A Soul T Keep

Have my soul to keep
Secure my heart in a conscious
Remember that angels see every droplet of blood sacrificed
Our thoughts sprout golden wings to fly beyond the windows of a breathing cage
So let no demons lead you
Allow my love to light the dim and darkend places
A soul to keep near as we travail the path of life before the birth to come after the mighty mountains crumble and fade

SAYING GOOD BYE IS THE HARDEST

Ever often wonder why we say good bye..

Tear drops falling down the cheaks..

Wonder why we leave or go..

Sometimes they leave without a word..

Others take off smiling down the road...

Some just whisper I am leaving.. Good bye..

Often wonder where a mind has a control of going to..

Will we be recoginised if we return..?

Heart goes empty when time passes and your gone..

Sadness of no return, soul returns if you live,

Beneath His Word .. He is ALIVE but yet once

We see His Return.....

He Will Lift You Up

No matter how satan
tries to pull you down
Jesus is all around
lifting me up setting
me free letting me
know what i am to be.
SAVED
SET FREE
For the Lord is there
for you and me today
and always just lift
your eyes up to see him.
Jesus is there with thee
he has set you free
for all eternity
so do not let satan
get you down lift
your soul up off the
ground rejoicing
in God's name
rejoicing now and
always the same
in him name.
God is here all
around just feel
him in nature's sound
and in the sky beauty
can't you see all he
did for you and me.
He set us free for all
eternity in his name
AMEN.

In A Poet's Mind

In A Poet's Mind

They opened my flesh to the bone,
Harder still when they heard no moan,
As meat was torn from my ribs
For my clothes they claimed dibs.

As the cross was still on the ground,
A mother's sobs were the only sound,
My body ached in so much pain,
From the whips that fell like rain.

They drove the spike through my hand,
As my Father's shadow covered the land,
Then they raised the cross up high
To where my body would soon die.

Each breath then came in bolts of pain
As Satan sought this world to regain.
But he knew I would do it again
Just to break his worldly reign.

That is why I broke the serpent's sword
And became your loving,willing Lord,
For to step down off the cross,
The world then would be My loss.

Noah's Lament...part 2

Continued:

All wickedness on earth was quelled,no longer was there life,
Save Noahs'sons and their three wives and Noah and his wife.
For forty days and forty nights the tempests howling wailed,
But all were safe within the ark as onwardly it sailed.
One hundred and fifty days elapsed upon the boundless main,
Then in the mountains of Ararat they found dry ground again.
Racing rivers scoured the land as waters rushed away.
Grand canyons carved in layers of mud, great folds in fields of clay.
Aussuaging waters fled away as sodden ground was dried,
For five more months they lived onboard before they stepped outside.
Gigantic lizards lay preserved on hilltops where they died,
Encased in silt and fossilized beneath the raging tides.
The morals of men again decline proclaiming evil good.
Lascivious debauchery, not living as they should!
In Paradise where deeds are weighed in scales when life is done;
There's not one man who'll pass the test;none worthy;save but one.
He volunteered to pay the price for debts He did not owe.
The only sinless man who lives, and men refuse to know!
Repent and ask forgiveness, let every arm be raised,
Give Him thanks, invite Him in,Let JESUS name be praised.
The clarion sounds its' warning knell a purging fire draws near,
But as it was in Noahs'day, proud men refuse to hear.
Global fire and fervent heat, destruction drawing near.
Scoffing men in disbelief again will flee in fear!
Don't hesitate until Gods' Wrath sweeps stubborn men away,
The second coming of The Lord could happen any day !

Spirit Walking

When walking aimless down an old dirt road
My restless soul drifts away like a cloud
Desperate to lighten my weary load
Fleeing troubled world of the disavowed

Afloat the birdsong and chirping crickets
Weaker and stronger coming and going
Sweet berries growing wild in the thickets
Gently leaves rattle in a breeze blowing

Castaway my soul drifts from it's mooring
Not aided by some confined moving hull
Such freedom won is very alluring
Escaping vagrant thoughts outside my skull

A slow and quiet journey down this road
Where my spirit floats and lightens my load

About this poem:
I am embellishing the sense of a vagabond hippie (my alter ego) taking a journey down an old logging road only experiencing what nature comes along his path and allowing this nature to nurture a weary soul and freeing some spirit to walk along with me ....

Dialogue with the Prophet Muhammad

Embedded image from another site

Using an exciting new app "quantum entanglement" I managed to contact the Prophet Muhammad for an exclusive interview..

Ken: Thank you for giving me your time Muhammad..As-Salamu Alaikum...

Muhammad: Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds!

Ken: Amen to that. You are the messenger of Islam?

Muhammad: Yes I am the messenger of Allah to the world, of Him whose is the Kingdom of the heaven and the earth..There is no God but He..My duty is to make sure the message reaches all..It is God's part to make them accountable...

Ken: Accountable? As in jihad? I understand there are at least 109 verses in the Quran that call Muslims to war with non-believers for the sake of Islamic rule...

Muhammad: Yes..The Quran states, (2, 191, 193) "And kill them wherever you find them and turn them out where they have turned you out, and disbelief is worse than killing..Quran (4, 76) "Those who believe fight in the cause of Allah." (2,-244) "Fighting is prescribed for you."

Ken: Do you support the recent activity of ISIS such as beheading of Westerners?

Muhammad: Not really Ken..There is a term in Islam called Dhimmi..It refers to non-Muslim subjects of a Muslim state.."If anyone wrongs a man with whom a covenant has been made, or curtails any right of his, or imposes on him more than he can bear, or takes anything from him without due cause, I shall be his adversary on the Day of Resurrection..

Ken: Very compassionate good Prophet..

Muhammad: I also grieve the killing of Muslims by Muslims..The split came after my death..Hence the Shiites and the Sunni...

Ken: Are you the main example of all of Islam to follow?

Muhammad: A good example is Abraham and those who followed him..He and his followers prayed, "Our Lord! In thee do we trust, and to thee do we turn in repentance..To thee is our final goal" (60, 4)

Ken: Cool...Do you have any other quotes before we wrap this up?

Muhammad: Yes Ken.."O ye who believe! Bow down and prostrate yourselves and adore you Lord and do good: that ye may prosper...Just as Salah ad-Din was a benevolent man, respected by both Christians and Muslims..His acts at the end of the Third Crusades demonstrated Muslims and Christians are not in a "civilization" clash, but rather in a "civilization" bondage..

Ken: Very nice Prophet..As a Christian as I believe in my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ's message of compassion and forgiveness, "whoever smites you on one cheek, turn the other too."

Muhammad: Yes..I say to you, "O Allah, You are the original source of all peace."

Ken: As- Salamu Alaikum!

Muhammad: Wa-Alaikum-Salaam!

Prayer

Light the lamp
Let it shine in the dark
That I could recognize the way.
Show direction
When the road is winding
When I can't reach my destination.
Comfort with a word
When doubts arise
And there is another chasm for me.
Add faith
Light a flame in my heart
Let your protection surround me.

Freedom of thought!

The thunder rolls above my head, some God is angry, something I said?
If lighting strikes then I am done, nowhere to hide, nowhere to run,
Did I take some name in vain? Release thy wrath? instill the pain?
God above will show his love when all obeys, what God says!
But I just don’t know what I should do, so many God’s, which one is true?
I think I will take a different view and be myself not follow you!
In this world of diversity who knows what’s right who knows what’s true,
I won’t take sides or follow blindly, I’ll be me, and I'll never deny your right to see, what’s true to you, is the way to be.
