Another shooting in Hollywood, Florida. And what do I see for the crowds? Blacks and maybe other minorities. It is a joke that they blame the whites for all their problems. Can't any of them get together and not start shooting? The news is filled with black criminals. Black violence. To the point that when a news story is on about some shooting, car jacking, shop lifting or abuse..the immediate conclusion is..it will be a black.
I feel sorry for all those fine, upstanding blacks who work hard. Keep a fine home. Raise fine kids. What an insult to them to get thrown into the fire with a bunch of hoodlums. I see government, media, businesses and more peopled with blacks who just wish to live a peaceful life and grab a piece of the pie.
Treat me well and I don't care if you are a green alien.

I think too much. Also wonder why creatures have to eat others to live. What is this weird idea of a digestive track anyway...holes on each end!:confused One would think nature could have come up with a better idea. Anyway...think of what humans eat. The old saw of who thought, I will eat the next thing that comes out of a chickens butt. We consume foods that are literally sweat, ova, spit. Huh? For sure. We love honey. What is it. An insect sucks up nectar, changes it in some part of its body...gut?... spits it out and we then eat it. Humans are the only animal that sucks on the udder of a different species. What is milk? Modified sweat glands. Mind if I like your sweat? I need salt?
Eggs are ovum that come out of a hens body. Part of her cells. Her future young. Down the hatch they go.
Of course we eat seeds too... but.... Also fish roe.
And who the heck EVER decided they were going to climb up, steal that bird nest and boil it for soup cause the bird stuck it together with SPIT! How did they even come up with the idea?
I know we are stuck with our system. So the best is not to think too hard on it. Thank the steer for its sacrifice and enjoy. Remember..only fruit is given freely by plants to pay you to take their seeds elsewhere. Otherwise..you just murdered a living creature. Give me those Brussels spouts...let me eat your babies.

People who are honest, hard working and trying are struggling to pay bills. A recession will hurt them and seniors. But, the way of corporate America and lazy snowflakes..I wish we would get a depression.
Why? Examples. Tenants boy..had a good job working along side his girl friend. Tenant said their boss was so pleased, training them to be managers. Yesterday he told me if I needed labor, his son is not working. Oh well..guess THAT job was too much for him too.
Neighbor wanted to turn lawn care biz over to his son. Son whining too much for him alone. And dad had to go do half the work the son was SUPPOSED to be doing. Told son if he got up before noon, might get work done. So rescinding offer. Dad is up every day by 5:30 and on the road til 7 or 8 pm.
Tenant got sign for letter from big oil/gas company. It had been started by one man. Super good guy. Now his kids run the supply part plus the 3 convenience/gas stations and the laundromat. Letter says they will no longer supplu tenants propane because he doesnt use enough every winter. Gee, guess it costs too much to drive truck out 10 miles for 1000 gallons or so.
Frontier phone. My bill is two pages of confusion. Charge to run service truck, charge for this, taxes at least $12 for everything the state, feds and county can think of. Charge for internet that uses copper lines that are bad ever time it rains. Promise of 5mb and lucky if get 3. I like my landline and dish cant reach signal on my farm. Frontier has rep for poor quality and service. So now got notice that I have to do on line billing or they will add $2.99 to my bill.
The gall. I dont do on line. Neighbors dont even have computers nor internet.
I can pay $21 when I need to add units on my pre-paid Tracfone. Get 300 or so call, 300 data and 300 SMS. Pay a buck state tax and nothing more.
My dumpster adds fuel charge. This month is $24. At least they are up front.
Try to watch antenna TV and the news half is 10 minutes with luck out of the 30. Rest is ads. Mostly drugs.
Walmart thinks their ugly clothes should be the prices of department stores. Oil barons are gouging.
People dont want to work unless they get $20 and hour and dont do the job anyway.
Wages go up...prices go up. Companies wont cut into their profits.
This country needs a good azz kicking.

This morning, I came to work at 7.30 am as usual. I met one of my coworkers, who explained to me that the AutoStore had broken down, with no fix in sight. All I could do was stand and look, as they tried to fix the machine.

About 30 minutes later, a supervisor asked me, if I had ever tried picking by hand. I told him no, to which he replied "Okay, let's pick something by hand. You need to be comfortable with that", so he handed me a hand scanner, and off we went. I spent the next two hours picking items by hand, which was surprisingly easy. Meanwhile, the orders kept piling up in the AutoStore, and at one point we were up to about 180 orders. I thought to myself, that when the system was back online, we'd have a busy time ahead of us. At around 11.30 am, the system did indeed come back online, at which point three people, me included, began to empty the order queue. I don't really mind having a lot to do. It keeps me busy. I'm one of those people who LOVES warehouse work. Doing hard labor is where I am at my very best. I love using my body during work.. Anyway, getting side tracked.

At around 2 pm, we were down to the normal amount of orders. That means, it took three people about three and a half hours to clear 180 orders. I'm very proud of that, if I do say so myself.

I am now at home, in my chair, absolutely shattered. I bough a microwave meal, so I'm gonna make that in a bit. Tomorrow's another day. I'm looking forward to that a lot

As I was working hard earlier today, one of my coworkers came up to me and said those words to me. "Do you know what about?", was my reply. "No idea. He just wants to speak to you"..

Now, one of three things could happen:

One: A peptalk, because I have made a few mistakes.
Two: A general "How are you liking the job so far? Is there anything we can do to make it better?
Or three: We like what you bring to the table. We want to hire you.

We found a quiet conference room, where we could talk. He laid out the facts!

"One of out employees is having his last day on Friday next week, which leaves and open position. We're thinking about giving that to you, if you want it. Your hours will be different, since you are taking over his position. That means your hours will now be 9 am to 5 pm Mondays to Thursdays, and 9 am to 4:30 pm on Fridays, starting next week. Let me know what you think about that".

I didn't need a second, because I accepted on the spot! I love it there, and the job is fairly easy to do. I know a few things now. The AutoStore is one thing, but I now know how to do the following tasks:

Pick by hand.
Sort out orders for trips

Next up will be how to sort out and pack innights and perform closing routines. I got a minor crash course in it today, and all of next week will be spent learning it properly.

So long story short: I am now hired on a permanent basis. Well.. Sort of.. I am still under contract with the temp agency, but next week will hopefully be my last week as a temp worker. If not, I'll be a temp worker for the next three weeks, and THEN be a full time permanent employee at the warehouse!

A bit later, we had a meeting about the situation. The manager started by saying "We have a new hire. It was a no brainer, because he's done very well", to which the others agreed. They all thought I have done a great job for the past two weeks. The were all looking forward to having me on as a permanent team member.

So now I'm looking forward to being an employee there!

We're all a little mad here......yet another day in blogland. Just a little random fun to distract the mind from petty thoughts.....



I don't even know what's going on

If one more person asks me to chat on whats app. I will scream.

Yesterday i went to my aprt.building potluck.i was all enthusiastic over a big juicy hot turkey.after feasting my eyes on it while being carved i was ready for the bird to be served.after taking several bites and noticing an odd flavor the cook announced that she stuffed it with garlic!! God i thought i am gonna be ill.who ever thought to season a turkey with garlic.awful doesnt completly describe.it. Who wants leftovers????!!!

It is difficult for people to understand why I want a Christian for a lifetime for myself.

These are the things a Christian can never do:
1)He will not get drunk, beat his wife and children or abandon them for anything in the world.
2)He will not wrong another human being, nor make schemes to deliberately harm them.
3) He will not go against the Will of God.
4) He will not deny anyone the right to live, laugh and be truly human.

These are the things a Christian would do:
1) Take his responsibilities and manners seriously.
2) Hold a hand and would not let it go because his answer is not to this world and its powers but to the supreme power of God.
3) Live and let live on the principles of peace, love and solidarity.
4) Fight like a spiritual warrior and work like a labourer with his hands and stand up for the weak and pay attention to his praying schedule and the voice of the Heavenly Father.

I am strictly looking for a Christian person. It is not possible to give a detailed answer to anyone in person but here it would be much easier for you all unconcerned individuals to read and understand.
