ideas. The flash at the shop, tattoo magazines, and the internet. Plus the artist can draw something up according to what you have in mind. Enjoy!

Sorry knom it is more about comparing religion, but hope can also bring a view in of Christianity. Christian means little anointed one... I see also this comments... a scribture of people going to ground because of the lack of knowledge. The bible does not come to condem. Through Jesus, blood of many man made rules and laws he came to die for our sins. Also scripture tells us, that once you give your life to God, HE WILL NEVER let you go.... So even if you sin, you will be forgiven. Yes and that does not mean anybody can sin as he wishes, but like in a relationship, I do not want to hurt anybody, so I try not to sin because I love God and what he has done for me, not because I want to go to heaven. ..... Also... by reading the bible or knowing everything is not the path... I am not here to convince anybody, but be willing to ask, and before making assumptions, nobody can abide by the rules and laws, everybody is sinners...but through his love God wil save... So many non believers really went out and tried to proof Christianity wrong, only to turn to Jesus whole heartedly.
But yes, as a saying of Ghandi, Christian is one of the most facinating religions, just sorry about the Christians .... So seek God directly and not through people and man made rules.... And I know you will find Him.

I read a survey last week that said women are now making higher salaries than men. On that basis, I think that women should pay for the full bill for dates, wedding, etc. I was on a date last week with an accountant. She picked up the $280 for the night out on the town.

Tricky. Really tricky.

I have an equal number of male and female friends, and to be honest, I think it's a bit of both.

I know that whenever I meet woman I generally notice if they're attractive or not…it's just an inherent thing that God/evolution has put into us to make us want to reproduce, even love/be loved.

A friend of mine was a psychology student, and she told me that instinctively women, when meeting a man for the first time, check immediately to see if there are any signs of interest.

So…essentially it's just a thing that happens.

On the friendship side of things, yes, even though I have considered relationships with some of my female friends, we still remain friends and value each other's trust, honesty, help and presence.

When socialising as a group at uni, everyone is treated equally: gender doesn't matter, it's the input each person gives.

sure they can be friends i have just lost a dear friend she died of the big c . nothing else but friendship she had her boyfriends i had my girlfriends. 1 of my wives also become a very good friend of hers to . so it can be that a woman and a man can be friends ...

Okay here goes: I think that most people have been conditioned by watching their parents and have come to believe that this is in fact what a relationship is supposed to resemble... By the time the woman is a woman and realizes that this is not normal, or acceptable, she is broken as well. Broken attracts broken... A person needs to be alone for at least two years doing their own personal recovery work before they can come back to the relationship table and try again. Otherwise she can only bring with her the broken experiences and limited expectations...This also holds for the guys naturally.People did not become this way over night and it takes time and work to change it. Two broken people do not make a whole anything...
