Why not in the US? There is only one currency in the world where oil is concerned and you invaded a country and lynched its leader for trying to change it.
I always found that my problems were within me and after running away...new life, new town, new country, new job, new girlfriend......the same old problems eventually came back. Eventually I had to open up lines of communication with myself, and bit by bit, the world seems to be falling into place. I stay away from people and situations which disturb me now.
Did you even read the title of this thread? It's all about Obama's origins and roots and nothing else. The economics issue was thrown in a very poor attempt to cover up a bad motive with a good one. Word to the wise....if you want to hide a lie, bury it in the truth, not an easily corrected different lie.
Secondly, the OP has a way of turning every thread against Obama....Now please, I have an open mind...you tell me what's going on there.
People stopped buying their cars. Look at the number of higher fuel economy, smaller engined Japanese and European cars on your roads. The US car industry just didn't keep up with the times. These companies spend millions on marketing to become world beaters and that's what both the US and UK car manufacturers were too late in understanding.
I don't mean to be negative or anti US but I get so annoyed at people acting as if Obama started with a healthy balance sheet. Were they not watching the same news reports as me at the end of the previous administration when banks and car companies were collapsing.
It's well known in Europe that a lot of Americans can't afford health care or medication. Obama tries to install a health system and there's a return to McCarthyism with labels of communist being banded about.
Then there's the whole National Rifle Assosciation thing. Why would anyone in a modern civilised country want their citizens to have access to automatic weapons designed for no other reason than to kill other human beings? And the nonsense in this thread....Now he's from Ghana. Why don't they just say what they're thinking:
Good question Conrad but I garuantee you, the aid is not given out of the goodness of their hearts. You don't honestly think the US should be buying votes at the UN? lol
Would someone please tell me of one single current leader showing courage, competency, ambition, charm and all the rest of the qualities mentioned? I can't think of one I'd vote for.

Why do I worry every time the US has military views on the middle east?
