God vs religion

My journey started being raised a catholic till I was 16. In catechism one night our priest who had trouble with my Class Clown antics, threw a bible at me (sacred book my a-s), for his sake I'm glad he missed, and therefore I DO NOT do religion.

In spite of that shit I make no judgments of any kind and am very supportive. I do believe in continued personal growth and have done my best to make life work for myself and those around me. I am very aware of our universal Mother/Father God Spirit and have worked quite hard on myself and have been on a Spiritual quest for over 45 years. Have read over 1,000 books seriously studying God, Love, Relationships, Spiritually, Sexuality, Meta-Physics, New Age Thinking, Theosophy, Zen, Buddhism, The Tao, Hindu and every self improvement class I could find anywhere in the Country. And have found that christianilty and ALL religions are the original Fake News and the BIGGEST hoax ever played on Humankind. as religions have NO CLUE who God is, other than a mystery, and therefore who we are in relation to God. The bible is just a romantic rag, useful for starting fires, one page at a time.

Thousands of years ago people were uneducated and Rulers needed a way to control them. religion developed as a means of control. Once a people knew their powers given to all by God, people CAN NO LONGER BE CONTROLED. Have you ever wondered why we can find DINOSAUR remains many millions years fossilized, thou there has NOT ever been a biblical character found? religions put you in a tiny lil’ box ruled by dogma and dictate, DO NOT encourage growth beyond that tiny lil' box. God is an all loving and forgiving Spirit INCAPEABLE of hate or judgement, as religions teach that. God is neither Feminine nor Masculine and lives inside us all and gives us all it’s powers. All of God's work is done by human hands. Each and everyone of us have unlimited powers given to us by God. God makes nothing impossible and you as a son or daughter of God have NOTHING impossible for you. Many people say they are God fearing as there's not one thing to fear and Hell cannot exist from an ALL Loving, Forgiving God Spirit. We must seek our own higher truths. No person, nor religion can do that for us, as we must discover it for ourselves after a journey that no one can take for us.

Alone On a Mountain

Dust in my eyes
Blood on my face
Up in the mountains
Getting closer to space
The mountains will tell you
Which way to go
The mountains will tell you
When to go slow
Unlike the city
Which is ruled by time
Time to come and go
With bells to remind
Life in the mountains
Will help you unwind
Sun’s there to guide you
Shadows on its peaks
Pointing the right way
Closer and closer it speaks
Of a long desperate journey
Alone

Ripples of Laughter

Perhaps I can sit
And send all my secrets to you
Think of your face
Hope all of those signals get through

Well I wrote on the water
But my words just clung to the shore
The ripples just echoed with laughter
And I wrote no more

How times have changed
But still nothing has changed after all
Time is a healer
But will always leave the wounds sore

I melted the ice
And my reasons started to flow
But when I had turned you had gone
They had nowhere to go

With glass held in hand
I sip wine from those bygone days
The bottle is empty
Now all I can see is a haze

I think of those ripples
And wonder if they have a home
Or do they just wait
To see all my words sink like a stone

Perhaps I should place
All these things I say in a boat
And build it with memories
In the hope that my words stay afloat

Attaching a message
So perhaps it might find its way
Then I’ll wait by the shore
For a reply that may come back one day

Asension

The world is increasing its vibrations
Speeding things up
And so a new phase is entering
They call it Ascension
We are supposed to anticipate this
And enter the fourth dimension
I know something is going on
But how long will it take?
What is the secret?

There is no secret
But they don’t tell you
You have to live
Long enough
Until it happens.

Who Today?

Do we still search
beyond the facade of life,
into the recesses of our souls,
for meaning that transcend ourselves?

Where are the Kants’
searching for the source of knowledge
deep within our experiences
in a metaphysical world?

Does Socrates’ still believe
that we carry within us all knowledge,
and that evil
is simply ignorance?

And does Zeno still
play with paradoxes
challenging the Gods to a race
and betting on the tortoise?

Is God still damned by Nietzsche
and life set upon our shoulders,
writing “ Thus Spake Zarathustra “
while going quietly insane?

Who today will challenge the course
that guides us on this path?
The thinker, the poet, the artist of thought,
so silent as time does pass.

Thank you, Lord

Thank you Lord for saving me
You took our sin and set us free.
O Lord of heaven we pledge to be
Your humble servants faithfully
And God in glory we will see.
You'll bring us safe to be with Thee.

From day to day within our life
We praise Your name within our strife
With open hearts to let You in
You've freed our souls from all our sin.
Dear Lord of heaven so graciously
Your children yearn so needfully.

When darkness falls and perils near
Your Spirit comforts us held dear.
Bolster our hearts with Your sweet love
And guide us to Your heaven above.
Perfect Redeemer, through Your Son
Help us to fight till war is won.

With You in heaven we'll take our place
And worship round Your holy face
No more to sin or worries raise
Our souls in glory bring You praise.
We herald Your blessing, for at last
Our earthly journey is now past.

Searching

Searching.. for what i did not know.
Longing for a family to call my own.
Accepting only rejection
It seem so natural for me.
Walked on and over numerous times.
Doormat is that all i am to be.
Reaching out i cling to you my father.
My heavenly father.
You give me all the strength i need.
What i am searching for God has
shown and given to me unconditionally.
You have followed through with His blessing
Showing me the unconditional love.
Reaching a hand out to me.
Lifting me up to exalt His kingdom.
Showing me why He gave me this talent of mine.
Thank you my church family.
You truly are God inspired.

Haunted Telephone

Memories can be fun and haunting,
my telephone answering machine ring,
but verbal messages are very daunting,
all messages, I cannot erase a thing,

So whenever I do a playback,
voices of those long gone are there too,
my aunt who passed away still on track,
the ex whose voice whispers I love you,

So apart from memories in my mind,
this phone holds its own memories too,
so a picture in my memory and a voice I can find,
at times it can be a comfort when am blue,

I have tried to delete all,
some voices have those heart strings pull,
yet it still continues to take that missed call,
I now wonder if this phone will ever become full.

About this poem:
This is one weird phone I can adjust the settings for calls but for some reason will not erase incoming messages even though hit the right buttons. My aunts voice and she has passed now over 14 months ago still there and very clear, the recent ex whose words said in two languages of her love for me. So two faces I can clearly see in my mind can also have sound to the memories too. As of this morning can now add another name to this list of calls as my Aunt passed away last night 4/2/14 last in the line of my fathers side of the family.
