RE: Palestinian move for statehood

I guess that sums it up don't it...laugh

RE: Palestinian move for statehood

Odd you should say that yet be blinded by the fact that the Muslims, Christians and most, if not all other religions feel that they are chosen ones, only their God is the right God, etc,... I guess it's safe to say you're not Jewish.. laugh

RE: Swiss Member Of Parliament Has Had Enough

Those hard corp, hate filled Muslims that took credit for the 9/11 attacks disagree with you. Certainly they are distinguishable from those Muslims not participating in these acts of terror but the fact remains that they claimed it and did so in the name of Islamic Jihad.

Rather than trying to defend these guys, one would think that the Muslim community would be a little more aggressive in not only distinguishing themselves from the radicals but participate/take action to assist in ending this nonsense to a higher degree than what they're currently doing.

RE: Palestinian move for statehood

I need to look into this further but I watched Meet the Press today and they were saying if this were to go up for a vote in the Security Council, the US would be the only no vote. They also said the US is trying to keep this from a vote because of the possible fall out/up roar from the middle east should we be the only negative vote from those with veto power.

Your thoughts?

RE: What is your Political Ideology?

Part of me wants to sayy even a broken clock is right twice a daylaugh The other part thinks you may have something there

RE: What is your Political Ideology?

Clearly this has failed as you do so all the time..laugh

RE: Republican Wins In New York

Please note that earlier in this thread Conrad did warn me that you twist and carry on. Sadly, Conrad's right again.

I gave the jist of the article and provided you a link. I did not quote the article. Clearly you failed to read the piece much less listen to the ABC report.

It's OK, I'll just add this to the "Conrad was Right" category.

RE: Republican Wins In New York

I'm sure that's what you think though some could argue that would be an oxymoronlaugh

I'd much rather stay and try to fix the problems but as always thanks for your input.

RE: Republican Wins In New York

Should be interesting...laugh

RE: Republican Wins In New York

My first encounter with him so I gave the benefit of the doubt. I'm interested to see a response if one is going to come.. cheers

RE: Republican Wins In New York

Things are quiet once again and all is well. How are things in your neck of the woods?

RE: Republican Wins In New York

This from ABC and it clearly states the Bush Administration shelved the request for a loan after they learned it was screwed up. The Obama adminstration was warned by OMB yet still fast tracked it.

If it were FOX, it would be a little suspect but ABC and many of the others have always been friendly towards the Obama administration.

RE: Republican Wins In New York

Ignore the facts presented and rather than address them, attempt to insult. Sheeeesh, I was hoping for better but at the same time, I'm not really surprised by your response..

RE: Palestine and Isreal ............

I understand where you're coming from. They do seem to be pre-destined to continue this until the end of time which will probably come in the form of mushroom clouds over much of the middle east.

RE: Palestine and Isreal ............

Interesting... If you're annoyed with this issue, I would think you could just ignore it. Creating a poll creates the exact opposite result you're looking for.

Then again, you do lean towards the far left, so this methodology of addressing a problem isn't really surprising.. laugh

RE: Republican Wins In New York

What a crock that is. Your liberal party of finger pointers had control of both the house and senate for the 1st two years of the Obama presidency and the only thing they accomplished was an extreemly expensive, poorly thought out health care bill. I'm being kind by calling it poorly thought out since the damned thing wasn't even read by the very people voting for it according to then Speaker Pelosi. This will hopefully be repealed once President Obama is out of office.

Regardless of what you may believe, you're not going to recover much less grow an economy based on more government spending and certainly not by "acting stupidly" a phrase borrowed from President Obama when he once again went off half cocked over an issue he had little knowledge about. But is digress. The tactics taken by the Obama Administration have clearly not worked and nothing will work when the only motivating factor comes from lining the pockets of those organization funding one's campaign i.e. Solyndra

"two months before Obama’s visit noted that the firm had accumulated losses of $558 million in its five years of existence. The auditor noted that Solyndra “has suffered recurring losses from operations, negative cash flows since inception, and has a net stockholders’ deficit that, among other factors, raises substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern.”

If nothing else, this clearly shows yet another example of a complete lack of regard for the tax payers money. They knew this company was screwed up before they guaranteed the loans. Oddly enough, the Bush Administration knew it and guess what? They didn't do it. Further indicating that politics rather than common sense led to half a billion dollars being pissed away that we now get to pay for.

RE: Republican Wins In New York

Or at least the liberal version of America is going down hill fast which is more than welcome. When are we going to realize that we are at our worst when one party operates without opposition and/or dominates the other. Doesn't matter if they're Rep or Dem. Power corrupt, absolute power corrupts absolutely.

RE: Republican Wins In New York

That would be true for most but when one opens their eyes while their head is wedged up their own or another's butt........... darkness prevails.. laugh cheers

RE: Republican Wins In New York

Shine light on? pfffft, he'll claim these are dark times as only the dudster can.. laugh

RE: The USA needs another stimulus package and i am running for the US president...

The USG is turning into one big stimulus package. Unfortunately, most of the stimulation I'm getting is from behind.

I meant my wallet for those of you with warped minds... laugh

RE: AMERICA'S FASCISTS LIKE THE TEA PARTY AND SYMPATIZERS DESTROYING AMERICA'S FREE ENTERPRISE SYSTEM? S

I'm certain you meant GUMP as in Forrest Gump...laugh

RE: Former FBI agent says truth of 9/11 remains hidden...

Sensationalism at it's best. The allegation with this being that the CIA didn't pass on information to the CIA. I would think that's true which was in part why Bush directed intel under a single office because they didn't share with each other. Not real earth shattering.

As far as the book goes, ofcourse the CIA, FBI and US Gov in general will censor it. Those with security clearances, especially at that level sign non-disclosure agreements prior to being officially hired and they also sign agreements that state they will clear any future books, articles, etc.. prior to sending for publishing to avoid compromises of classified information. I've signed similar things myself. Again, no real earth shattering news here.

This clown should know better and if this is really his mentality, I'm glad he's no longer in a position to serve the country. Good luck and good riddance the former FBI agent..

RE: Having seen Obama's speech

I think you're right. Unfortunately, if they had any common sense they would be trying to keep those jobs by doing what their bosses want them to do. I think it's safe to say that their bosses (the voter) want them to stop spending so much and provide an environment where jobs can be created. This clearly isn't happening and this latest speech from P. Obama seems like yet another stimulus package.

Albert Einstein said "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result." I feel as though people in Washington need to heed this message.

RE: Hiking in Dangerous Area's/Countries

We just had 2 more killed over here hiking in a remote area of Afghanistan. Their bodies, less their heads were found last week. Even in Kabul proper it's bad as we just found a missing government contractor who went out on his own. What the hell are these people thinking?

RE: Will you vote for Sarah Palin if she enters the race ?

Soooo, I take it you don't approve of her? laugh

RE: Will you vote for Sarah Palin if she enters the race ?

RE: Will you vote for Sarah Palin if she enters the race ?

I think you're right on that..

Palin will remain a firce for the GOP but it will be in the background and/or moving her followers to candidate x or y but that'll be about it.

If ever she runs for elected office, she should probably hire a voice coach and fire the person that allows her to speak off the cuff. She, like Bush needs to stick to an Obamanisk telepromopter.

laugh

RE: Guess what Obama's major speech after Labor Day will be focused on??

Stop telling the truth Conrad. That crap doesn't fly herelaugh

RE: GOP knows that Obama will win a gain in 2012! GOP have gone chicken and knows that the battle is al

And so it seems (according to this poll) that 97% of those responding, disagree with the Dude...laugh

RE: IS THIS WHAT OBAMA MENT BY: "CHANGE" ?

Actually, I had it a long time ago. I don't think you and I ever disagreed on the this basic ideal, we simply disagree on how to get where we need to go.
