Evergrande

Evergrande
Evergrande
all built on sand
oh there's trouble in the land
when the old financial band
who went in hand in hand
with the scheme so grand
are exiting as planned

A Simpler Time

Standing in a line
In a room full of strangers
What will I find
Walking through the door

Where are you now
My long forgotten dreams
All those sweet autumn days
Playing in the leaves

When memories come alive
Stirring images in our minds
Peaceful sounds of a shoreline
Skipping all those stones

Laughing in the breeze
Doing whatever we please
Singing a happy song
When its raining leaves

Nothing lasts for long
Is the title of this song
So put your mind at ease
A good life won’t displease

When you live each day
Rising up to do the chores
Like so many rolling waves
Washing up unto the shore

DVR

I love to watch TV
One of the greatest things to me
I grew up from 1974 to 1986 with no way to record
I finally found a VCR in 1987 I could afford
Then they changed my cable just recently
So I couldn't record for free
I got my DVR a week ago
Now I can fast forward without going slow
I can record multiple shows at one time
For the cost of 100 dimes
Shows I couldn't record before
I have waiting at my DVR recorded store
Johnny Carson, Jimmy Kimmel, and Stephen Colbert too
Family Feud, the Olympics, All in the Family to name a few
It is so much fun, almost as much fun as singing in my car
That I am having with my new DVR

About this poem:
I have really gone a long way from VCR to DVR. No tapes to store and a better image. The time it used to take to fast forward through commercials is a real time saver.

Campaign Speech

When I am elected president there will be no more homelessness
There will be no wage under 15 dollars an hour anywhere in the world
There will be no illegals taking jobs from Americans
Health care will be free and available to all people
We will go to Mars
We will give our children hope
So they don't have to take dope
Our educational system will be the best in the world
There will be no more illegal groping at airports
We will not bomb any more countries for profit
All drugs will be made legal
Our prison system will then be drastically reduced
Our national debt will be paid down
So the 400 billion in interest paid yearly can be used for new roads
Electric cars will be made cheap enough for everyone to own one
We will protect our environment and have clean water
In Flint and everywhere else
We will reward work by cutting taxes and no taxes on overtime
We will foster and sense of community and love
For all people everywhere
So that we can truly say not god bless the usa
But god bless everyone on this great planet we call earth!

About this poem:
I have been following Trump, Bernie, and Hillary. The latest Trump ad has Hillary barking like a dog. She actually did this at a campaign rally. It would be fun to be president, if you could actually bring about the positive changes I wish for everyone.

No More Love

The world is on the verge of hell,
Undergoing a terrible spell.
The Angels weep from heaven above,
Watching the world lose all its love.

Innocent people have lost their lives
All for the greed of the propertied.
Wars have ravished any goodness left.
Brought about a lot of hurt and theft.

The world, once pure has been corrupted
With the venomous poison of those who run it.
Those who've been chosen to lead the world,
Manipulate individuals and don't keep their word.

The populace now regrets their decision
To trust mankind in the hands of politicians.
Humanity is shattered because it was all massacred
By the ruling powers of the world.

There is no more love in a world so tough,
Due to the everlasting evil
That has dominated the world primeval.

Although evil has a strong grip,
Good will never let the world slip
Into the hands of those who wish to harm
And lead all good souls to their death.

Good always triumphs,
And overcomes all defiance.

Dementia

Years Later

I have written about love, written about fate
I have written about war, written about hate
I have written about you, I have written about me
I have layed my heart out there for the world to see
I have bared my soul, never holding back
I have written about beauty and about my heart turning black
I have shared so much emotion, with so much depth
I have written about suicide when there was nothing left
And many years later, I write about truth
Of deception, tears, and letting go of you
I have written about dreams, and reoccurring nightmares
And many years later, they are still there
I have written about death, written about perfection
And what it is I see, when i see my reflection
A young boy with wild bewildering eyes
But like a flame doused with water, that too has died
I have learned from my mistakes, made a few more
It's like being trapped in a forever revolving door
I have put blood to pen, pen to paper
I have written about religion and forsaking the Maker
I have written with my tears falling down my cheek
I have written about being strong when I felt so weak
I have shared my fears with many, many others
But I know deep down inside, there's so much more to discover

Incompetence of the healthcare professionals!

I think often I wrote this on the 19TH/08/ 2017! 5 hours ago · City of Salford,

Absent seizures, to Anxiety, disassociation to Autism, to disconnect Dyspraxia, And OCD) the English language is atrocious, (baguette) A French loaf” do we speak French, because English, people make no sense to me. Losing balance after all gravity is moving around us, and how the numbers flicker and become mixed up as you are trying to crack codes, then here comes Dyslexia, in simple terms, one cannot spell basic words, does not apply to me.

However, can you get vocal dyslexia? Ie: thinking at such a fast rate the words come out too quick before one has time to think. Furthermore ADD, to my recent research has links to absent seizures. The eyes go funny, you get a feeling of, euphoria, you become hyper IE: Talking fast, becoming confused losing time. Or is the frontal lobe seizure a spiritual awaking out of body experience or neurology related,

OCD, one has unwanted and repeated thoughts, an imagination that can take Steven King, for his money! :-) Anxiety is fear of the unknown I am not “fearless.” I am a risk taker, however, I do not fear heights , A knock on the head is the reason why some people say to the ignorant brainwashed deluded sheep, you need a bang on the head to wake you up.To wake up to reality, to open you're eyes.

Autism, fragile x syndrome has similar traits, I was tested for fragile syndrome as a child, the results came back as a negative, tested for learning disabilities twice came back I do not have a learning disability, I had two doctors mention twice in my childcare files I have autistic traits, but didn’t diagnose me strange. There was mention I used to dissociate myself from reality as a child and went in my own world. What did those people mean by that?

In relation to a conduct disorder that was also mentioned in my child care files, a conduct disorder is Autism, related. Are they worried about diagnosing me with Asperger’s but saying I have it two years ago, if I was diagnosed the Doctors and ones involved will have no choice but to admit they failed me and exploited my human rights!

They talk in riddles, they make no sense, and they talk mumbo jumbo. Due to the lack of insight and incompetence of the healthcare professionals, I force myself to find out the answers myself of hours of extensive research until I get the answers that can be backed up that is not based on hearsay or speculation or exaggeration.

SILENT VOICES

Embedded image from another site

The souls of my comrades cried out with mine,
beneath white stones, line after line.
Our hard fought democracy was crumbling away.
Rivulets of blood encircled the earth once again.

Our voices were mingling with man's struggles above.
Souls no longer at rest, angry and torn.
How dare leaders make nothing of history and deaths,
fought with such blind obedience and now they mock.

The winds were changing around the world.
Each country had its' own hurricane of tormoil.
I could hear the voices from long ago,
surfacing and shouting, it's tome to go.

This would be a collective march,
from us and those living above.
We would shout together against tyrannical rule.
And die not from obedience, but that we should.

The winds were changing around the world
Each country had it's hurricane of turmoil.
I could hear the voices from long ago,
surfacing and shouting, its time to go.

I doubted a change could occur
Without more blood spilling
Seeping below.

About this poem:
I wrote this poem when poetry was in my blood, in 2013. I have been re-reading my poetry hoping it would spark my visions off again.
Sadly it did not, but this poem speaks volumes as nothing has indeed changed.

Century 21

'This ain't rock'n'roll-this is genocide!- David Bowie, from 'Diamond Dogs'
-A Century 21 production..
CENTURY 21
Glittering towers and
Twisting spires of glass and marble
Wretched slums and poverty
It's the 21st century...
Deep space probes
And everything-o-phobes
High class jet-set
And a child with no shoes
It's the 21st century...
Civil wars
And satellites
Dropping bombs
And human rights
It's the 21st century...
The height of
Human history
And stolen kids and misery
With politician parasites
It's the 21st century...
Great strides
In technology
And vast disease
And travesty
It's the 21st century...

That is what I paid a gallon for gas this morning
I figured I need a full tank to go to WI Dells
So I got three gallons to fill my tank
With my better gas mileage with my Chevy Cruze
I get about 34 miles to the gallon
My three cavaliers I had from 1994 to 2019 got about 25 mpg
So this trip will cost about 28 dollars in gas
Back in 2004 it would have cost about 12 bucks
How high will it go?
I drive 21.5 miles to work each way
I also put about 18,000 miles on my car each year
This year will be more as I'm taking a trip down to Texas thru Arkansas
If it goes to six bucks a gallon
It should take about 450 dollars
I seen a sticker on a pump on May 6 when the gas was 4.09
It has a picture of Joe Biden pointing
Below his pic it said "I DID THAT!"
