I understand wanting to help, but if the mods lifted the "ban" there would be no way to control bloggers who break site rules. It's a get out of jail free card situation.

I don't know if her predicament is temporary or permanent, or exactly what happened, but there is a need for some rules in place to keep order.

Hopefully it is temporary if she really wants to come back, and things will be good in future.

It's sad to think that honesty is something that was taught to the "older" generation but is dying out. What implications that has for society.

I personally hate lying and hate when being lied to. I feel if you are going to lie, don't say anything at all!

As others have said, its also a slippery road for those with a bad memory.

Yes, our leaders and politicians of old were respected and to be emulated... like Honest Abe.

However, now they are dishonest and show that lying is the way to succeed.


Funny story about your woman friend. She probably doesn't remember how old she is anymore.

Johnny, it may not be in your particular news spotlight, but male teachers (professors) etc have affairs with students all the time.

I even first hand experienced it.
