There is a seperation happening,just like the Bible said it would.U can see it in this forum more than ever.I wont argue the existance of God.But if all of u who dont believe are open minded,just watch the middleeast.the key to the second coming of Christ.U are seeing the last book of the Bible being fullfilled before ur very eyes.Dont take my word for it, just watch.This is the beginning of WW3.It wont end.There will be delays here and there,but just keep watching.Its all in the Bible u say is fiction.In the end it wont matter if u believe or not,it wont stop the inevible.I wont reply,no matter what u say to me.But I do love all of u with a christian love.

i am not offended that others do not share my belief i was offended by the way she spoke of what i believe. i did not read th bible in search of faults with it. in fact the first few times was to find anwers but i never found them. you can believe what you want that does not bother me it how people treat others that differ in beliefs of the own. im not easily offened trust me if i was i would no longer be on this site.

I must admit to sitting here with a huge grin of amusement.

Are these things really the highest aspirations allowed the human race? Could it be that there are even more important things that a human can keep himself occupied with? And what about God in the flesh, living among humans with the specific task of raising the spiritual bar? Does it make any sense that He would specifically come here to indulge in a few acts that some seems to consider of higher importance than being reconciled with God?

While the word "God" does not appear in the US Constitution, the term 'BLESSING' does, as does a reference to 'OUR LORD'. Smacks of Christianity to me.

Freedom of religion is NOT in the constitution, per se, It is an AMENDMENT to that document. You are quoting current judicial opinion of the 1st amendment, the actual text clearly states:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof".

No mention there of freedom FROM religion, on the contrary, it clearly ENDORSES and ENCOURAGES the practice.

I am curious about your feelings toward The United States. You seem to harbor a resentment toward this nation.

And just what 'lesson' would Pérez-Sampedro teach me? Does he believe that we are a nation of bigots? Luckily I live in a nation that celebrates the freedom of expression to insult the people who defend that freedom.
