Well, Christians have been going on crusades to kill the infidels in the Middle East since the dark ages. There is no record of Islam doing the same. So it's fairly clear to me. Christianity has destroyed every other religion which stood in its way.
I don't know. Probably nothing as I would have no idea what was going on between them. Again it would depend on severity but some women have openly admitted to me that they have gone out of their way to provoke fights. Other women such as Cheryl Cole are by their own admission just thugs. She beat her husband senseless though he didn't react. I would have.

As early as 2001 I'm on record as saying the housing market was spiralling out of control. In 2002 RTE radio 1 hung up the phone on me and laughed at me for saying so.
In 2008, they did the same when I told them interest rates would have to rise to stabalise the market which was like the light at the end of the tunnel being a train coming. They haven't and thanks to NAMA the prices have not stabalised.
And now that the loophole has been closed on the reposession laws, my latest feeling is this:
There is going to be a land grab by foreign investors on Irish properties, using the bond holders money we have repaid. In time, they shall sell our children and grand children these properties back with huge profits. These guys are never allowed to lose.
And I would argue that the lenders for the Celtic Tiger years, ie the bond holders, were just as irresponsible as the borrowers (the banks) and should share in the loss.
If you or I went bankrupt tomorrow, our creditors would receive only a percentage of what they were owed. Yet, in the case of The Republic of Ireland vs The Bundesbank, this is not applied. Our leaders roll over and accept it with no negotiation. We are the laughing stock of Europe just the same as when these FF idiots were claiming it was a union of equal partners and that Ireland was fighting well above its weight.
The creation of the euro netted Germany billions which they lent to us amongst others..... not out of charity but gambling on a return.
We should be taking a hit..... but not the whole burden.

Those in the departure lounge of life and who have been lucky enough to live for a reasonably long time, really need to think of just what they are leaving behind for the next generations. The children who died had in my mind, a reasonable expectation of living well into double figures. They will not see 10, 20,30 or 40. They will never form friendships or relationships. They will never get to make out in a car by the lake. They will never give birth. They will never write books, make films or cure cancer. They will never go to college and they will never vote or fight for their country. A country which has failed to protect them.
And their families will never recover from what happened. They are looking forwards to a tainted broken life of grief and depression with possible addiction and suicide. God knows, it already happened in Dunblane.
But that's OK. You have the right to bare arms, carry on the frontier spirit and live in the mindset of John Wayne and Davy Crocket in the wild west.
