And even by the definition of SCOTUS, there still has to be "human" who does the bribing....I've yet to see a "corporation" walking around handing out bribes....lol

A "corporation" cannot corrupt a politician. An individual who is working for a "corporation" can, through its employer (the "corporation"), extend what is commonly known as a "bribe" to an elected official/politician and then it is elected official/politician's own morals/ethics that make him/her decide whether or not to accept the "bribe."

A "corporation" is NOT a living, breathing individual. Therefore, a "corporation" cannot corrupt an elected official/politician. If the elected official/politician can "bribed" into swaying a vote in favor of the "corporation" then it is our duty to vote these elected officials/politicians out of office. IMO
