mnowsa: so in other words, you don't keep them to "defend" yourself..i mean you would never use it on another human being to protect you and your family. am i right?
well if the time comes if it was in fact them or me as in a war thing yes ...but a burglar I would be dead before I could get to the guns ...and then I have to get to the ammo as it is not with the guns....so yes and no I guess...laugh dunno

Well, you have a good disposition and you're logical so you'll make friends there in no time. The folks there are pretty friendly and if you like seafood there are few better places to get it.

It's 1:20 AM here so I'm gone for the night. You take care, it's been nice chatting nd debating with you. We'll see you soon.. cheers

wyowilly: How can you say "they always fall into the wrong hands" when the majority of guns DO NOT fall into the wrong hands?? You're sooo wrong with these words!! I take it you're a good person with good intent, I'm also bet'n you own a gun. Could you make a mistake?? Drunk'n hunters??? How about drunk'n motorists that kill so many on our highways, a lot more than drunk'n hunters!! I've always said their are folks in prison who are basically good people that had a "insane" moment. Any of us are capable of this, including you.
I don't own a gun anymore and you should rethink your comment on not falling into wrong hands, everyday people are being shot in this country(every minute) and yes DUI is a big problem but I would still take my chances with a drunk driver than somebody with a gun.cheers

You can legally purchase a firearm, register it, own it and keep it in your house. This includes all handguns, rifles and shotguns, and some are also allowed to purchase and own restricted firearms, such as fully automatic and even bazookas. laugh

Better not listen to the police in your area, sounds like they're full of it. laugh

You can own any type of gun in Canada and use it for more than hunting. Your information is wrong.

kissmedeeply: JMO...Guns kill..People Kill

Well, lets see now, what kills people:

guns
baseball bats
knives
pitch forks
cars
trucks
bricks
tire tools
wrenches
motorcycles
lions
elephants
dogs
rivers
weather

that was just to name a few things that kill/can kill people...so, do we outlaw these as well?

None of these kills by its self...there has to be a human involvement in there somewhere.

I'm pro gun, wear one at all times(concealed)for defense, protection, and because of the diamond rings I wear also. This is JMO...we all(you and I) have our opinion, and reasons for why and why not to support this issue. Oh, btw..wishing you and yours a great weekend coming up. comfort cheers handshake

This is a correct version of the laws in Canada. Gun ownership is not restricted to hunting.

i have not arms scold and frankly wish not have
first because ..if someone else is more fast than you ..you are died the same even if you own a gun ,and second in some cases law is very strange ..also if this is for defense ..if you kill someone ..for sure you need to have a process ..and maybe sentence blues

so i really don't see .. convinience of own a gun applause blushing
