Tea And Cookies All Day?
If you worry, you will die. If you don’t worry, you will still die. Then why all the worries? It only leads to more worries. In essence you have only one thing to worry about:
Are you enjoying good health or not?
If you are healthy then there is nothing to worry about. However, if you are not well it leads to another worry:
Will you get better or not?
If you are going to get better then you have nothing to worry about, but if you will not get any better, well it leads to yet another worry:
Will you survive or not?
If you are going to survive then there is nothing to worry about. But if you’re going to die then it leaves you with one helluva big worry:
Will you go to heaven or will you go to hell?
If you end up in heaven my friend, then there will be absolutely nothing to worry about.
However, if you get turned down at the pearly gates, you will go straight to hell.
When you get there you will be so busy shaking hands with all of your old friends that you will not have the time to worry about anything!
So why worry?

Just kidding!!
What is the only thing in life you enjoy?
The tea and cookies or the worries?
Exactly. Half the things we worry about never happens. It is the things we don't think about that goes wrong.
Now why does that sounds like Murphy's law again?
This is funny but true!
Glad you enjoyed it. And don't worry, it will never happen.
Cat,
Right, let the warriors worry.
That right. Worry has never fixed anything.
Friend replayed;"When the bool get you from the back" but why to worry about mad cow madness when we're going to die anyway
He tries but something goes wrong all the time. If he does not break the bottles he knocks the glass over.
Now you have me worried. I hope I have nothing else on for that day.
From what I understand man cannot get mad cow disease for all men are pigs.
I like the way you end your blog. Well done! In my opinion, worry can only compound an issue or a problem. It is a negative emotion which can distract your mind from coming up with constructive solutions...if a solution is needed. On top of that, that negative emotion is also a negative energy which can affect how your organs operate in your body.
I think somebody mentioned this....things are what they are.
I once read somewhere that worry and hate consume more energy than anything else and in the end consumes you. I have never seen a problem solved by worries.
So say I too. I don't like the heat so I stay out of the kitchen. And ol' Jimmy knows that and will probably keep me on kitchen duty for the duration.
As the old saying goes...Today is the Tomorrow you Worried about Yesterday...and all is Well.
Yes, and the world is still spinning.
By the way, I hear it is your birthday tomorrow. If we don't get to see you tomorrow, have a happy birthday!
just like the saying...
"leave the past and live today like there's no tomorrow"
It also means that.... stop thinking coz if u think a lot u will be worry for some things...
so can I say don't used your mind?
Hmmmmmmmm...
now im also worried about my brain...
It is very kind of you to worry about that but I think my blog two days ago (on Saturday) explains my dilemma regarding heaven and the warm place. It would seem that I'm a persona non grata at both venues.
See, you are - by your own words - thinking too much. It only leads to worries.
I have nor worries or fears about turning 50.
Much too late for that now.
Hi Cat, I admit, I'm sometimes a worrier and always a ponderer.
But - life's to good to worry too much, at least that's how I feel about mine atm.
Hmm, we can solve our problems without worrying. In fact worries prevent us from finding the proper solutions.
I ponder too; all the time but I got my motto in life from Alfred E Newman. What me worry?
It works most the time and when it does not I just buy another Mad magazine to get more advice.
No problem. Alfred E Newman always has a solution for all your problems.
Good rational to continue to do whatever I want...as for hell, nothing better than bumping into old friends down there...
