Sleep deprieved
I wish I could sleep
my eyes open starring in the dark
listening to the noises and voices
now the telephone is ringing
shrill laughter is torturing my ears
someone turns the volume on the TV up
great, all I need is a headache
I close my eyes trying to transition
to a quiet, peaceful place
I pull my pillow over my head
I am so tired so tense so on edge
I toss and turn on my make shift bed
it feels like for hours and hours
Finally things seem to quiet down
My eyes closed my hands folded
I say a silent prayer
and slowly drift of to sleep

the first time
There we are naked
love and relaxed it is all good
emotional torn scared yet willing
this is a new beginning
I have found her she is fine
we have kissed made love relaxed peacefully
slept dined talked entertained harmoniously
we leaped quite a hurdle last weekend
parents intro church gathering making love
the fairisewheel of life
With good intentions honesty compasionate
penetrating rhythmically sound of silence
my heart goes on yearns for you
want to be part of you always
time stood still
listen to my heart beat
tarzan of the bedroom
meets
jane of the bedroom
wild jungle fever
exploring nature
honest and simplicity
the KISS method
God is good
God is great
People are crazy

Nite at the Races
Post time and lots of scurried betting.
Horses off and people already fretting.
Favourite boxed in, Some blood letting!
Three quarter cheers,shouts and jeers.
Horse on the outside coming on strong.
Discussions of number among the throngs.
Is it a longshot or are they all wrong?
Photo finish and you all go for more beers.
Its official a longshot won by a nose!
You're in the money, boy it was close.
Betting slips like confetti drop on your toes.
You don't care amongst your friend's cheers.
You and friends have money for all races.
See the excitement on your smiling faces.
A bunch of lost wagers and there are no traces.
You'll all have to face your greatest fears.
Lost all your winnings as excitment ends.
It's ok as you are all among good friends.
Remember that Luck...you shouldn't depend!

They call me BeefWindly cause thats all that i do,
reppin port city at the top of the boot.
My ice glossed and glistening and and im shinin on you.
I see you muggin ugly i say what mayne it do.
Fisna grab my board and shred on the streets.
Dropin mad rhymes an dont need fat beats.
goin to lunch to get sumthin to eats.
chompin vienna sausage and a whole can of beets.
when i was a baby i would just suck on some teets
back then when i didnt wear shoes on my feets
Nowadays causin Havoc Discret
this rhyme is like a madlib raisin da heat
makin' mothaf*ckas wanna turn and retreat..
