Can you send this sort of stuff to Enda Kenny. As you know I'm not Irish but he seems intent on giving the country away. I'm not taking the piss here. I'm serious.
It never seemed to work for me the second time around regardless of why we got back together. It always felt that something was broken between us and couldn't be ignored or repaired.
* "Just 20 minutes after your last cigarette, your blood pressure and pulse rate drop to normal and the body temperature of your hands and feet increases to normal."
* "A mere 8 hours after your last smoke, the carbon monoxide level decreases and the oxygen level in your blood increases to normal."
* "Just 24 hours after your last cigarette, you substantially lessen your chances of having a heart attack."
* "Two days after your last cigarette, you will notice that your ability to taste and smell is enhanced."
* "Three days later, your breathing should be noticeably better because your lung capacity will be greater."
* "Your circulation will improve and your lung functioning will increase up to 30% within two weeks to three months after quitting."
* "Between one month and nine months, the cilia in your lungs will regenerate, allowing your body to clean your lungs and reduce infection."
* "One year after quitting, your risk of coronary heart disease is half that of a smoker."
* "Five years after quitting, your risk of stroke is reduced to that of a nonsmoker."
* "Ten years after quitting, the lung cancer death rate is about half that of a continuing smokers. The risk of cancer of the mouth, throat, esophagus, bladder, kidney and pancreas decreases."
* "Fifteen years after quitting, your risk of coronary heart disease is that of a nonsmokers.
Because the last one sank with a big gash in the front, they're building in redundancy with 3 spare fronts just in case. Sounds like a panic move to me.
Hi Sally. To keep it simple, in the price range you want and in the second hand market....any Toyota that takes your fancy. They are mechanically bullet proof....engine and gearbox will still be going strong when the doors and body panels are falling off. Easy to service. Parts are cheap and available after market from motor factors and they have fairly high mileage service intervals. Reasonable interior too and sound system.
NEVER EVER buy a Fiat. French cars like Peugeot, Citroen and Renault are fine till they go wrong though I find the bodies a bit light and tinny! They tend to need specialist tools too. Fords are fine, I own a Mondeo, but they lack the reliability of the Toyota and Opel / Vauxhall can be a bit hit and miss!
So Toyota all the way in your price range and you'll still be driving it in 5 years time.
I'd mug a disabled woman (she's hardly in a position to fight back) and steal her clothes and wheelchair to be sure of getting a place on the lifeboat!
I think we all get times like that. Un needed, un wanted and un loved. I was once dumped for being too nice would you believed. Nowadays when a woman calls me 'nice,' I figure it's going nowhere. And if the ladies on here would be honest, they'd agree. They don't want nice.
I think the mind stores patterns and does a comparison. It's quite an efficient machine. It sets up its own automatic unconscious procedures which is great for crossing the road or riding a bike...you don't have to be conscious of every movement each part of your body makes.....BUT it is an absolute liability when it drives you into addiction. It's all but impossible to unteach your brain one of these procedures.
