It shocks me to think how people can treat others, referring to your Rwanda reference. And I suppose more of this happens than we realize

And I agree with you, to me news is propaganda, government agendas, and tv ratings(money) and somewhere in there the truth is
Lately A lot of my friends are watching very little news, if any, I ve noticed they re happier, and seem to smile a lot more lately, I just might go there too.
Due to an illness,for the last few yrs, I ve become abit of a couch potato, and watch too much news. Reports of wars, fighting, and inhumane acts against mankind keep coming at a alarming rate.(Thanks to our ever efficient media) I try to say to myself, these world events have always been there, just now the media lets me know about them quicker
. I then try to remember ,I live in a great country,and we re better then those places with all that turmoil,then I see small groups of muslim immigrants demonstating in some of our major cities to get our gov to respond to activities in their homelands, , not sure, while I try and figure that out, I am going to try and be a better friend and neighbor to those around me, and try and enjoy the peaceful times around me. Those who laugh at you aren't worth your while. I have abit of a disability, have to use a cane, I ve been stood up, lied to and treated like you know what, but realize my disability, and the way I ve been treated makes me a better , stronger ,a more appreciative caring person, and I figure I m twice the quality person than those bad boys, and I deserve better, so do you Cav.
Yes Kind word, a smile show recognition, always warms a person heart, I m with jarred, I don t believe in fairytales. My Zodiac sign does describe some of my character traits rather accurately, but misses totally in a lot more areas.

, but with the computer age, its given people more opportunity to lie. I have met afew women off the chatline and have found they never lie, , they ve told me they just change their minds a lot, The problem here is how do we figure out who these people are, and who are the honest ones,
Totally agree with you. Afew years back, I attended public meetings concerning the possibility of a nuclear power plant being built in Saskatchewan. Data from 3mile island, chernoble, and afew other places was presented. So much more happened that the public isn t aware of. (after effects)Its scary.
I totally agree with what you re saying. I watch too much world news, and figure theres so much he says , she says, propaganda, and nonsense, I don t know what to believe, but do believe there are powers to be that are influencing things,for a reason.
I agree with you crows are an intelligent bird, but afew years ago ,where I live, the crow population got larger, and we noticed the song bird population just about dissappeared And once the small songbirds were almost decimated, mosquitoes and other bugs showed up. And the story goes on, I m happy if I don t see any crows,

,I fully understand what you re saying. I ve tinkered in old coins, old ornaments, on and off for a number of years, as my father did. The interest isn't there anymore. I took afew Canadian silver dollars (old) into a coin show, I was offered twice the value,
, not even a tenth of the silver value. I also have a very rare alarm watch from the 40s, (very rare) , I didn t drive down there to give it away,
I happen to have MS, have to use a cane, still very active, maybe its not progessing. An older docter told me to stay positive, Keep positive thoughts in mind. He believed 50% of an illness was in the head, it seems to have helped me, Im still as goofy as ever. Depression set in.

Interesting article, it gets a person thinking. , there are plenty of mysteries ,thru out the world that remain unexplained. Till some explanations are found, the door is open for UFO, Aliens, lost civilizations. Till some answers are found this speculation will be with us. Maybe its not speculation
