Lives in distant Orbits

Illusion to hold
Illusion to grow, illusory to think
About the World to go
,Anxious to posses
And appear morose to loose, illusion to gain, and
dangerous to share..
The joy full of sense enjoyment to have
Is bound buy the ropes of karma and distress…
Feeling a success in business and affairs we.re ignoring
for the price of praising our selves..
And witnessing our life spinning time wheel
We ending with an empty, human life chance….
We are always controlled, and always possessed, either of Vasudeva or of His Mayic world....

Winter Blues

Snow heavy
pulling
you down.
L.i.f.t
not able.
P.u.s.h
full load.
More coming
down.
Covering
the ground.
What to do?
A little at
a time among
M.a.n.y.
Makes little
work.
Share the
load.
Uplift your
soul.
Work complete.
Day has ended.
Darkness has
fallen
Goodnight
World.

RAGLAN - an acrostic for my husband

R - Roaring waves hit the rocks

A - Amazing surfers we watched as they ride

G - Gliding swiftly over giant white caps

L - Lifting themselves up to create a splash

A - Above a perfect surf they entertained us

N - NZ's number one surfing spot captivated our hearts

Nature....Displayed

Flowers overflow
the pot.
Nice and full
displayed on
the table.
Laying beauty
out there for
all to see.
Nature grows
for all to
E N J O Y .
Flowers of
many colors
fragrant.
Enjoy
take it
all in.
Thanking God
for all he has

La Neige

Crystal flakes of gentle measure
tingle on my tongue
Just like the way if felt when
I was oh so very young.
The sun is bright,my breath is cold-
it comes out like a cloud...
Dancing , disappearing far above
the crystal shrouds.
The blankets softly decorate the hills
and winsome trees
In silent adoration of the glory
of the freeze.
I close my eyes-stand very still
enraptured in delight;
And soon the diamonds in the sky
have ushered in the night.
The beauty of the evening gently
soothes my naked soul,
Just like the ones that came before
in ancient days of old.
Resplendent in her flowing grace,
eternal she goes on-
In humble honor do I bow
before the great beyond.

A Day's Outing

Soft whimsical wind rustles the tall trees
geese on the wing fly by in formation
honking and hooting, what a wretched din
glad as the noise fades and peace is returned

My journey today to reach the summit
a long harduous yet an enchanting climb
butterflies so pretty flutter around
clumps of flowers sprinkled along the path

The air so very sharp and crystal clear
to breathe it in gives me much pleasure
Fascinated I watch two young stags spar
each one is vying for supremacy

Cheerful rivulets and brooks babbling
cooling the sultry air, birds taking dips
nearly there now I have enjoyed the climb
at the top a most splendidious view

Stretched out in front of me tiny fields
forming patchwork quilt of varying hues
Little houses and farms nestling between
Lush emerald valleys with golden corn

I have enjoyed my outing in this place
of beauty and such peaceful solitude
a moment taken out of daily strife
the chance of a return to simple life

SERENITY

Soothing sound of the murmuring breeze
Entwined with the sound of rustling leaves
Refreshing my tired worn-out spirit
Energising it with the soothing bliss of
Nature's comforting balm of peacefulness
Inducing a deep state of tranquillity
Transporting me to a world of beauty as I
Yield to its deep and peaceful serenity

frozen falls

Ice chills
Its cold breath
Blows its cold chill
Freezes

The cascading water
Stands motionless
Stop in its tracks
Motion lost
Ripples of ice where water was

Ripples form undulates over the edge
falls over
Hangs cascades
White frozen water
Where blue water was

Cold to the touch niagra falls
Stopped in its motion
Now the attraction
The frozen fall
