DEATH, PENAL COLONY OR PRISON LIFE

What's the best method of treating convicted murderers? Should they be given life in prison, or sent away to a penal colony for hard labor, or maybe a life sentence in traditional prison. Maybe it depends on the particular case in question. If the circumstances were unclear as to the intention, but a life was taken and found guilty, perhaps prison only. Murder of a child, perhaps death penalty. Murder of anyone, which sentence and does it matter? Or maybe the death sentence should never be used as the taking of life as a punishment is behaving like the criminal.
Which punishment would make the best deterrent to crime?
What form of death should be used? Hanging, electrocution, drugs?
What about sending person to a penal colony away from normal civilisation?
Can you ever be sure of the guilty verdict?

Get ready for 'The Pit'

So, what is The Pit, you may ask.

Good question smile

The Pit is essentially a follow on from the 2000 Mules election fraud exposé. Approximately 100 influencers - with tens of millions of followers between them - have been invited to attend a presentation early tomorrow.

One part of The Pit will relate to 'the ripcord' - which is the phrase that has been used to refer to the release of underlying 2000 Mules investigation data to the public so people can see and dig and get a better idea themselves of the investigation and the various levers at play within the election system. Data released should include geo-tracking data of the mules both while the ballot trafficking operations were under way, and while they were not (ie. their regular day-to-day patterns of life in terms of where they went and where they didn't). The purpose of this is to contrast their normal movements to their NOT NORMAL movements. The not normal movements would refer to the 10 or more visits to ballot drop-off boxes and 5 or more visits to Non Governmental Organisations (NGO's). This extremely high bar set in order to be considered a 'mule' was designed to leave little doubt as to what was going on - ie. that paid ballot mules were dumping a large number of ballots in order to undermine an election (and ultimately try to steal it). NGO's involved are suspected of being 'ballot stash houses' where the mules went to collect stacks of laundered ballots, before illegally dropping them off in the drop-off boxes.

Other data released will be whatever cctv footage of drop boxes was made available. Some of this will be usable, some it has been indicated will not be usable because the video quality is so poor, and other footage simply hasn't been supplied and may have indeed been deleted (this would be a crime as well).

I'm sure other information and data will be released as well, possibly in relation to federal level (FBI) and state level law enforcement refusing to investigate when evidence of these apparent ballot mule operations were provided to them.

Another part of The Pit will involve something extremely serious, which it has been said is more serious and more scandalous again than even the 2,000 Mules story. We won't know until tomorrow exactly what that story is, but chief 2,000 Mules investigator Gregg Phillips has stated that it involves interference in the 2020 election from other countries and governments. Don't believe me? Watch this: Possibly even more worrisome is that Phillips states that he brought this to federal agents who shared his concern, but that FBI leadership shut it down, and not only that - they made Phillips a target himself. Keep all of these things in mind when you consider the FBI raid on Mar-A-Lago a few days ago, and the increased weaponization of law enforcement and the FBI in general. It's looking more like the immense powers of government have been turned not just against Trump and those who challenged the election, but also against those who have worked diligently to uncover fraud that happened. So if you're of a prayerful mind, maybe just consider saying a prayer for the truth all to be revealed, and for those fighting for the truth to be protected, and for those fighting against it to be thwarted in whatever wicked schemes they may have.

The Pit will be live-streaming early tomorrow on RSBN

But what if you’re wrong!

“If I am wrong”, say the preachers of Hell fire, “I will never know, but if you are wrong”, they have more than once said, addressing me, “you most certainly will know.” Fair enough, but that’s my look out.

The situation regarding man made global climate change is rather different. If the prevailing scientific consensus is wrong, those who have tried to do something about it will have made the effort for nothing, and the economic resources put into dealing with the matter could have been spared. That would be a shame, but money and effort have been wasted on far less worthy causes. If the sceptics and deniers are wrong, however, they may still never know about it, but future generations certainly will.

While it makes sense to always choose the option that poses the least risk to one’s self yet promises the biggest personal benefit, it can be a very selfish and irresponsible choice sometimes.

In case you wanted to know...........

We don't really get to know each other very well on this site.

We are mostly a mystery to each other.

I thought that it might be nice for the group to have a better
picture of who I am, or was, and may lead to others being a
tad more forth coming with who they are, or were.

I spent the predominance of my working life as a mental health
practitioner and mentor.

My specialties were with youth and the reintroduction of criminal
offenders into mainstream society. Of course this involved a
tremendous amount of my time being spent in both the criminal
courts and the family court system.

I became very involved in education, interdiction, and even
liaising with gangs to prevent violence, escalation and expansion
in my area.

But this was not a one way transaction. I think that I got a lot
more out of it all than what I put in.

I learned something from each and every person that dealt with.
I always aimed for a common respect, but I received an uncommon
degree of respect. I was accepted on both sides of the law.

My wife used to tell me that I was becoming more like 'them' than
the normal person that I had started out as.

She was right. But I learned respect for others, without qualification,
and I learned patience and I learned compassion.

The whole experience made me a better person, and I smoothed the
waters for all around me.

In all, it was a good trade.

That's me, in a nut shell.

Now, let's hear from the rest of you in this looney bin. Shall we?

What If The World As We Know It Ended In A Few Months?

We all tend to believe that time is on our side and we have nothing but our everyday lives to think about. Sure, it is always good to be balanced between what if's, the present and the future.

However, what if you didn't die from some disease or a terrible accident, or natural causes?

Suppose you did not have electricity or free running water available tomorrow and then your food supply is running low or is spoiling now, and the stores are empty?

What would you think about? What would you do? It would be too late to make a plan or to think logically about it.

These events happen all of the time in other places, but usually only for a few months. How difficult it must have been for those who endured such tragedies to cope and wait on supplies or help.

I am talking about globally and permanently. Do you think that you will starve or become dehydrated, die at the hands of looters, be able to gain assistance from some unknown source, wait for the government to provide, or something more like Judgment Day?

How important would politics, prejudice, racial discriminations, global warming, taxes, climate change, or arms control be?

We are all so distracted with life in general, that any major event would knock us on our butts and we would not be prepared for it.

The common speculations are that an EMP would hit us and that it would knock out our already fragile power grid. Without power, our military would be useless because it is so technically advanced now. There would not be any police or 911 to call. There would be no communication. Once the store shelves become empty, then the looting would begin. People in their own homes would not be safe, and if you own land and grow your own food, the government has the right to take it all from you. You may have to get in line at a FEMA Camp set up by the government and hope to get food for your starving family or be detained within its confines permanently like sheep to the slaughter.

Imagine living in darkness constantly other than what sunshine you have during the day that is if you felt safe enough to venture outdoors.

What about sanitation? Without water, things tend to get messy and unsanitary. Do you have enough clothes to wear since you will not be able to wash them?

Water will be in short supply. The western United States has been in a drought for the past 13 years and that will only worsen. How will you find enough water for your family's needs on short notice?

Communication would be non-existent. Everything electrical would be fried and of no use. At least during 9-11 we had cell phones, satellites, cable, and television. None of that would be available to us. We would just believe that it was a blackout or a temporary disruption of some sort.

These are just the very basic concerns that we should all be aware of even if it never happens or if it does, then you could at least have a short-term plan and supplies handy so that you don't have to panic and risk your life to gain what you need at the last minute.

What would you regret? That lost love you didn't pursue? How about quality time with your family? Going to the nursing home to see your mother? What about that close friend you didn't have time to call? How about that vacation you put off because it wasn't the right time? Remember all of those things in storage that you didn't get to see or use one last time? How about that promise you didn't keep? Or that book that didn't get published because it wasn't perfect?

Just something to think about...
