You And A Lot Of You

Your the treasure,
I've been dreaming on
Your the light ,
In the darkest night.
Your the wind,
Your the rain,
Your the sky
And my world
Only you
Oh only you I'd fall for
You'll be my past ,
present and future
You, only you like no one else
Only you, ohhh only you,
Listen to my words
Cause it's all true
Only you, in me.
How about me to you?

Distance

Can't wait 'til night,
To hold you tight.
Dreaming of you,
Seems like no clue.

But everyday,
I'm making way.
I hope you feel it deep,
When you go to sleep.

In distance,
Like no assurance.
But still falling,
Cares and keep believing.

That's no ordinary love.

Alone

We laughed and cried as we might
Showing just how much we care
We held each other oh so tight
Until we’d cried the last tear

You often asked the reason
Why it’s time for me to leave
To set you free for your return
To your friends of course my dear.

I couldn’t bear to see the pain
I couldn’t tear your heart again
When the time for you to say
That it was time to go away.

I gave the bird the choice to fly
To spread your wings and soar on high
Without remorse or regret
Because I chose to let you fly.

I watched as you did fly away
Watching as you soared up high
Wondering would you fly to me?
Or fly away to new beginnings

Though my dear you’ll find new love
And thoughts of me shall slowly fade
Forever I will watch the sky above
For my love for you will never fade.

Love female male ratio 7 to 1

Love female male
Human ratio
7 women to 1 man
Some men
Only seek a quick fix
Just a pick up
At the local
Stop and go
For a snack
A temporary bandaid
Not real romance
Not a cherished
Wife!
Just a copy replica
Not an Original
Or
Antique with Character!
Genuine Authentic
Woman!

Animals learn
The language of love
The Art of communication
It will take
"Real"
effort work

The mating dance
If they didn't
Pay attention
Critters big or small
Would Not
have a chance
To stand
At the dance
At
ALL!
Too many competitors
Males seeking a female
To win
The keys to her hearts
True affections!
They have to play by
The rules of the animal kingdom
The fittest biggest best
Of the species
"Survival of the fittest"
Best in manners stature!
Or they Will Not
Win the prize
Estrogen
Is
She
Ready
By scent
Vs.
Testosterone
Needs patience!

Once I observed
A couple dance so elegantly
I gave them a compliment
Of
I'd pay money
For a video of that dance
I think they danced
1 waltz then
2 of the two step
Dances
I observed 3 dance songs
They danced to
So sweet tender
Great
Rhythm
In Sync unison step beat!
He came back with a vulgar remark of
do u want to
watch us ***k too!

My mouth dropped open
I Almost hit the floor
It was a compliment
A small quaint dance place
With always a great band!
Country Western Music!
That crowd dances in couples circling around the floor with peace on earth!
At Four Corners
Country Western Club
Wasilla Alaska

Good ole' boys don't put up with jerks
they quickly
4 of them
Take them
gather Him off the floor
With their mammoth broad shoulders & huge bi-ceps
Bulging in their Arms
of their shirt
&
Country Western attire
Escort them out the back door!
Tell him
U r Done 4 tonight!
&
Say don't come back now
Do u hear!
Not til u r sober!
No more tonight!
I don't expect to see u
Til
Next Saturday night
U r grounded
From this peaceful place
Don't spoil our party!
And I mean it!
Or u will be banned for life!
Grow up!
They don't let jerks
spoil their dance
Of romance with their mate on their important date!
They were
The only couple on the floor!
He must have been drunk!
I was at a public place
At a public dance!

He was so handsome
Conceited
He lost that beautiful
Blonde blue eyed woman
Her elegance flowed as they circled around the floor
It was like watching
Fred Astaire
&
Ginger Rogers!
She told me he blew it
infidelity lust
&
He has fleas
I'm Done
never
touch me again!

30 years pass
I returned to that club
Guess who
Was sitting at the counter
The same dancing man!
A Has been Not a Star
Lost to lust
A quick roll in the hay
To lose
The True Love of his Life!
The mother of his children
The seeds of his loins
Vs.
His wild oats sewn!
He lost his children's
Happy home of family
To lust
His children no more
He gave up his rights
For a roll in the barn
Up in the haystacks
Fragrant by pigs and cows
Too cheap for a room
Broke on his *ss
Where Dogs catch fleas
No longer a man
But a man w***e
Not worth taking home
Not timeless or priceless
But penniless
That male s**tte
Would never be touching
Not sleeping with me!

His beauty Queen
Long gone
Now a
male pauper
Fit for only the grave
Infested w trash worms maggots nothing good
To bring home to momma
Not
proud
To the son she bore
With nothing
To show for
His 60+
Years on this earth
But
Lonely empty soul
Faking his dreary days
With no smiles on his face
Numb to the human race
The world does not like him
From the choices he's made
Self inflicted agony
Vs.
Peace
I can't offer him pity
For hurting
His
Pretty wife!
Once handsome
NOT anymore
Beer gut
Bald
Ugly
self obsorbed
He said something to me
He didn't deserve a response!

I wanted to refrain with
Do You want to
watch me ***k Too?
But I couldn't
I could only ignore him
The Fool lost
Mrs. Wonderful!
Mr. Lust

About this poem:
*Updated Men talkin' about men
U can't beat em' up
'Cause there bigger than u!
Men "The Judds"

Men need help badly an education
Men r from mars
women R from Venus
I'm working on finding a gentleman
One that it's ok with him
To worship a higher power
He doesn't expect me to worship him
But God
Have no other Gods before me
The first of the 10 commandments

covid 19

there was a girl in china
but the radio signal died
I told her we were hundred
to keep her spirit but I lied

people started dropping
in the spring of seventeen
the white coat fellas called it
it was nothing they had seen

I am a collection of bones
my heart is hollowed out
every molecule migrated
to the continent of doubt

bones be best of me
drum like on my skin
if my loving folk could see me
they would not call me kin

infection steals my lungs
my spirit now wiped clean
alive thanks to seaweed
the root of food and iodine

I trip along a promise
to the wife I left behind
a shuffled wreck upon the deck
a birthday wish to save my mind

she told me to honour
the day that she was born
to mark that day in a special way
before she slept beneath the corn

this old abandoned airfield
it took me years to try
there ain't no practical virtue
I don't know how to fly

alone in this maelstrom
I hunt a haunted 'why'?
but do it still I know I will
write her name across the sky

Love Let's do it let's fall in love

Let's do it let's fall in Love: Loves mating calls
"From the least of these
Unto the greatest of these
You do it unto me" KJV"
Think on these things

Communication is the key
To the mating dance
Even the swans & giraffes
Swirling their long necks to attract their mate for attention

Elephants use their mouth and trunk as a horn to signal their mate the herd of danger Lead Matriarch guides with her horn

The pride of the lions
Marks their trail to and fro
With the scent of their
Urine to guide them far away & lead them back home to their mate family or young

Sounds noises of love
The thump of a male rabbits foot repeatedly hitting the ground calling his mate
By vibrating the earth
Thump thump thump

A bird puffing up his breast
Or ruffling his feathers
Calling her closer
come H I t h e r ...

Colors noises sound suggestions the noise of the wind Mother Nature I want to feel all of that in a poem
Noticing feeling the weather
The rain and romance of the sunset moon instruments animals the imagination of the noises accents the literary words

Aroma of sunshine of fresh sheets
Hanging on the line, flapping in the wind as the water gets shook off from the washer dried by the sun the clothes pins hold secure
That land on your bed
You pull to your nose
The aroma of mom
Putting my sheets on the clothes line w clothes pins
smelling sunshine Mmmm ..

See hear smell taste
Sunshine rain dew floral fragrance perfume attracting their mate

Yearning enticing
Strings of the mandolin
violin or guitar harp
Horns drums
Gods breath on earth
color paint pallet artist designer creator
Sounds of all water sources
From a trickle to a bird bath from the heavens down the rivers from the mountains past the glaciers creeks valleys meadows underground spring water ponds oceans
Even the Cistern spring fed water held for your gardens or live stock
I'm preparing to publish a poem
On water
We value the water to quench our thirst
Hot tubs claw foot tubs pools
To soothe our souls
Scientists say water is not native to earth
full of micro organisms
&
Minerals that may have come by comets
in holes to earth
fish
The growl of a bear
the snores of a man testosterone leading the estrogen to a woman
Turn on to his or her mate
The mating calls or mating dances
Of humans or birds like peacocks swans ostrich bizarre or the Bird
that puffs his breast repeatedly
To attract a mate
or
the animals calling their mate to guide them home they have no phones nor radio frequency
Nor antenna or
GPS to guide their mate back home to the nest
The female is chirping whistling loudly for her mate to bring food home to their offspring
If he can't find her they don't eat
If she leaves the nest unprotected
Predators or eagles will kill her babies
or do they
Like a magnet or chemical or scent or whistle or chirp mating call
or the tail signaling flapping the water salmon whales calling their mate visually to see or hear their tail or vibration or feel the ripple from a motor in a boat that water tail behind it or a snow mobile tail Left in the snow
Movement noises instruments
Or the most bizarre comment
My dad referring to "Shania Twain"
Said, that would be some expensive tail to maintain
A blessed angel mermaid on earth
A mane like a thoughbread race horse blowing in the wind her hair is pure elegance a man said he could get lost in her red auburn hair fire & passion silk gliding across on his face and skin
As gentle & tender to drape caress across my chest he said
~~~~
Birds do it
Bugs
Biggg Cats do it
Humans all over the world do it
Triplets
even ants do it
Fall in love
box jelly fish
Crayfish King snow crab
With pinchers do it
Do a dance
"Let's do it" is by
Ella Fitz Gerald lyrics
Enjoy!
I Can Count To Ten
One day I met Prince Charming
Two weeks later we had our first outing
Three years later we tied the knot.
Four weeks later I saw a spot.
Five hours later " you're pregnant" says doc.
Six months later I answered a Knock.
Seven months pregnant she claimed.
Eight months dating and he says he is being framed.
Nine pics later please forgive me bae he cried.
Ten times I had asked and he had lied.
One week later all his things are gone
Two years later no dad baby Ky has known
Three babymothers after he reappeared
Four children's future is to be feared
Five minutes he begged, accepted three
"Six years baby it can still be you and me"
"Seven will be our magic number for sure."
Eight seconds later I kicked his a** out the door.
Nine lives are already in turmoil.
Ten is not going to be the one I call Kyle.
Night Sky
Yesterday I saw a wondrous sight
As I walked about last night
And looked up to the sky up high
Stars sparkling like diamonds in the sky
Blinking, winking, dancing keeping time
To the beat kept by father time
The stage was set for the show to start
As I wondered when it would start
A flash just seen did catch my eye.
Over yonder way up there above my eye
I turned and saw the opening scene
Of comets screaming to be seen
Over, under the big bright moon.
Dancing to the opening tune
Of the opera about to play
For all those lovers out that day
Warned by the crack of the distant thunder
I searched about for the coming wonder
There in the distance I saw the start
Of the most wonderous part
There a small light of red, blue and green
Started to grow into that ball that I gleaned
On that wondrous diamond filled night
Till it hid all those diamonds so bright
Spinning, swirling colours ever changing
I watched as the dance kept evolving
Until at last it’s brilliance did finally ebb
Opening the way for the rest of the web,
How could I ever really know,
How long I stood there watching the show?
Played out for me in the dark sky
With all those diamonds sparkling in my eye!
kiss
you and me
sitting on the edge
of memory
the radio sings
about the things
we want to do
your kisses bring
a rising spring
of honeydew
its gonna be a long memory
searching for the taste
of your sweet love
it's been a long time
since I tasted new
a girl like you
you and me
a bittersweet
elegy
the headlights tune
the sun and moon's
durability
and all the world's
a beautiful girl
as far as I can see
its gonna be a long memory
searchin' for the shape
you left behind
the air is blue
and I am too
inside my mind
Online Dating
Online dating is the way
Or so my friends they did say
Post a picture and some words
Then wait to hear from some birds
So then I did as I was told
And waited for things to unfold
Nobody said it was a slim chance
To have a lady to take to a dance
I waited and waited for a first date
When I would get a chance to rate
Someone called “Just a tee shirt”
Sent to me a timely flirt
Stunned I read the incoming flirt
”I like your profile" signed the ‘Tee Shirt.”
I clicked on her profile hoping to see
The girl who I thought was going to be
The girl I had gracefully holding my arm
As I entered a room to show off her charm
Watching the men wipe off their chin
And the women lose their smug grin.
So how could I know every part of her profile
Made up with such elegant style
Was going to be only a ruse
To find lonely men that she could abuse
The message was there, the message did say
So I followed the link to the message that day
‘You are so cute I want you to know’ the message did say
And my heart pounded my chest so hard on that day
“Call me.” I typed hoping to see
A message returned asking for me
To text her to arrange a first meet
Where I would get to finally greet
The love of my life this glorious day
She responded “I am sorry to say
I have to travel abroad this day
Can we please meet some other day?"
"Of course" I said not stopping to see
If she might just be lying to me
Finding a way to get me to give
All of my money I had left to live
I waited and waited for her to come home
When at last she did call me on her cell phone
The accent was wrong it’s not what she said
Asian somehow isn’t Aussie I said.
She hung up the phone without a goodbye
Startled I think that I was so sly
To catch that small error to end her coy ploy
I might be a fool but I’m nobody’s toy.
