I make biscuits so often that I never think of the recipe. But I do know I throw some flour, a pinch of salt, a pinch of baking soda and some butter flavored crisco into a bowl, add some sharp shredded cheddar cheese, a touch of slivered almonds, mix all together with just enough milk or water to moisten, throw it in the oven (at 350) for about 20 minutes or so and voila! YUMMY biscuits!

I would agree with that. Eating smaller portions of healthy meals, possibly increasing your meals from three big meals a day to six smaller meals a day. Increasing your intake of water and exercising moderately should help.

Think of it as a lifestyle change, it's been working for my sister and I.
