Mike, l sold a plot of land here in the Algarve last week for 1,500€ it has 900m2 and the owner has already a plan for a 100m2 house and he is going to spend 25,000€ in all. In Spain l have 12,000m2 for £11,000 and you can build 400m2 on 2 floors or put a 100m2 house for 19,000€.
It's cheap as chips here and all services are close by, no one need spend a fortune to live in the Sun in peace too.

First Minister Nicola Sturgeon said Saturday that she is beginning immediate talks with Brussels to “protect Scotland’s place in the EU.”
Sturgeon said “the necessary legislation will be put in place for a second Scottish independence referendum.”
