ANGEL CAFE

Embedded image from another site

RIP dod: 9/17/2017

God has a new Angel in Heaven today
Leaving his poetry friends astray
Lost without our Castle leader Café
The knights are sad and the maidens afraid

Café Jim brightened all our days with fun
He also strengthened our Spirits with love
He never judged but treated everyone equally
Giving his friendship and his love freely

Greatly missed in this corner of the world
You were one of God’s rare black pearls
Heaven has gained a wonderful Knight
The Castles up there will surely come alive

To all our loved ones in Heaven watch out above
Café Jim is there now – surround him with love
If you wonder how you might find him up there
Look for an Angel with a Halo slightly bent over his ear

Love - Godprincess and all your friends at CS Poetry Corner

I'M INVISIBLE

Embedded image from another site

I’M INVISIBLE

I’m invisible to others it seems
Drifting along as though in a dream
A dream where others can’t see me
But I can see them through the screen

Wandering about here and there
No one seeing me or seeming to care
Wondering if there is more to this in life
Like a puzzle piece not fitting quite right

Feeling at times like the Unicorn that missed the Ark
Never finding that missing puzzle part
Trying to fit in but not being heard
Eventually giving up and not saying a word

My voice is in a frequency no one can hear
Along with my body in a time warped mirror
So putting my Invisible Cloak on for another day
Going out in the world to try to find my way

"It's alright for you to laugh "

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Two old ladies tired and weary trudging down the street
Two old ladies lowered themselves down upon a seat
Two old ladies said "It's alright for you to laugh"
Two old ladies were about to be shown God's path
I'm not laughing; I'm smiling with love for you.
You wouldn't be smiling if you were Old and in Pain!
I'm not smiling because you're feeling blue
I'm smiling ‘cuz in my 30's I was afflicted too!
Arthritis consumed my body; I was crying out in pain
the agony all consuming; my body becoming lame.
I cried unto the Lord whilst sitting on my bed
I'll do anything you ask of me just take away this dread!
A friend arrived the following day, clasping a book all about
Meat
Of why we really do not need it & how the vegetable kingdom
is complete!
I eagerly tried it & within six weeks totally free from pain
Derived everything from that kingdom for my heath to sustain!
Instead of being in pain and lame
I had no reason to complain
I ventured out
Without a doubt
Teaching, caring & helping
In Jesus Name!
About this poem:
I met these two old ladies in Bundoran who were quite miserable in their pain and mistakenly thought I was laughing at them...
Yet God used that opportunity to relay good news about how I had overcome the painful condition of arthritis.
Stealth Mode
lifted leaves
either lay
or
to be
underfoot
a colur
settled
spring to
many more
God help you
a scream of...........
about
of
screams
of
vacant
ears
split
to
unheard voices
Springtime
As morning sun crept up in the sky
The world and everything in it sighed
The beauty of the glowing warm golden rays
Promised the beginning of different days
The anticipation of a change was in the air
Giving hope that spring at last was here
The grass was turning a different green
Birds sang new songs on the wing
Winter’s scarred landscape beginning to change
Smoothed away gently with a warm spring rain
Sprouts of green were popping up everywhere
Bringing promise of color and thankful tears
All the colors of the rainbow were seen
Across the landscape a most colorful scene
Reflecting the promise God made a long time ago
Of the covenant He would and did on us bestow
"I Wish You Knew"
I wish you knew the way i felt
Everytime i looked at you,
I wish you knew my heart would melt
When i thought of me and you.
I wish you knew the pain you caused
When you chose to love someone new,
I was about to tell you but i paused when i tried to say
"I LOVE YOU"...
About this poem:
This is a poem about is how everybody is having a love/hate relationship, well if you choose to read this and you are in a relationship and you or your partner are finding that is becoming too much well... you and your partner should read this TOGETHER.
I know that dealing with you're emotions can be stressful, but if you want to keep on being reminded just how serious the relationship could get, well do something about have a talk with eachother if you want to make a relationship work do something about it. DON'T JUST f*ckING SIT THERE, TELL HER THAT YOU LOVE HER. DON'T JUST TELL HER WHAT SHE WANTS TO HEAR BE HONEST WITH HER AND TELL HER HOW MUCH THAT YOU LOVE HER.
I Am
I am the lighting forking beneath the dark grey clouds
The rays of sun shinning forth through the haze
The strong wind pushing against your face and body
Bending the trees
Swirling the brown and yellow leaves
That once lay there insignificant
I am the full moon
That swirls the waters
Of your blood through your veins
The rainbow shooting through your spine
Releasing colours through your being
Awaking you from your slumber
I am mother earth in all her glory
Rocks and mountains
Crystals and minerals
Life and energy
I am a spark from the universe
Sometimes you catch it in my eyes
You feel it emanating from my body
I will share with you what I have
But you cannot take it
Do not try to destroy me
Because you want it for yourself
You will lose me forever
About this poem:
This poem was written after I was laying face down in my pillow sobbing
I felt a warm hand on my shoulder
Yet nobody was there in the room with me
The presence of the comforting hand enabled me to spring to my feet and write this poem
I felt strongly that this presence was God and came to help me free myself and my children from cohesive abuse...
Reflecting on The poem has helped me throughout my life to remember who I am in God...
I found this poem to be very powerful when recited live on stage for performance poetry
126 in 22 days
We dial the numbers
The phone on the other end dose not ring
We shout out aloud
Our voices like whispers fall on deaf ears
We are vulnerable and alone
Isolated by our thoughts and our fears
We feel we have no other options
We go through the list
Pull the trigger of the gun
Empty the contents of prescription bottle all in one
The slash of the wrist
To jump with a rope around our neck
So, we fall prey to the hangman’s fatal twist
Maybe we will step out in front of a bus or car
Or the express train we see coming from afar
We dial the number but hands do not move
We shout out but we are alone so our words remain unspoken
We have carried this thought for so long
We believe we are broken
Now some one must find us
The news they must share
For ever haunted by the memories
Of the lifeless body, they found lying there
The clay on the coffin
The spark of the flame
This does nothing to stop our loved one’s self-blame
We don’t hear the cry’s
The whispered I love you
The wondering why
We don’t see the impact on lives
How are loved ones this date is now set to one side
On this date for the rest of their lives
They will always remember the suicide
About this poem:
This is a poetical stand for those people who have taken their own lives in Ireland this year. If Ireland’s suicide rate keeps going at the same pace. Ireland will lose over 2000 people by the end of the year. Please don’t let happen. Make our government stand up and take notice of this epidemic before it is too late.
No Peace
"Let's lock them up, let them kill themselves.
Let's beat them up, soon enough they'll kill themselves..."
This story's getting old, right?
200 years old, right?
Down in New South Wales,
this white Australian lady.
Takes a swing over nothing,
and without retaliating.
The aboriginal girl hits the ground,
lands there with a thud.
The police had suddenly taken her down,
then slammed on the cuffs.
Took her from there into lock-up
and put her into a room.
In this particular room the camera's were off,
the police surrounded her like fire fumes.
And very much like a pack of dingoes,
they went in for the attack.
Now this Aboriginal girl is consumed by hate,
her whole world is now turned black.
A mother looked for a job,
but was so often knocked back.
"We see you're Aboriginal
and there's a problem with that."
You see, we've had trouble with your kind before,
and so we are not employing.
But just so you know that's the only reason,
so good luck with your job searching!"
Thus, from generation to generation,
the hate spreads on.
And the government asks for acceptance,
from people who are done.
People who find it hard when from young they are pinned,
as a, "you never will amount to be anything."
People who find it hard when they're told that their dreams,
may mean something but aren't good for a damned thing.
White Australian father getting blamed,
for racism he has never displayed.
For assumed prejudice he never did say,
his love for all peoples now mucked and splayed.
"I have 2 aboriginal children and would never say that!,
that you're just another useless black.
Good for nothing but making babies and spat."
the last thing he said before he got smacked.
He was only ever proud and tried to mingle,
with those he thought of as his country's men.
Faith now lost because he was singled,
his heart filled with hate and all he condemns.
"Once upon a time I would have been your friend",
a white Australian mother says, "but no more."
"I can't take the chance that I may offend,
you see, I've had trouble with your kind before."
Thus, from generation to generation,
the hate spreads on.
And the government asks for acceptance,
from people who are done.
People who find it hard when they are already pinned,
as invaders who don't care for anything.
People whose ancestor's stories are so old,
"...it means nothing in this country that's not yours!", they're told.
Alcohol, drugs, minds breaking down,
fewer care to make a sound.
The next generation will soon find what is always found,
"Shh. Australia doesn't want you to make a sound!"
Unfortunate for those who are not racist as such,
there's so many who are, that this country's stuffed.
Not 200 years ago, not yesteryear,
No, not last night, but today, enough!
Misunderstandings will not bring peace,
undue blame does not bring peace.
Mistreatment will never make any peace,
hate does surely afford no peace.
About this poem:
Something I began writing last year but as I tend to do, I got side-tracked and didn't finish. It is now done.
Written with no offence to anyone and if you have taken offence, chances are you've missed the point.
You are free...
For within the song
Our heartbeats
Sing together
We know
That all
Illusion fall
And in the love
Our souls
Will be
Together
We know
That only truth
Will last forever
And songs we sing
The dreams we share
The nights so deep
The days we share
No claim
No tag
Is on our love
It just is free
Like as above
And in the silent flame within
Together see
Anew begin
When more is more
And less is less
No need to stand
In mist and guess
The rains will kiss you
Rivers run
The inner journey
Wheels has spun
So open for that heartsong up
And whether full or empty cup
For all endeavour
Find your Grace
And shine that light
From out your face
For love will be us
Be the day
And right is here
With us to stay
The ocean waves
Together roar
Come let our souls
To heavens soar
If I am you
And you are me
Within the dance
Eternal free
What we not know
Our steps will seek
The valley deep
The mountain peak
The golden string
From heart to heart
Was there before
Of any start
So have the faith
To love yourself
For never dry
The inner well
Life lives in you
And you are free
With truth to flow
In love to be
The real in you
Behind the words
Just waking now
With song of birds
