Pro-Gun/Anti-Gun? (673)
Realy though I think we should have the government Ban Guns,Duct Tape. Knives, all sharp objects, rope . Cars someone might hit someone with one, oops Base ball bats. I cought my gun trying to run out my door and shoot the neibor just the other day. It tried to convince the butcher Knife but the butcher Knife refused. I hired a mental health specialist to talk to the Gun and it admitted it has been trying to convince not just My butcher knife. but it had the blender set up to destroy all the evidence. The real shock was my extention cord was in on the whole thing. We avoided a major attack by seconds .

If guns are banned.... as in OZ - very few people except police have them..... then that's a good thing... Methinks, if you dont have one around, then in a sticky situation, you would not be tempted to use one....
If you had a gun around, and you flipped out in anger, you would/could/might use it and then end up behind bars... for one moment of loss of reason...
Imagine your loss, and the loss of whoever it was that riled you, their family, your family.... was/is it worth it?
Best to go to the shooting gallery and have fun practicing on a target. ...
and yes, I can and have been to play with a handgun and a target.

I still say its the indivuals choice in having guns..
but i dont understand why everyone is getting upset when one chose to have one or one chooses they dont..
My Husband had many before he came to Canadian...
He taught his girls how to use them incase they were lost in the woods and to be able to survive..
Me i still dont like guns at all..
He Wishes to teach my 11 year old all about survival as well..
I am still thinking on that..as i just dont like the looks of them and what they are capable of doing when one gets a hold of them..

Hubby and I both own numerous hand guns,(he has a few shotguns and a couple of rifles also), and they've yet to fire at something by themselves...but I'll keep watching...and waiting to see that trick...

I haft to be fair I have never seen the Movie American Gun but I could make a one sided story about American car and show all the deaths and carnage that has been done with automibiles now if someone lived in the city and doesn't drive they would believe what the movie say's . people like to watch and read what tends to prove what they want to believe . to all the people for getting upset when the guy from Luxinburg insulted me you are all very nice people and I let my emotion get the better of me . I just wonder why it is anyone's Business what I own if I am a responsible gun owner. Now there are people that do not deserve to own a gun and yes I agree with removeing guns from there hands. If it were a perfect world we would not need guns but regretably it is not perfect yet and yes I did have a person kicking in my Back door armed with a Knife He had just got out of Prison for killing a man he was high and looking for drug money. I put my phone on auto dial 911 but it was twenty five minutes before help could arrive. As the door flew open he saw my .45 pointed at him and ran as fast as he could the police cought him so he hurt no one else. I don't know what would have happened if I didn't have that gun , now if just my wife at the time was home she would never have touched the gun. The man had been in New York Prison for killing a person in the commission of a crime breaking into a house .
