Sounds great. Low risk, not putting others at risk. would have been nice to catch a keeper though I'm sure.
I am usually spur of the moment, but measured at the moment. My good friend, he cant handle isolation so well, he comes over a few times a week for a coffee and a chat (perfectly legal). I did rearrange the furniture so the chairs are about 3 metres apart, and he puts his own cup in the dishwasher.
Its a balancing act, sure the law says this or that, but the risk of this illness dictates I would probably be still very careful beyond what the law says. When restrictions lift, will I visit my parents? I would love nothing more, but if I have even the slightest sniffle I'll go straight home.
Oh yeah, you calling me boy punch on keyboard warrior... I would break both arms and both legs, if given the chance. Call me boy? yeah good luck with that.
The isolation blog, is a bit boring. We have to do this, and are getting results. I think 70 odd have perished so far, compared to other countries its not too bad. But its not a competition, w're just trying to stay alive. Every one of those horrible numbers elsewhere, has people in terrible grief. And my heart goes out to them wherever they may be.
I think down the track questions might be asked, it was eclipsed by the cruise ship fiasco, which the authorities are frantically trying to bury. They distracted the public by making a huge fuss about peoplle who spit at nurses or police... A disgusting act, which was already illegal anyway, but a very useful distraction politically.
We had a good one here... We first banned travellers from China, and so the Universities that rely on huge numbers of Chinese students, gave the students 3 grand each and told them to go to Cambodia or Thailand and come from there... The unis all shut a few weeks later anyway.
I would use your computers internal mechanism, before doing anything online. Disconnect it from the internet completely first, would be what I would do.
I would say look into doing a system restore. You'd possibly need to store your data like pictures and documents on a usb or something, then do a system restore, then download things like chrome again.
Maybe start with deleting stored information like cookies and web site data, maybe in the security settings, and a virus scan.
I'm not tech savvy enough to describe the exact processes, but its all on the internet, and the windows help window.
Nah, they all claimed to have the means to support themselves and get home, to get a visa... They have the choice of doing certain jobs, or go home. My choice would be the latter.
I'll take that as acknowledgement you know nothing about farming. how many rooms would you need for a small 50 acre banana farm? ...About a hundred lol...
Whether they can become better musicians from glorified begging, I doubt it. There just aren't the crowds, and everyone is feeling the pinch.
Or be cleaners at the hospital etc... They're not the ones we want gone, we want shot of the bludgers strumming their guitar on the beach at Byron bay, selling a bit of weed or whatever, waiting for their or our government to bail them out.
I would suggest it will be cheaper giving folks enough money to look after themselves without resorting to crime. If they have nothing and no alternative, almst certainly they'll do whatever to survive. Worry about the politics of it afterwards.
RE: Imagine
Long winded way of saying you dont know what you're talking about. Its cool snooky, we dont either.
