A Better Trained Cat

After losing my cat recently to a vicious dog, I acquired another kitten who shares a grandmother with my previous cat; an almost look-alike. (All fact so far.)sad flower

To prevent the same happening again I enrolled my new kitten at AMAASA (Advanced Military Academy for Animals in South Africa) for training in self defence against larger animals. rolling on the floor laughing

I noticed that my staffie had now armed himself in retaliation. This will probably spiral out to all of the neighbours' pets too. I wonder how well this will sit with Obama and Zuma’s initiatives to disarm the general population. It must be seen as a victory to their opponents! rolling on the floor laughing

Zuma? Oh he is the guy who said that HIV/AIDS can be prevented by taking a hot shower afterwards! Stands for Zero Understanding about Medical Affairs. rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing Maybe a cold shower before might be more effective!

Wisdom Unlimited.

An injustice is relatively easy to bear; it is justice that hurts.

You cannot build a reputation on what you intend to do.

Silence is the only substitute for brains.

The thing about an argument is that it interrupts a good discussion.

Creativity is the sudden interruption in stupidity.

Resentment is like taking poison and hoping the other person dies.

Life is an onion. You peel it off one layer at a time, and sometimes you weep.

If you’re looking for friends when you need them, it’s too late.

Think! It may be a new experience.

Virtue has never been as respectable as money.

Language is a tool for concealing the truth.

Age is not important unless you're a cheese or a wine.

I am not young enough to know everything.

It is not necessary to advertise food to hungry.

Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard.

Experience is the worst teacher; he gives the test before presenting the lesson.

Time is the best teacher, but he kills all his students.

Things are only impossible until they're not.

When A Cat Don't Fear Dogs...

frustrated My cat died the day before yesterday. I had to help him out of his misery. I cannot explain how he managed to drag his mangled body home. His gut was torn open, his intestines were hanging out, he had a gash in his throat, his ear was almost torn off, and his right hind leg was badly mauled, probably partly crushed.

And while he was laying there dieing, he purred as loud as a diesel engine. This confirmed something I once read about cats. Cats don’t purr because they’re happy; they purr because they want attention.

very mad The worst thing of it all is that this cat was not scared of dogs. He would not even have tried to flee from his attacker until it was too late. That was my fault. Dogs are known to do this; and yet I trained my cat not to be scared of dogs. I shall never make that mistake again.

A Matter Of Necessity!

When it is not necessary to say something then it is necessary to say nothing!

I have the right to remain silent!

I wonder why I don't do it sometimes!

No, I'm not talking about keeping quiet!
