Being the lazy girl that I am, I make my profile so as to easily run off the pretenders (scammers & people that don't really care about the person they are writing an email to). I specifically say in at least three places to read my profile then send me something FROM my profile to verify they read it, that I do not respond to people that do not read my profile. Most people never read the profile and many do not even fill theirs out. pffft! It tends to save me a lot of effort though, being lazy ya know. I read the message and ignore it.
*shrug*

Do any of ya'll read profiles? Do you ever put important information in your profiles to actually attract the type of person you are interested in? Any of you actually use the tag function? I just found the tag function. Most of the people that fit some of my tags don't describe me in their profile. *sigh* I'm just too weird. Oh, well! *shrug*

I think this debate will be much better than the horrendous presidential debate.
Yeah, I know that by itself is not saying much, as Trump said WAY too much,
constantly interrupting Biden.
Honestly, I believe I would have also retorted "Will you just shut up man."

I believe we will see a lot less of such childish rudeness, as demonstrated by Trump.
Perhaps there will better moderator controls to ensure so this time.

Unfortunately for Pence, he will not be in defense of his own lack of activity.
Instead, he will be forced to attempt to defend Trump's horrendous behavior,
which is impossible to do. Nonetheless, it will be interesting to see the 2
debate each other.

If Pence was on a witness stand and Kamala was questioning him (something that may take place in February), Pence would not stand a chance. She would eat him alive. But, she won't be asking
the questions. They will be prepared questions asked by a moderator. It will be
interesting to see him attempt to defend Trump horrible 3+ years as the worst
president in US history.

However, I think it will be much more civil, than the travesty we saw with Trump.
But, I am sure there will be some arguing also.
The debate between the candidates begins at 9 pm eastern standard time Wednesday night.

That is a phrase I can use now.

Earlier today, I went for an apprenticeship interview at an international mover, based around 30 minutes from my home. Well, 32 minutes, to be exact.

On my way home, they offered me the apprenticeship, which I accepted!

That means I will have to leave home at the exact same time I am used to, and take the same bus as I usually do, which is absolutely perfect!

"But Philipsen, which countries do move stuff to?", I hear you ask? I'm glad you did. The company has established a van-line, which operates fixed services between the Scandinavian capitals and London every week. Scandinavian capitals means Copenhagen, Stockholm and Oslo. That means that once I have acquired my truck driving license, the company can ask me "Are you up for a trip to Oslo?", to which I say "sure, let's go!". During the interview, they also talked about a few trips they have had to Scotland, which, as you know by now, is one of my favourite places ever!

So now we just need to finalize the small details, like the start date and such. I am determined to make it there. I will work harder than ever to make sure, that I finish my education at that company.

The next step for me, in 11 days, is my Category B license. I am SO excited for that!

Can this action to lead to bigger expense at the pumps in the future when oil resource problems remain the same and get worse ?

I think this is not a good move for the world as it can be avoided imho, at least in the USA, if we revert to 45 energy policies.

I have two houses, the main one and the antique farm house. I rent the farmhouse. Last tenant was 23 years and was killed in a plant explosion. His best bud moved in and has been here for 6 years. Fit in nicely to the routine on the farm and helping out.
He is a smoker and drinker. Ended up with lung cancer over a year ago. Radiation and chemo and all good to go. Then arm swelled due to radiation. Fluid in chest..in hospital to drain a gallon. Ok.. Then VA put him back on maintenance chemo. He got up the other day and sick. Called daughter, into VA hospital.
She called yesterday. He was due to have surgery to drain pus caused by staph infection, super bad. Did shoulder, spine, cause he had a T12 compression fracture. And the hip replacement. Got agitated and they induced comma. She was there and so was a PRIEST! Gather the family. They put him on a ventilator. She spent the night. This morning they went into to check heart, two valves infected and he is too sick to operate. Last she said they were doing an MRI at noon to see if staph is in brain. IF so, with antibiotics not working, they will bring him out of comma, take off ventilator and allow family their good byes!
I told her do not let them give up on him!! She said definitely not! I have not heard news since. Test was to be done by 3 and it is almost 5.
He is 58 years old. A lawyer and good guy. One day it all hits the fan and all she wrote.
It will not be the loss of the 23 year one, but sure rocks my world and farm. He surely did not deserve it. 23 year tenant was crushed to death when building landed on him. His sister choked to death last week at 56. And now his bud suffers and all with cancer and the problems the great medical industry gave him. Radiation destroys lymph system and chemo and radiation destroys immune system. And hospital visits gave him staph.
I am healthy cause I NEVER go near medical system nor Doctors!

I believe the only person here that makes my jaw fall open so often is The Mimi. Everytime I get all ready to brag about what a great blog - I get "comments disabled" which makes me grumble.

I can't remember any of the blogs except the last one that inspired me to write this blog as a thank you. The dog blog made me grin so hard a cheshire cat would have been jealous. I wasn't only grinning, I kept grinning harder until it almost hurt. I wanted to share to but guess what I was disabled.
