Health System: A health care system is the organization of people, institutions, and resources to deliver health care services to meet the health needs of target populations.
For some, their countries provide a government run health system that requires little to no monetary contributions for the individual(s) to be seen and cared for.
For others, they have the chose to choose their own providers, insurance and coverage.
There are no hard and fast answers but here in the United States, it is increasingly hard for most Americans to be able to receive health care or health care coverage and it does cause our rates (for insurance, hospital and doctors fees, etc) to rise to a point that most do not receive health coverage of any kind and hope that they will never get sick.
As much as I want to say that I would keep it (due to my lack of funds) my own personal ethics/morals would compel me to turn the money in to the authorities and then pray to the Universe that no one collects on it, so I can have it.....
